S\u00ed, els elaboradors d&#8217;aix\u00f2 que hem vingut a anomenar &#8220;menjar escombraries&#8221; saben el que fan i carreguen els seus productes de sucre o de dubtoses salses preparades amb greixos tamb\u00e9 poc recomanables&#8230; Per\u00f2 aconsegueixen el que volen: enganxar el nen a aquests sabors f\u00e0cils.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tot \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d&#8217;educaci\u00f3, \u00e9s clar, i perseverant pots aconseguir que el teu fill mengi de tot. Aqu\u00ed et proposem alguna estrat\u00e8gia que pot fer el proc\u00e9s m\u00e9s suportable.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Sigues_tu_el_seu_model\"><\/span>1. Sigues tu el seu model<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els fills tendeixen a imitar el que fan els grans, i la idea \u00e9s que aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 passi amb l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Diversos estudis han suggerit que els canvis en la ingesta d&#8217;aliments dels pares tendeixen a influir positivament en els petits. Si veuen que els grans prenen molta fruita i verdura, la canalla tamb\u00e9 ho far\u00e0. Hauries, per tant, de fer l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de menjar tots junts i que et vegi menjar el mateix que li posis al plat. An\u00e0logament, si veuen que altres nens i nenes mengen alguna cosa que es mostraven reticents a menjar, tamb\u00e9 tendiran a fer-ho.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Oblida_allo_del_%E2%80%9Cnen_menja%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>2. Oblida all\u00f2 del \u201cnen, menja!\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s molt habitual for\u00e7ar els nens a menjar, fins i tot quan no tenen gana, nom\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 ha arribat l&#8217;hora de fer-ho. \u00c9s clar que pot ser un truc: poden al\u00b7legar que no tenen gama per evitar de menjar-se la mongeta tendra. Per\u00f2 tu saps a quina hora va fer l\u2019\u00e0pat anterior (i qu\u00e8 va menjar) i saps, per tant, si t\u00e9 gana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s fonamental que portis un control real del que menja, de manera que tingui sempre gana a la mateixa hora.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed i tot, no has d\u2019obligar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que \u00e9s raonable. Diversos estudis han mostrat que quan se\u2019ls obliga a menjar el que tenen davant mengen menys que si simplement un seu davant el plat i s&#8217;arma de paci\u00e8ncia. Cal tenir en compte que obligar-los a menjar una cosa determinada t\u00e9 el risc que desenvolupi un odi visceral cap al plat en q\u00fcesti\u00f3, aversi\u00f3 que pot durar fins a&#8230;, b\u00e9, durant tota la vida.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Posa-li_tambe_alguna_cosa_que_li_agradi\"><\/span>3. Posa-li tamb\u00e9 alguna cosa que li agradi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha comprovat que si amb la mongeta verda poses unes patates fregides, ser\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s probable que s\u2019ho mengi tot. O, dit d&#8217;una altra manera, barreja coses noves amb el que saps que li agrada.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es menjar\u00e0 abans les mongetes si li poses una mica de qu\u00e8txup, si li agrada (i a quin nen no li agrada?). Es tracta de disfressar el gust b\u00e0sic del nou aliment; si les end\u00edvies li resulten amargues, prova de posar-hi algun agent endolcidor, que podria ser fins i tot una mica de sucre. Una vegada que s&#8217;hi acostumi, acabar\u00e0 per menjar-s\u2019ho sense l\u2019afegit. Hi ha diverses investigacions que avalen aquesta estrat\u00e8gia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Deixa_que_cuini_amb_tu\"><\/span>4. Deixa que cuini amb tu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pot ser una bona manera que adoptin bons h\u00e0bits nutricionals. Si prepareu junts el seu sopar i s\u2019encarrega d&#8217;alguna tasca f\u00e0cil per cuinar, \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s probable que provi el plat en q\u00fcesti\u00f3, ja que s&#8217;asseur\u00e0 davant amb la il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 d&#8217;haver-ho cuinat.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pots motivar-los, demanant-los que t\u2019ajudin a fer la llista de la compra, per exemple, una activitat que promour\u00e0, a m\u00e9s, la seva responsabilitat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_La_teva_imaginacio_al_poder\"><\/span>5. La teva imaginaci\u00f3 al poder<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Com m\u00e9s creatiu siguis, m\u00e9s bona ser\u00e0 la resposta dels petits. Inventa&#8217;t noms divertits: &#8220;espinacs amb superpoders&#8221; o &#8220;pastanagues Bugs Bunny&#8221; o &#8220;mongetes amb raigs-x&#8221;, o qualsevol altre que associ\u00ef el plat als seus superherois favorits o les seves s\u00e8ries de dibuixos animats.<\/p>\n<p>Tot s\u2019hi val a l&#8217;hora de conv\u00e8ncer un nen perqu\u00e8 mengi m\u00e9s fruita i m\u00e9s verdura o m\u00e9s peix blau o, b\u00e9, tot aix\u00f2 que saps que forma part de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia. I, sobretot, que mengi menys menjar porqueria, incloent-hi les llaminadures i els aliments amb exc\u00e9s de sucre.
