Parlem amb la Dra. Juliana Mart\u00ednez, especialista en Medicina general del <a href=\"http:\/\/\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios debemos introducir en la dieta para reducir el colesterol? Podemos hacer varias cosas:\">Centre M\u00e8dic MGC,<\/a> sobre els aliments que ens ajuden a reduir l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de colesterol, tan perjudicial per a la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_es_necessari_baixar_el_colesterol\"><\/span><strong>Quan \u00e9s necessari baixar el colesterol?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El colesterol \u00e9s un par\u00e0metre que no t\u00e9 una unitat en relaci\u00f3 a les mesures. En condicions de salut normals es considera que el colesterol total ha de ser inferior a 200 mg\/dl, el colesterol bo (HDL) ha de ser superior a 50 mg\/dl i el colesterol dolent (LDL) inferior a 130 mg \/ dl \u2013tot i que alguns laboratoris poden canviar aquests marges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, segons l&#8217;edat i el sexe o en determinats pacients amb determinades patologies, aquests marges recomanats poden canviar. Per exemple, per als pacients amb una malaltia cardiovascular \u00e9s recomanable que els nivells de colesterol siguin m\u00e9s baixos. Cal tenir en compte que la malaltia cardiovascular \u00e9s la primera causa de mortalitat a tot el m\u00f3n, amb la qual cosa baixar el colesterol ofereix un benefici molt ampli per al pacient amb aquesta patologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 moltes persones tenen la sensaci\u00f3 que els nivells \u00f2ptims de colesterol s&#8217;estan reduint cont\u00ednuament, perqu\u00e8 en molts casos dep\u00e8n del pacient.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quins canvis hem d&#8217;introduir en la dieta per reduir el colesterol?<\/strong> Podem fer diverses coses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Duna_banda_es_important_reduir_el_consum_daliments_que_poden_augmentar_els_nivells_de_colesterol_dolent_o_LDL\"><\/span>D&#8217;una banda, \u00e9s important reduir el consum d&#8217;aliments que poden augmentar els nivells de colesterol dolent o LDL.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aliments amb m\u00e9s quantitat de colesterol s\u00f3n els grassos: els embotits, la llet i els derivats de la llet que tinguin greix. Per exemple, \u00e9s recomanable el consum de llet desnatada o semidesnatada en lloc de la sencera. Tenen les mateixes propietats, per\u00f2 contenen menys greixos. Tamb\u00e9 cal tenir molta precauci\u00f3 amb el formatge, ja que \u00e9s un producte que t\u00e9 molt\u00edssimes propietats saludables, per\u00f2 cont\u00e9 molt colesterol i una quantitat important de greix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/colesterol-alimentos-redu-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6558\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El consum d&#8217;embotits tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha de reduir. Tenint en compte que embotit es considera tot el que s&#8217;emboteix, el pernil dol\u00e7, el gall dindi i el pernil serr\u00e0 no ho s\u00f3n i es poden menjar sense problema, aix\u00ed com qualsevol tipus de carn. L&#8217;\u00fanica precauci\u00f3 \u00e9s que quan es troba una veta de greix cal reduir-la i deixar nom\u00e9s el magre, perqu\u00e8 no hi hagi cap problema per alimentar-se amb aquests productes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els productes de brioixeria i la pastisseria aporten un colesterol extra a la dieta que no cal, per la qual cosa \u00e9s recomanable limitar-ne el consum. I tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha de reduir l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de sucre, ja que els sucres afegits, tant en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 com en les begudes, perjudiquen el colesterol per un mecanisme indirecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La manera de cuinar tamb\u00e9 influeix: els aliments fregits i arrebossats aporten molt\u00edssim colesterol, per la qual cosa \u00e9s millor cuinar a la planxa, al forn o al vapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Daltra_banda_hi_ha_una_serie_daliments_que_afavoreixen_el_colesterol_bo_com_ara_els_aliments_rics_en_Omega_3\"><\/span>D&#8217;altra banda, hi ha una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;aliments que afavoreixen el colesterol bo, com ara els aliments rics en Omega 3.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> El consum regular incrementa el colesterol bo (HDL), que refor\u00e7a i protegeix la paret vascular perqu\u00e8 el colesterol dolent (LDL) no l\u2019ataqui d&#8217;una manera tan agressiva. Aliments que contenen omega 3 s\u00f3n l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, el peix blau i les nous. Respecte a aquestes \u00faltimes, s&#8217;han de consumir de manera controlada, ja que tenen un contingut cal\u00f2ric alt i en exc\u00e9s poden acabar sent perjudicials. Dos o tres nous al dia s\u00f3n suficients per mantenir un bon nivell d&#8217;Omega 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha, a m\u00e9s, un altre grup d&#8217;aliments que poden ser favorables per reduir el colesterol, com s\u00f3n els rics en fibra. La fibra dona consist\u00e8ncia a la femta, cosa que afavoreix el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal, i redueix l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 del colesterol i els greixos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quines_altres_mesures_podem_aplicar_per_millorar_els_nivells_de_colesterol\"><\/span><strong>Quines altres mesures podem aplicar per millorar els nivells de colesterol?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fer exercici \u00e9s un gran afavoridor per eliminar el colesterol i per disminuir el risc cardiovascular.
