Quines fruites de temporada podem trobar a l&#8217;agost i quins en s\u00f3n els beneficis?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La naturalesa \u00e9s s\u00e0via i ens proporciona en cada moment el que necessitem. Durant l&#8217;estiu, per la calor, se sua m\u00e9s. Aix\u00f2 fa que el cos es deshidrati amb m\u00e9s facilitat i perdi minerals, de manera que augmenten les nostres necessitats d&#8217;aigua i nutrients. Tamb\u00e9 necessitem sentir-nos m\u00e9s lleugers, de manera que hem d&#8217;aportar al nostre organisme molta fibra. <strong>Les fruites d&#8217;estiu<\/strong> s\u00f3n generalment sucoses, molt acolorides i de sabor dol\u00e7, i el seu consum <strong>ens aporta l&#8217;aigua, les vitamines i els oligoelements que necessitem<\/strong> en aquesta \u00e8poca, a m\u00e9s que, com que s\u00f3n de temporada, resulten m\u00e9s econ\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n<p>Molta fruita es pot trobar durant tot l&#8217;any en els mercats, com ara el pl\u00e0tan, el coco, l&#8217;alvocat, la pinya o la llima, per\u00f2 pot ser \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 tenen diferents varietats, s\u00f3n productes d&#8217;importaci\u00f3 o es mantenen en c\u00e0meres. En aquest article hem triat cinc fruites de temporada amb grans propietats saludables que podem consumir a l&#8217;agost.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sindria\"><\/span>S\u00edndria<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s refrescant, hidratant i di\u00fcr\u00e8tica<\/strong>, amb un gran contingut d&#8217;aigua (93%) i <strong>molt poc contingut cal\u00f2ric<\/strong> (aproximadament 20 calories per cada 100 grams), per la qual cosa \u00e9s molt apropiada en dietes d&#8217;aprimament. Cont\u00e9 molta <strong>vitamina A<\/strong>, que ajuda al desenvolupament dels ossos i a combatre infeccions, i <strong>vitamina C i potassi<\/strong>, que contribueix a mantenir l&#8217;equilibri hidrosal\u00ed de l&#8217;organisme. El seu color vermell es deu al <strong>licop\u00e8<\/strong>, una subst\u00e0ncia que, a m\u00e9s, li aporta propietats antioxidants.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Melo\"><\/span>Mel\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6445\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/frutas-agosto-melon.jpg\" alt=\"mel\u00f3n\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Igual que la s\u00edndria, el seu gran contingut en aigua (90%) i potassi, la converteix en una fruita <strong>refrescant, hidratant i di\u00fcr\u00e8tica<\/strong>, que ajuda a evitar la retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids. \u00c9s baixa en calories i rica en <strong>vitamines antioxidants i betacarot\u00e8<\/strong>, cosa que potencia les defenses i prev\u00e9 contra el c\u00e0ncer i les malalties cardiovasculars. Destaca el seu alt contingut en vitamina C (100 grams aporten m\u00e9s de la meitat de la quantitat di\u00e0ria recomanada). Com que t\u00e9 molt poca quantitat de sucre, igual que la s\u00edndria, \u00e9s una fruita <strong>apta per a diab\u00e8tics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pruna_Claudia\"><\/span>Pruna Cl\u00e0udia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6443\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/frutas-agosto-ciruelas.jpg\" alt=\"ciruelas claudia\" width=\"800\" height=\"482\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La pruna t\u00e9 <strong>propietats lleugerament laxants<\/strong>, a causa del sorbitol, i <strong>fibra soluble<\/strong>, cosa que afavoreix el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i ajuda a reduir la quantitat de colesterol a la sang. La pell de color verd de la varietat Claudia t\u00e9 una capa cerosa que ret\u00e9 l&#8217;aigua a l&#8217;interior, cosa que la fa sucosa i dol\u00e7a. T\u00e9 una <strong>alta composici\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua i hidrats de carboni i un valor energ\u00e8tic baix<\/strong>. Com altres prunes, s\u00f3n riques en <strong>vitamines<\/strong>, sobretot vitamina E, amb un gran poder antioxidant que retarda l&#8217;envelliment, i vitamines A i C. S\u00f3n riques en minerals, sobretot en ferro, potassi, magnesi i calci, que ajuden a millorar els casos d&#8217;an\u00e8mia i els estats depressius.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Albercoc\"><\/span>Albercoc<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6442\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/frutas-agosto-albaricoques.jpg\" alt=\"albaricoques\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;albercoc \u00e9s una fruita molt refrescant, pel seu gran contingut en aiguai l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica \u00e9s m\u00e9s aviat baixa. \u00c9s <strong>ric en vitamines<\/strong>, com la provitamina A (betacarot\u00e8), beneficiosa per a la visi\u00f3, la pell, els cabells, les mucoses, els ossos i per al bon funcionament del sistema immunol\u00f2gic. I en minerals, sobretot potassi, necessari per al bon funcionament del sistema nervi\u00f3s i muscular, calci i magnesi, cosa que ajuda a regular el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal, els nervis i m\u00fasculs, forma part dels ossos i les dents, i tamb\u00e9 millora les defenses.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Figa\"><\/span>Figa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6444\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/frutas-agosto-higos.jpg\" alt=\"higos\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Es poden trobar cap al final de l&#8217;estiu. Les figues contenen un gran percentatge d&#8217;aigua i, encara que no contenen una gran aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica, \u00e9s superior al d&#8217;altres fruites, per la qual cosa s\u00f3n un <strong>excel\u00b7lent reconstituent despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>. \u00c9s un fruit ric en fibra i llavors, cosa que li atorga <strong>propietats digestives<\/strong> i el fan apropiat en casos de restrenyiment o irritaci\u00f3 intestinal. No obstant aix\u00f2, no \u00e9s convenient abusar-ne en aquests casos, ja que tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un efecte <strong>laxant<\/strong>.
