La inf\u00e0ncia pot ser una etapa molt estressant, fins i tot infeli\u00e7, de la vida. I probablement, avui ho \u00e9s m\u00e9s que mai. Segons un estudi dut a terme al Regne Unit, almenys un de cada deu nens t\u00e9 un trastorn mental definit (\u00e9s a dir, que es pot diagnosticar): estr\u00e8s, depressi\u00f3 o ansietat, i sembla que aquesta proporci\u00f3 va augmentant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>No perqu\u00e8 siguin nens s\u00f3n necess\u00e0riament feli\u00e7os. En aquest sentit, s\u00f3n com els adults. Hi ha molts factors que poden provocar una situaci\u00f3 de tensi\u00f3 (\u00e9s a dir, d\u2019estr\u00e8s), des de l\u2019assetjament escolar fins a les males notes, passant per situacions com ara les rivalitats entre germans, una mudan\u00e7a o la separaci\u00f3 dels pares. I el problema es veu incrementat perqu\u00e8 el nen t\u00e9, en general, menys temps de lleure que els pares, i cada vegada es veuen sotmesos a m\u00e9s pressi\u00f3, a causa de les expectatives que puguin tenir els pares. Els problemes descrits els poden resultar molt aclaparadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tot aix\u00f2 no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de detectar. A continuaci\u00f3, mostrem set indicis que alguna cosa pot estar fallant amb el teu fill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Es_nega_a_anar_al_colle\"><\/span>1. Es nega a anar al col\u00b7le<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s relativament freq\u00fcent sentir que un nen no vol anar a l&#8217;escola. No passa res si \u00e9s ocasional, per\u00f2 si es repeteix amb certa freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia hauries de pensar que hi ha una ra\u00f3 concreta perqu\u00e8 sigui aix\u00ed: pot ser la por als ex\u00e0mens, els deures, o la falta d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 social i \u2212encara pitjor\u2212 la intimidaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a un nen, pot ser molt frustrant ser dels darrers de la classe en rendiment escolar; fins i tot els passa a alumnes brillants que, no obstant aix\u00f2, s\u00f3n maldestres en gimn\u00e0stica, per exemple, o van endarrerits en una assignatura concreta. Poden considerar-se m\u00e9s maldestres, o m\u00e9s ximples i generar aversi\u00f3 a l&#8217;escola, i comportar, finalment, problemes greus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Treu_pitjors_notes\"><\/span>2. Treu pitjors notes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si abans aconseguia vuits i nous i ara treu tresos, alguna cosa falla. No es passa del notable al suspens de la nit al dia. Si veus que al teu fill li est\u00e0 passant aix\u00f2, parla amb els seus professors per investigar qu\u00e8 succeeix. Un estudi, tamb\u00e9 brit\u00e0nic, mostra que la causa principal d&#8217;estr\u00e8s infantil s\u00f3n els problemes acad\u00e8mics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pressi\u00f3 a qu\u00e8 els pares poden sotmetre els nens, l\u00f2gicament amb la millor intenci\u00f3, pot ser excessiva. En molts casos, els nens s\u00f3n incapa\u00e7os de queixar-se, amb la qual cosa els pares no poden veure que estan aclaparant-lo. Es donen casos de nens amb pensaments su\u00efcides per no poder respondre a les expectatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Menja_diferent\"><\/span>3. Menja diferent<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poden donar-se dos casos: menjar molt m\u00e9s, i en aquest cas el menjar li suposa una evasi\u00f3, o fer-ho molt menys perqu\u00e8 ha perdut tot l&#8217;inter\u00e8s pel menjar. En aix\u00f2 no difereixen dels adults, i els dos tipus de problemes s\u00f3n un bon senyal que alguna cosa passa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si menja m\u00e9s, es pot engreixar massa, i aix\u00f2 li pot suposar problemes, tant de salut com socials. I si comen\u00e7a a aprimar-se en exc\u00e9s, el problema pot ser encara pitjor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Diu_que_esta_malalt\"><\/span>4. Diu que est\u00e0 malalt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot somatitzar-se (pot ser un problema de salut real) i el nen estressat pot queixar-se de mals de cap o d&#8217;est\u00f3mac. Si \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent que abans, \u00e9s un bon indici que est\u00e0 estressat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pot expressar-se amb comportaments an\u00f2mals, com no poder parar quiet o, al contrari, mostrar-se ap\u00e0tic i sense ganes de fer res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Dorm_malament\"><\/span>5. Dorm malament<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir malament tamb\u00e9 pot ser simptom\u00e0tic d&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Es desperten a meitat de la nit, els costa D\u00e9u i ajuda aixecar-se o, en casos extrems, poden tornar a mullar el llit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;un mal son s\u00f3n els mateixos que en els adults, i pot dificultar en gran mesura les tasques quotidianes. Si el teu fill es mostra anormalment somnolent, o m\u00e9s cansat del que \u00e9s habitual, investiga si dorm com cal o no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tingues en compte que tenir l&#8217;ordinador, el m\u00f2bil o una tauleta a la seva habitaci\u00f3 pot influir-hi enormement. Sota cap concepte ha d\u2019anar a dormir amb el dispositiu i jugar o xatejar al llit. Est\u00e0 m\u00e9s que comprovat que \u00e9s un factor decisiu en un son de qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Esta_trist\"><\/span>6. Est\u00e0 trist<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fixa&#8217;t en el seu comportament general. Si es porta malament, pot estar volent, fins i tot inconscientment, cridar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3. Si la seva conducta ha empitjorat, \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un bon indici que alguna cosa falla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal con\u00e8ixer b\u00e9 el comportament normal del nen, fet que, si tots dos pares treballen, no sempre pot resultar f\u00e0cil. Per\u00f2 con\u00e8ixer-lo a fons suposar\u00e0 detectar abans qualsevol comportament an\u00f2mal. Sovint la import\u00e0ncia no est\u00e0 en all\u00f2 que el nen ens explica, sin\u00f3 en all\u00f2 que no ens explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Escolta\"><\/span>Escolta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Escolta i, tamb\u00e9, interpreta. Pots detectar algun canvi de les circumst\u00e0ncies que es descriuen i preguntar sol\u00b7l\u00edcit al teu fill qu\u00e8 li passa, i resulta frustrant \u2013i for\u00e7a freq\u00fcent\u2013 que respongui: &#8220;res&#8221;, quan l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia que alguna cosa est\u00e0 malament \u00e9s clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal aconseguir que el nen s&#8217;obri. Si li etzibes la pregunta a deshora, quan no se l&#8217;espera, pot bloquejar-se instant\u00e0niament. Et correspon a tu esbrinar de quina manera pots aconseguir-ho. Fes alguna cosa amb ell, juga amb ell, comenteu junts una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula&#8230; i porta la conversa a poc a poc al fons de la q\u00fcesti\u00f3. Aquest temps passat amb ell resultar\u00e0 d&#8217;un valor insospitat, no nom\u00e9s per con\u00e8ixer un problema, sin\u00f3 per aconseguir que estigueu encara m\u00e9s units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop conegut el problema, o fins i tot simplement sospitat, haur\u00e0 arribat el moment d&#8217;anar al metge de fam\u00edlia; si el nen es mostra reticent, ves-hi sense ell.
