Per\u00f2 no es tracta que et prenguin el p\u00e8l. Quan et sentis pressionat per la petici\u00f3 d&#8217;alg\u00fa, alguna cosa que et suposa una nosa perqu\u00e8 tenies pensat fer una altra cosa, digues simplement &#8220;no&#8221;. No has de donar moltes explicacions del perqu\u00e8. Els que tenen baixa autoestima tendeixen a jutjar poc s\u00f2lides les raons per no fer-ho, per\u00f2 s\u00f3n les seves. Digues &#8220;no, no puc, ho sento&#8221; i oblida-te&#8217;n. \u00c9s important no carregar-te de tasques per a tercers, ja siguin companys de feina, familiars o amics.
