El poden provocar nombrosos factors, des de les possibles complicacions de l\u2019embar\u00e0s o malformacions del nad\u00f3, el dolor del part i la possibilitat que hi hagi dificultats\u2026 El cert \u00e9s que totes les dones, especialment les que encara no tenen fills, pateixen aquesta situaci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un salt a all\u00f2 desconegut, tal com indiquen diversos estudis.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El part, i com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia l\u2019embar\u00e0s mateix, pot resultar molt intimidatori, ser la causa d\u2019una preocupaci\u00f3 real. I aix\u00f2 ho poden patir fins i tot les dones que ja han tingut fills, at\u00e8s que cada part \u00e9s diferent dels altres; i encara m\u00e9s si en embarassos o parts anteriors va haver-hi cap tipus de complicaci\u00f3. Al capdavall, no seria normal no preocupar-se per tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s clar que hi ha diferents graus, des d\u2019una ansietat l\u00f2gica fins al punt que aquestes pors s\u2019hi imposen, i la dona que les pateix evita a tot preu quedar-se embarassada o fins i tot interromp un embar\u00e0s no desitjat. En aquest cas es tractaria de tocof\u00f2bia, un trastorn que s\u2019ha descrit com a tal recentment.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Por_intensa\"><\/span>Por intensa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Quan apareix el trastorn, hi ha diverses accions que poden ajudar la pacient, per\u00f2, en tot cas, cal que la dona expliqui les seves pors amb tanta claredat i llibertat com sigui possible, i, naturalment, que el personal medicosanitari s\u2019ho prengui seriosament, cosa que, lamentablement, no sempre passa: frases com ara \u201ctotes passem per aix\u00f2\u201d o \u201cal final te n\u2019oblidar\u00e0s\u201d, o d\u2019altres de m\u00e9s grosses, com ara \u201cla ra\u00e7a humana s\u2019hauria extingit fa segles\u201d, s\u00f3n en la ment de qui no vol, o no sap, donar al trastorn la import\u00e0ncia que pot arribar a tenir. Per tant, no hi ha prou amb el fet de tenir consci\u00e8ncia de la tocof\u00f2bia, sin\u00f3 que cal con\u00e8ixer les pautes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries per solucionar-la. Diversos estudis recents suggereixen tractaments conjunts entre professionals de la salut mental i de l\u2019obstetr\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_influencia_de_lentorn\"><\/span>La influ\u00e8ncia de l\u2019entorn<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 presenta dos vessants. D\u2019una banda, hi ha els relats d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies negatives durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s o el part d\u2019altres dones, que poden fer augmentar les pors en una dona primerenca. D\u2019altra banda, el costat bo \u00e9s que compartir les experi\u00e8ncies o les pors, parlar-ne, suposa un gran pas, perqu\u00e8 ajuda a fer desapar\u00e8ixer la sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019a\u00efllament i proporciona molta informaci\u00f3, de manera que pot millorar els \u00e0nims.<\/p>\n<p>En qualsevol cas, l\u2019entorn pot tenir un paper rellevant: si b\u00e9 parlar-ne pot ser una bona ajuda, tamb\u00e9 pot incrementar la tocof\u00f2bia, at\u00e8s que es t\u00e9 coneixement de m\u00e9s problemes de tercers durant el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_cura_adequada\"><\/span>La cura adequada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s estrany que una dona no experimenti ansietat davant l\u2019embar\u00e0s i el part, i, no cal dir-ho, davant les possibles complicacions que puguin afectar el nad\u00f3. L\u2019important \u00e9s que, en els casos extrems, alg\u00fa \u2012metge o llevadora\u2012 les ha d\u2019animar a parlar de les seves pors i, insistim, no nom\u00e9s dir-los que \u00e9s l\u00f2gic que les tinguin i que tot anir\u00e0 b\u00e9. A m\u00e9s, cal tenir en compte que, tal com diversos estudis han reportat, l\u2019ansietat durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s pot generar aspectes negatius tant en la mare com en el fill.
