Confia en el rellotge del teu cos, i no el que portes al canell. \u00c9s cert que ficar-se tard al llit i haver de llevar-se d\u2019hora redueix el temps destinat a la son, per\u00f2 augmenta la necessitat fisiol\u00f2gica de dormir. Si t\u2019has desvetllat, no romanguis al llit, aixeca\u2019t i posa\u2019t a llegir o a escoltar m\u00fasica, i torna al llit quan el son t\u2019estigui vencent. Pot semblar simplement un t\u00f2pic, per\u00f2 cal que en siguis conscient i que no prenguis caf\u00e8 despr\u00e9s de les quatre de la tarda, per exemple. Els efectes de la cafe\u00efna en el cos poden ser duradors (fins a sis hores, o m\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Ni gota d\u2019alcohol.
