Tots sabem que pr\u00e0cticament cada dia apareixen una nova dieta miraculosa, alguna llavor o algun altre aliment el consum del qual ens far\u00e0 aprimar, a m\u00e9s de mantenir-nos plens de vitamines i meravellosament sans. P\u00e0gines web com aquesta i articles com el que est\u00e0s llegint intenten aclarir qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que hi ha de cert i en quina mesura es tracta tan sols d\u2019una moda nova m\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El que portem avui no \u00e9s una moda: el peix blau i, m\u00e9s concretament, el greix que cont\u00e9. Les bondats d\u2019aquests aliments estan demostrades des de fa anys.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019oli de peix \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s, tant per a la pell com per al cervell. No \u00e9s sobrer explicar-ho amb m\u00e9s detall.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_es_tan_bo\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan bo?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La ra\u00f3 es troba en l\u2019oli, com d\u00e8iem abans, que \u00e9s ple d\u2019omega-3. Els omega-3 s\u00f3n un grup d\u2019\u00e0cids grassos que, dit breument, s\u00f3n un component de les membranes que envolten les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i s\u00f3n greixos essencials \u2012\u00e9s a dir, necessaris per a l\u2019organisme\u2012 que el nostre cos no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de produir. Per aix\u00f2 cal obtenir-los mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3. Hi ha tres formes actives d\u2019omega-3: l\u2019\u00e0cid alfa-linol\u00e8nic (ALA), l\u2019\u00e0cid eicosapentaenoic (EPA) i l\u2019\u00e0cid docosahexaenoic (DHA).<\/p>\n<p>A Espanya, el consum de peix blau forma part de la dieta tradicional, la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia. El problema que s\u2019ha observat (i sobre el qual s\u2019ha fet el crit d\u2019alerta) \u00e9s que tendim a oblidar-nos de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 de sempre i cada vegada mengem m\u00e9s aliments, com a m\u00ednim, dubtosos. Per a la ci\u00e8ncia, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un error manifest i haur\u00edem d\u2019invertir aquesta tend\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00f2 equival a menjar salm\u00f3, per exemple, dues vegades a la setmana. Les dones embarassades n\u2019haurien d\u2019augmentar la ingesta a 350 o 400 mg\/dia, \u00e9s a dir, tres porcions de salm\u00f3 (o l\u2019equivalent de qualsevol altre peix blau) a la setmana.<\/p>\n<p>Les necessitats dels nens es considera que s\u00f3n les mateixes que les dels adults: 250 mg\/dia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Suplements_domega-3\"><\/span>Suplements d\u2019omega-3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els vegetarians que no mengin peix i els vegans nom\u00e9s s\u2019han de preocupar de prendre p\u00edndoles de suplements d\u2019aquests \u00e0cids grassos. N\u2019est\u00e0 comprovada la validesa, sempre que siguin de qualitat. N\u2019hi ha molts i molt variats; n\u2019hi ha que tenen m\u00e9s EPA, cosa que beneficia m\u00e9s la salut card\u00edaca, i d\u2019altres tenen m\u00e9s DHA, cosa que beneficia m\u00e9s el cervell.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests suplements s\u2019han de comprar en farm\u00e0cies o en botigues de confian\u00e7a, i cal parar atenci\u00f3 a la data de caducitat, at\u00e8s que l\u2019oli de peix es degrada. \u00c9s aconsellable evitar els productes barats, comprats a internet i sense garantia de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, cal no oblidar que la llista d\u2019avantatges del peix blau no es limita als omega-3, sin\u00f3 que inclou una gran quantitat de prote\u00efnes, minerals i vitamines, de manera que sempre \u00e9s preferible l\u2019aliment natural als suplements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi ha postulats que es mantenen per sobre de les modes.
