Sense comptar que s\u2019escampar\u00e0 gaireb\u00e9 irremissiblement per tota la fam\u00edlia, com si fos una plaga.<\/p>\n<p>Si estem refredats, fins a quin punt podem fer \u201cvida normal\u201d? A continuaci\u00f3, responem cinc preguntes habituals a les consultes dels metges de fam\u00edlia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"He_dagafar_la_baixa_laboral_per_un_refredat\"><\/span>He d\u2019agafar la baixa laboral, per un refredat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No necess\u00e0riament. Si et sap greu no anar a treballar per un simple refredat&#8230; doncs b\u00e9, pots anar a l\u2019oficina, per\u00f2 has de tenir en compte diverses coses.<\/p>\n<p>Primer, que ser\u00e0s poc productiu, perqu\u00e8 si et trobes malament, rendir\u00e0s menys; segon, que pots contagiar tota l\u2019oficina, i tercer, que allargar\u00e0s la teva situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Que sigui el sentit com\u00fa qui mani. Amb febre alta, amb el cansament que comporta i amb el que costa fins i tot aixecar-se del llit&#8230;, anar a treballar no \u00e9s la millor opci\u00f3. Si pots quedar-te a casa, no ho dubtis. Per\u00f2 si realment \u00e9s imprescindible que vagis a treballar, has de tenir en compte els consells habituals pel que fa a la higiene. Fes servir mocadors de paper i tapa\u2019t la boca amb els mocadors quan tussis o esternudis (no amb la m\u00e0, perqu\u00e8 tot el que toquis despr\u00e9s quedar\u00e0 contaminat amb els teus g\u00e8rmens). Renta\u2019t sovint les mans i fes servir paper per eixugar-te-les, no la tovallola. Si pots, \u00e9s millor que facis servir un gel desinfectant, dels que venen a les farm\u00e0cies.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Puc_beure_alcohol\"><\/span>Puc beure alcohol?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pot ser temptador, prendre\u2019s una copa. Per\u00f2 t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 o empitjorar\u00e0 les coses?<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s bona idea beure res. Has de tenir en compte que l\u2019alcohol altera el son i, en aquest moment, per recuperar-te de pressa necessites menjar b\u00e9 i dormir b\u00e9. I el que m\u00e9s vols ara mateix \u00e9s que se\u2019t passi d\u2019una vegada, oi? Doncs un rajol\u00ed de conyac o de whisky a la tisana no tindr\u00e0 efectes greus, \u00e9s clar que no, per\u00f2 millor si te l\u2019estalvies. La millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s fer rep\u00f2s, menjar plats sans (molta fruita i verdura) i beure molts l\u00edquids&#8230;, per\u00f2 no alcohol.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Puc_fer_exercici_amb_un_refredat\"><\/span>Puc fer exercici amb un refredat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una sessi\u00f3 intensa al gimn\u00e0s, suant molt, m\u2019ajudar\u00e0?<\/p>\n<p>Abans hem parlat de sentit com\u00fa. I, encara que vagis sovint al gimn\u00e0s, suar la cansalada no \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s et ve de gust ara mateix, oi? El teu sistema immunitari est\u00e0 activat per combatre el refredat i una sessi\u00f3 d\u2019exercici intens ser\u00e0 sotmetre el cos a un estr\u00e8s addicional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s millor descansar, fer rep\u00f2s, hem dit abans. Per descomptat, si et ve de gust fer un passeig tranquil, fes-ho, per\u00f2 no t\u2019oblidis d\u2019abrigar-te b\u00e9; i no t\u2019esgotis, ja que possiblement ja tinguis un cert grau de deshidrataci\u00f3 i fins i tot respires amb alguna dificultat; l\u2019exercici intens faria que les coses empitjoressin.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Puc_portar_el_meu_fill_a_una_festa_infantil\"><\/span>Puc portar el meu fill a una festa infantil?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Clar i catal\u00e0: no, no l\u2019has de portar a la festa de cap de les maneres. Si continues tossint o esternudant, ser\u00e0s un vector de contagi ambulant i contagiar\u00e0s tothom que tinguis a prop. Si ja has superat la fase de la tos i dels esternuts, probablement no passaria res, per\u00f2 millor evitar-ho, no et sembla?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_un_refredat_es_en_realitat_una_grip\"><\/span>Quan un refredat \u00e9s en realitat una grip?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La grip est\u00e0 provocada pel virus que porta el mateix nom, el de la grip (influenza, a pa\u00efsos de parla anglesa), fonamentalment les soques A i B. La grip \u00e9s una malaltia molt m\u00e9s seriosa, que et pot obligar a fer llit diversos dies i provocar-te febres de m\u00e9s de 38\u00baC, a m\u00e9s de dolors musculars i de cap, mocs constants i calfreds.<\/p>\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes de la grip apareixen m\u00e9s de pressa (els del refredat triguen m\u00e9s a desenvolupar-se). Si tens 65 anys o m\u00e9s, has de prendre\u2019t molt seriosament la grip.
