I un nou estudi ho corrobora.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Si_cuinen_aprendran_a_menjar_millor\"><\/span>Si cuinen, aprendran a menjar millor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;estudi assenyala que els nens i nenes a qui els agrada cuinar no nom\u00e9s mengen un 80% m\u00e9s de verdures, sin\u00f3 que es convertiran en adults m\u00e9s sans. Deixar-los que cuinin \u00e9s una manera excel\u00b7lent que mengin m\u00e9s varietat de plats i que tinguin curiositat per provar-ne de nous, la qual cosa promou el seu gust per menjar sa i variat, i ser\u00e0 la millor base per a una id\u00f2nia alimentaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;edat adulta.<\/p>\n<p>Seguint amb l&#8217;estudi, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria durant els primers anys de vida \u00e9s essencial per establir les bases de l\u2019a\u00f1limentaci\u00f3 quan s\u2019arribi a l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia i, m\u00e9s tard, a l\u2019edat adulta. Els que comparteixen les rutines culin\u00e0ries amb els pares mengen, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest 80% m\u00e9s de verdures que esment\u00e0vem, un 30% m\u00e9s de carn de pollastre i un 30% menys de calories. Si pensem en l&#8217;aut\u00e8ntica epid\u00e8mia actual d&#8217;obesitat infantil, trobarem m\u00e9s arguments. A mitj\u00e0 termini seran m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noms i s&#8217;organitzaran millor quan arribi l&#8217;hora d\u2019agafar la cistella de la compra.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mes_beneficis_de_la_cuina\"><\/span>M\u00e9s beneficis de la cuina<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels beneficis ja esmentats, cal tenir en compte que deixant als teus petits que cuinin amb vosaltres estrenyeu els lla\u00e7os familiars. Cuinar requereix una mica de concentraci\u00f3, paci\u00e8ncia, esfor\u00e7 i responsabilitat, qualitats totes elles que enriqueixen la personalitat. Ensenya&#8217;ls a anar netejant o recollint sobre la marxa el que ja no es necessiti a la cuina. Que siguin multitasca.<\/p>\n<p>Altres beneficis: practicaran l&#8217;aritm\u00e8tica, per comptar els temps de cocci\u00f3; la lectura, en llegir els receptes i les habilitats motores, com batre un ou o ratllar formatge. Treballaran m\u00e9s la mem\u00f2ria i seran m\u00e9s met\u00f2dics.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sense_oblidar_la_seguretat\"><\/span>Sense oblidar la seguretat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La majoria dels accidents infantils no tenen lloc ni a l&#8217;escola ni al carrer: a casa \u00e9s on m\u00e9s sovint tenen lloc. \u00c9s fonamental que adaptis les tasques permeses a l&#8217;edat del nen o nena que, indefectiblement, el primer que voldr\u00e0 ser\u00e0 agafar el ganivet m\u00e9s gros que tinguis a la cuina&#8230; Evidentment, no pots deixar que utilitzin els ganivets i altres elements que comportin perill, com els aparells el\u00e8ctrics. Procura que abans de comen\u00e7ar tinguin clar qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 perm\u00e8s i qu\u00e8 no, en lloc de fer-ho sobre la marxa.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns exemples de tasques permeses en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;edat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Entre 4 i 6 anys<\/strong>: trencar i batre ous, picar patates amb la forquilla per fer pur\u00e9, enfarinar un motlle, fins i tot &#8220;untar&#8221; de mantega, decorar un past\u00eds, picar al morter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De 6 a 8 anys<\/strong>: pesar, espr\u00e9mer c\u00edtrics, ratllar el pa o el formatge, manejar una massa, recollir els estris de cuina, assecant-los i guardant-los al seu lloc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9s endavant<\/strong>: els altres processos, fins i tot tallar (amb supervisi\u00f3, i ensenyant-los la manera correcta de col\u00b7locar els dits).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;estudi tamb\u00e9 esmenta la conveni\u00e8ncia de portar els petits a restaurants, i evitar demanar-los el men\u00fa infantil, si n\u2019hi ha.
