No nom\u00e9s parlem de l&#8217;ast\u00e8nia primaveral o de les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, sin\u00f3 de com <strong>l&#8217;arribada d&#8217;aquesta estaci\u00f3 ens influeix de forma integral i pot afectar la nostra salut i el nostre \u00e0nim<\/strong>, tant positivament com negativament. Com ens influeix la primavera?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_sistema_respiratori\"><\/span>El sistema respiratori<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La primavera dona pas a l&#8217;\u00e8poca de la floraci\u00f3 i la pol\u00b7linitzaci\u00f3 de la majoria de les plantes. Com que actualment han augmentat els al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens nous i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, el sistema respiratori <strong>\u00e9s un dels m\u00e9s afectats a la primavera<\/strong>: es disparen els casos de rinitis, conjuntivitis i faringitis, i empitjoren els casos d&#8217;asma bronquial. D&#8217;altra banda, els canvis de temperatura propis de l&#8217;estaci\u00f3 poden augmentar els casos de refredats virals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El costat positiu de la primavera \u00e9s que disminueixen els casos de grip i de pneum\u00f2nia bacteriana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lestat_danim_i_el_desig_sexual\"><\/span>L&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i el desig sexual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;augment de les hores de llum i la pujada de la temperatura provoquen <strong>canvis hormonals<\/strong> i un augment de l&#8217;activitat social que <strong>milloren l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim en general i augmenten el desig sexual<\/strong>. En aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 molt a veure la vitamina D (el cos la produeix de forma natural en exposar-se al sol), ja que interv\u00e9 de manera directa en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i en els nivells de testosterona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, aquests canvis de la primavera i el canvi d&#8217;hora poden afectar de forma negativa algunes persones. Aproximadament la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 pot experimentar l&#8217;anomenada <strong>ast\u00e8nia primaveral<\/strong>, un trastorn temporal que es produeix quan l&#8217;organisme necessita un per\u00edode d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 als canvis de l&#8217;estaci\u00f3, i que presenta s\u00edmptomes com ara cansament i fatiga, somnol\u00e8ncia (a la primavera disminueix la melatonina, l&#8217;hormona que regula el son), irritabilitat, p\u00e8rdua de gana i del desig sexual. Tot i que no \u00e9s greu i sol durar com a m\u00e0xim un parell de setmanes, l&#8217;adopci\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables, com ara l&#8217;exercici (ajuda a alliberar estr\u00e8s que millora la qualitat del son, indispensable per a la producci\u00f3 de melatonina), una dieta equilibrada rica en fruita i verdura, i una bona hidrataci\u00f3, poden reduir la durada de l&#8217;ast\u00e8nia primaveral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ossos_articulacions_i_musculs\"><\/span>Ossos, articulacions i m\u00fasculs<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La major exposici\u00f3 als raigs solars incrementa la producci\u00f3 de <strong>vitamina D<\/strong>. Aquesta vitamina ajuda a l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 del calci, afavoreix l&#8217;enfortiment dels ossos, i tamb\u00e9 desenvolupa un paper important en el sistema nervi\u00f3s, muscular i immunitari. No obstant aix\u00f2, aquesta mateixa exposici\u00f3 solar, si no es controla i no es protegeix b\u00e9 la pell, pot augmentar els casos de cremades, el risc de lesions cut\u00e0nies i un empitjorament de la dermatitis at\u00f2pica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta \u00e8poca, aprofitant que s&#8217;allarguen els dies i la temperatura \u00e9s m\u00e9s agradable, solem augmentar les hores que dediquem a l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic, de manera que <strong>el sistema muscular s&#8217;enforteix<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#8217;artritis reumatoide a les extremitats inferiors i superiors pot tenir m\u00e9s incid\u00e8ncia en aquesta estaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/primavera-familia.jpg\" alt=\"Padre e hijos en la playa\" class=\"wp-image-6027\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sistema_cardiovascular_i_cerebrovascular\"><\/span>Sistema cardiovascular i cerebrovascular<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la primavera es produeix una <strong>baixada de la pressi\u00f3 arterial<\/strong>, cosa que pot afavorir els malalts cr\u00f2nics d&#8217;hipertensi\u00f3. Al costat de la dilataci\u00f3 de les art\u00e8ries per l&#8217;augment de la temperatura, en general es redueix el nombre d&#8217;infarts isqu\u00e8mics i de miocardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a efecte negatiu, es poden agreujar els quadres de baixades de tensi\u00f3 en persones amb la tensi\u00f3 arterial baixa. I els pacients amb asma o rinitis, a causa d&#8217;una mala oxigenaci\u00f3 de la sang, poden patir una descompensaci\u00f3 de la seva malaltia card\u00edaca. Alguns estudis tamb\u00e9 han descrit una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s alta de casos d&#8217;hemorr\u00e0gia subaracnoidal (sagnat a la zona compresa entre el cervell i els teixits prims que el cobreixen) a la primavera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sistema_digestiu\"><\/span>Sistema digestiu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, a la primavera <strong>millora la nostra alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>: mengem m\u00e9s fruita i verdura fresca, bevem m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 fa m\u00e9s calor (sucs, aigua&#8230;). Tamb\u00e9 <strong>ens movem m\u00e9s<\/strong>, cosa que en conjunt afavoreix la funci\u00f3 del sistema digestiu. No obstant aix\u00f2, augmenten els brots d&#8217;\u00falceres gastroduodenals i augmenta el risc de complicacions en els pacients amb \u00falceres pr\u00e8vies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resum, la primavera \u00e9s una \u00e8poca natural de canvi i renovaci\u00f3. Si tenim en compte tots aquests aspectes que poden afectar el nostre organisme i estem preparats, aquesta estaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una oportunitat fant\u00e0stica per <strong>cuidar la nostra salut f\u00edsica i el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim amb la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>, el contacte amb la natura i el foment de l\u2019activitat social.
