Intenta no excedir-te en les quantitats perqu\u00e8 puguis ser constant al llarg de tot el dia.<\/p>\n<h3>Tria aliments nutritius f\u00e0cils de digerir<\/h3>\n<p>Si tens tend\u00e8ncia a passar moltes hores sense menjar perqu\u00e8 no sents apetit o quan ho fas ingereixes poca quantitat, intenta incloure en la teva dieta aquells aliments que tinguin un alt valor nutritiu. Per exemple, rics en \u00e0cids grassos, prote\u00efnes i vitamines del grup B. D&#8217;aquesta manera, t&#8217;assegurar\u00e0s que el teu cos obt\u00e9 tot el necessari per a funcionar correctament.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra opci\u00f3 interessant \u00e9s apostar per aliments que puguin digerir-se amb facilitat.
