Les causes d&#8217;aquesta tend\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n molt variades, i van des de l&#8217;amor als animals (motius \u00e8tics: el 57%), la creen\u00e7a que \u00e9s millor per a la salut global del planeta (m\u00e9s sostenible: el 21%) fins a la convicci\u00f3 que \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable prescindir-ne en la dieta: el 17%.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Segons un estudi recent, el 0,2% dels espanyols \u00e9s veg\u00e0, fet que suposa, a grans trets, 90.000 persones. A aix\u00f2 caldria afegir els vegetarians, la xifra dels quals ja \u00e9s considerable: fins a 3,6 milions a Espanya, si comptem entre ells els que no toleren determinats aliments animals (com la llet, o els ous), els que s\u2019anomenen flexitarians. Tamb\u00e9 cal dir que s&#8217;estima que el 20% dels vegetarians menja ocasionalment carn.<\/p>\n<p>El cas \u00e9s que es pot viure perfectament nodrit sent veg\u00e0, sempre que siguem conscients que la supressi\u00f3 del que t\u00e9 origen animal t\u00e9 certs riscos. Cal controlar que la dieta contingui prou prote\u00efnes i calci, que s\u00f3n les mancances m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents del veganisme.<\/p>\n<p>La manca de prote\u00efnes ja ha estat considerada en articles anteriors, i per tant ens centrarem ara en el calci, la falta del qual augmenta el risc d&#8217;osteoporosi, per exemple. La principal font de calci de la dieta habitual s\u00f3n els lactis: llet, iogurt i formatge.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quina_quantitat_de_calci_necessitem\"><\/span>Quina quantitat de calci necessitem?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) les necessitats di\u00e0ries de calci s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults: 800 mg diaris<\/li>\n<li>Adolescents: 1.000 mg (1 gram diari)<\/li>\n<li>Nens: 600-900 mg<\/li>\n<li>Dones embarassades o lactants: 1.200 mg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per\u00f2, insistim, es pot viure sense lactis. A continuaci\u00f3, enumerem 6 aliments que probablement no saps que contenen calci.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_taronges\"><\/span>Les taronges<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les taronges, com la resta dels c\u00edtrics, et fan immediatament pensar, amb tota la ra\u00f3, en la vitamina C. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 contenen calci, i aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s tan conegut. Una taronja mitjana cont\u00e9 fins a 70 mg de calci, o el 7% de les necessitats di\u00e0ries d&#8217;un adult.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_ametlles_i_altra_fruita_seca\"><\/span>Les ametlles i altra fruita seca<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5451\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/almendras2.jpg\" alt=\"Almendras\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tampoc \u00e9s &#8220;calci&#8221; el primer que penses quan la menges, oi? Doncs a m\u00e9s de resultar un antioxidant potent, de tenir clars beneficis per a la pressi\u00f3 arterial i de resultar d&#8217;ajuda per al control de la glucosa en sang, aporten quantitats significatives de calci. I encara que no estem parlant de prote\u00efna&#8230;, tamb\u00e9 n\u2019aporten.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_broquil\"><\/span>El br\u00f2quil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5456\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/plato-de-brecol2.jpg\" alt=\"Br\u00f3coli\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ha fet fortuna entre nosaltres el nom itali\u00e0 d&#8217;aquesta superverdura: el broccoli. \u00c9s rica en vitamines A, C i K, m\u00e9s minerals diversos (magnesi, zinc, f\u00f2sfor); i tamb\u00e9, excepcionalment, rica en calci. El que cont\u00e9, a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil d\u2019absorbir per l&#8217;organisme.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_figues\"><\/span>Les figues<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5454\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/higos2.jpg\" alt=\"Higos\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 aporten antioxidants i fibra, i tenen quantitats significatives de calci. Cinc figues aporten 135 mg de calci.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_verdura_de_fulla_verda\"><\/span>La verdura de fulla verda<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/espinacas2.jpg\" alt=\"Hojas de espinaca\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No contenen greix i aporten molt poques calories, fet que les fa id\u00f2nies per controlar el pes. I la col arrissada o les fulles d&#8217;espinacs contenen molt calci. S\u00f3n molt bones a l\u2019amanida, per exemple.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_fesols\"><\/span>Els fesols<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/alubias-rojas2.jpg\" alt=\"Alubias\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Una raci\u00f3 aporta 175 mg de calci, a m\u00e9s de contenir prote\u00efnes, ferro i molta fibra. S\u00f3n carbohidrats d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 lenta, o sigui que no provoquen pujades r\u00e0pides del sucre en sang.
