B\u00e9, doncs una nova investigaci\u00f3 encara n\u2019hi afegeix una altra: anar-se\u2019n al llit enfadat pot fer-nos dormir malament.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s freq\u00fcent sentir-ho a dir als matrimonis o a les parelles que fa anys que estan junts, \u201cjo no me\u2019n puc anar al llit enfadat\u201d. I la causa \u00e9s que no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s dolent per a la relaci\u00f3 de parella, sin\u00f3 per al son.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que ara ja ho saps: has de provar d\u2019evitar les discussions a \u00faltima hora del dia.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estudi va consistir a monitorar un grup de 436 voluntaris que abans van respondre un q\u00fcestionari en el qual s\u2019investigava el seu humor. Els resultats van mostrar que com pitjor era el seu humor, pitjor dormien. La investigaci\u00f3 es va dur a terme a la Iowa State University, i es van tenir en compte els ajustos necessaris per sexe, edat, nivell socioecon\u00f2mic i fins i tot ra\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<p>La teoria estableix que quan te\u2019n vas al llit enfadat, dones voltes al perqu\u00e8 de l\u2019enuig, la qual cosa dificulta agafar el son. Com a regla general, els resultats van mostrar que els voluntaris que controlaven pitjor la ira van dormir pitjor, la qual cosa suggereix que aquest mal control t\u00e9 un paper important en el son, i que la ira i el son tenen una correlaci\u00f3, en depenen l\u2019un de l\u2019altra. L\u2019informe es va publicar a la revista Journal of Research in Personality.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 complementa estudis anteriors que mostraven que la falta de son empitjora la propensi\u00f3 a l\u2019enuig, cosa que dona com a resultat un cercle vici\u00f3s: l\u2019enuig porta a dormir malament, i al seu torn aix\u00f2 porta mal humor.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, val la pena que si, per exemple, est\u00e0s enfadat amb la teva parella, t\u2019asseguis amb ella i proveu de posar les coses en ordre i trobar la manera de reconciliar-vos. A continuaci\u00f3, donem alguns consells generals per millorar el son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procura anar al llit abans, sobretot si est\u00e0s cansat.<\/li>\n<li>Desconfia de les medicines per dormir sense recepta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019habitaci\u00f3 ha d\u2019estar entre 18 i 21\u00ba de temperatura, no m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>No encenguis tauletes, m\u00f2bils i altres dispositius al llit.<\/li>\n<li>No beguis alcohol, ni prenguis caf\u00e8 m\u00e9s tard de les quatre de la tarda.<\/li>\n<li>No facis exercici intens les \u00faltimes hores del dia.<\/li>\n<li>Tanca b\u00e9 les cortines i les persianes, de manera que l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 estigui completament fosca.<\/li>\n<li>Si tens problemes de son, procura portar un diari on descriguis com has dormit: t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a evitar les circumst\u00e0ncies propenses a un mal son.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi ha moltes coses que poden alterar el son.
