Una gran campanya publicit\u00e0ria adverteix dels riscos de possibles efectes: diabetis tipus 2, malaltia card\u00edaca, augment de pes i c\u00e0ries dentals.<\/p>\n<h2>Fem quatre n\u00fameros<\/h2>\n<p>Des que \u2012ja fa anys\u2012 \u00e9s obligatori publicar els ingredients dels aliments de manera detallada, podem veure el contingut d\u2019\u201cHidrats de carboni (dels quals sucres)\u201d \u2012que \u00e9s com consta habitualment a les etiquetes. No sempre llegim aquesta informaci\u00f3, i no \u00e9s sobrer recordar que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 llauna (33 cl) de refresc de cola cont\u00e9 35 grams de sucre.<\/li>\n<li>1 llauna de t\u00f2nica (33 cl) cont\u00e9 27,7 grams de sucre.<\/li>\n<li>1 bric (200 cl) de suc concentrat cont\u00e9 19,8 grams de sucre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si tenim en compte que l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) fixa la ingesta m\u00e0xima di\u00e0ria de sucre en 50 grams i recomana limitar-la a 25 grams, la conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s clara: en el sup\u00f2sit que nom\u00e9s es consumeixi el sucre d\u2019aquestes begudes (cosa que resulta impensable), prendre\u2019n dues di\u00e0ries ja implicaria excedir amb molt la dosi m\u00e0xima di\u00e0ria recomanada.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<p>Les autoritats novaiorqueses van basar-se en les dades que proporcionaven diversos estudis, que asseveren que \u201cles begudes riques en sucre s\u00f3n nocives per a la salut i poden comportar conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies a llarg termini\u201d, cosa de la qual es va fer ress\u00f2 el comissari de Salut (<em>Health Commissioner<\/em>) de la ciutat en un comunicat: \u201cAmb aquesta campanya, pretenem que els ciutadans prenguin consci\u00e8ncia que, encara que aquest tipus de begudes hagin redu\u00eft el contingut en sucre, l\u2019impacte en la salut continua sent molt real\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El comunicat afirma que almenys un de cada quatre adults i un de cada tres nens en edat escolar beuen com a m\u00ednim una d\u2019aquestes begudes al dia.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns consells per evitar les begudes ensucrades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beu aigua. Li pots afegir una rodanxa, o fins i tot una mica de suc, de llimona, que hi aporta un punt d\u2019acidesa i de sabor. Tamb\u00e9 tens l\u2019opci\u00f3 de l\u2019aigua amb gas, que t\u00e9 m\u00e9s sabor.<\/li>\n<li>En comptes de prendre un suc (natural, \u00e9s clar), menja la fruita sencera, que calma la set de la mateixa manera que el suc i, a m\u00e9s, aporta fibra i augmenta la sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat.<\/li>\n<li>Rebutja el consum de begudes energ\u00e8tiques, que, gaireb\u00e9 sense excepci\u00f3, contenen sucre.<\/li>\n<li>No oblidis comprovar la quantitat de sucre que contenen les begudes embotellades que consumeixis: caf\u00e8 o tes o batuts.
