T&#8217;expliquem per qu\u00e8 el Body Pump \u00e9s l&#8217;entrenament de moda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_Body_Pump\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Body Pump?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El Body Pump \u00e9s un <strong>programa d&#8217;entrenament f\u00edsic intens que combina activitat aer\u00f2bica i treball muscular mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;aixecament de peses al ritme de la m\u00fasica<\/strong>. S\u00f3n sessions dirigides, divertides i motivadores, en les quals s\u2019enforteix el sistema cardiovascular i gran part dels m\u00fasculs del cos. La senzillesa dels exercicis, la intensitat elevada i el poc temps de descans que es fa entre els grups musculars faciliten que s&#8217;aconsegueixin resultats evidents r\u00e0pidament.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest sistema d&#8217;entrenament va ser patentat per Les Mills International, un grup dedicat a la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;entrenaments de fitness. A m\u00e9s del Body Pump, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n creadors, per exemple, del Body Combat i Body Balan\u00e7, i tots s\u00f3n programes precoreografiats per donar homogene\u00eftat a l&#8217;entrenament.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-04-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_que_consisteixen_les_classes\"><\/span>En qu\u00e8 consisteixen les classes?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Amb una durada aproximada de 55 minuts, <strong>s&#8217;utilitzen deu temes musicals per treballar de forma individual tots els grups musculars del cos<\/strong>. Existeixen tamb\u00e9 variacions de la mateixa classe amb una durada de 45 i 30 minuts, que ometen certs grups musculars, per a les persones que no disposen de m\u00e9s temps o per als que volen iniciar-se en la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;aquest entrenament i estan en baixa forma.<\/p>\n<p>En Body Pump, <strong>tots els exercicis es fan amb una resist\u00e8ncia afegida mitjan\u00e7ant una barra, uns discos de pes variable que permeten treballar el m\u00fascul amb m\u00e9s o menys intensitat i, opcionalment, un banc aer\u00f2bic<\/strong>. El pes varia en funci\u00f3 del grup muscular que es treballi, segons la capacitat de la persona que el practiqui i dels objectius que es pretenguin assolir amb les classes. Entre els exercicis t\u00edpics es troben les esquat o les flexions, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;aixecament de barra.<\/p>\n<p>La classe t\u00e9 sempre la mateixa estructura i la coreografia es repeteix durant aproximadament tres mesos, per la qual cosa es practiquen quatre coreografies a l&#8217;any. Aquest punt pot resultar un avantatge per a l&#8217;exercici, ja que els moviments s\u00f3n senzills i resulten f\u00e0cils d&#8217;aprendre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/bodypump-brazos.jpg\" alt=\"Body Pump\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_beneficis_ens_aporta_el_Body_Pump\"><\/span>Quins beneficis ens aporta el Body Pump?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3 de treball aer\u00f2bic i muscular del Body Pump t\u00e9 molts beneficis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ajuda a remodelar el cos<\/strong> gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;enfortiment i el guany muscular.<\/li>\n<li>Aporta <strong>m\u00e9s resist\u00e8ncia pulmonar i cardiovascular<\/strong>, cosa que redueix el risc de contraure malalties cardiovasculars.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajuda a perdre pes<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 es cremen calories. En una sola classe de Body Pump es poden fer al voltant de 800 repeticions r\u00e0pides (de 4 a 7 minuts per cada grup muscular) i cremar una mitjana de 600 calories.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tonifica i enforteix els m\u00fasculs<\/strong>, de manera que s&#8217;aconsegueix m\u00e9s flexibilitat i una millor postura, sobretot en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;esquena. Aix\u00f2 evita els dolors ocasionats per mantenir una postura incorrecta i ajuda a prevenir lesions en la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;altres esports.<\/li>\n<li>Millora la coordinaci\u00f3, protegeix els ossos i les articulacions de possibles lesions i <strong>millora la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica en general<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Millora el benestar psicol\u00f2gic<\/strong> gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;alliberament d&#8217;endorfines que es produeix amb l&#8217;esport i al benestar que produeix la m\u00fasica i les activitats en grup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_a_qui_es_indicat\"><\/span>Per a qui \u00e9s indicat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a la facilitat per variar el pes amb qu\u00e8 es treballa segons la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica de cada persona, el Body Pump <strong>\u00e9s una activitat recomanada per a tothom<\/strong>. Tot i que els exercicis s\u00f3n senzills, per evitar lesions hem de <strong>con\u00e8ixer la t\u00e8cnica<\/strong> i fer-los de la manera correcta, mantenir una <strong>bona postura<\/strong> i evitar un exc\u00e9s de pes a la barra, <strong>augmentant la intensitat de forma progressiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I, per descomptat, <strong>gaudir de la classe<\/strong>.
