Mantingues un pes adequat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una de les causes m\u00e9s comunes de les hemorroides \u00e9s l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes, ja que aquest sobrep\u00e8s sotmet a m\u00e9s pressi\u00f3 de la normal els m\u00fasculs del recte. Si \u00e9s el teu cas, fes un esfor\u00e7 per millorar la teva dieta, fer m\u00e9s exercici i aprimar-te. Mantenir-te en el pes \u00f2ptim per tu \u00e9s una de les millors maneres de prevenir el problema.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Fes_exercici\"><\/span>2. Fes exercici<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Insistim en el que t\u2019acabem de dir. \u00c9s sobrer parlar-te ara de la conveni\u00e8ncia de fer exercici, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s ben sabut que prev\u00e9 les cardiopaties, la diabetis tipus 2 i una infinitat de problemes potencialment greus. L&#8217;exercici tamb\u00e9 pot prevenir les hemorroides. Estar assegut durant molt de temps seguit pressiona els m\u00fasculs de la zona rectal (i, per tant, els vasos sanguinis). Aixecar-te de la cadira de tant en tant, posem cada mitja hora, reduir\u00e0 el risc que es presentin. Inclou en la teva rutina un bon passeig de mitja hora, o una estona de nataci\u00f3 tres vegades a la setmana. A m\u00e9s, t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a abaixar el pes.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 s&#8217;ha d&#8217;anar amb compte amb algunes formes d&#8217;exercici. Per exemple, aixecar pes obliga a treballar m\u00e9s els m\u00fasculs abdominals i pot acabar provocant un trastorn.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Beu_molta_aigua\"><\/span>3. Beu molta aigua<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Beure molta aigua t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 amb el restrenyiment, un problema tamb\u00e9 molt freq\u00fcent. Mantenir-se ben hidratat incrementa els moviments intestinals (o perist\u00e0ltics) que s\u00f3n els responsables de la digesti\u00f3, i accelera el tr\u00e0nsit cap a l&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3. El restrenyiment \u00e9s, en si, una causa freq\u00fcent de les hemorroides, ja que qui el pateix s\u2019esfor\u00e7a m\u00e9s per defecar, la qual cosa augmenta la pressi\u00f3 sobre els vasos sanguinis de la zona rectal.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Menja_mes_fibra\"><\/span>4. Menja m\u00e9s fibra<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La fibra tamb\u00e9 t\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a reduir el restrenyiment, ja que augmenta el volum de la femta, de manera que et resultar\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil eliminar-la, amb menys esfor\u00e7. Si encara no ho fas, inclou en la teva dieta m\u00e9s verdures, cereals (sempre integrals), llegums i fruita seca, la qual cosa mantindr\u00e0 un bon volum de fibra a l&#8217;intest\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Evita_lalcohol_i_el_%E2%80%9Cmenjar_escombraria%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>5. Evita l&#8217;alcohol i el \u201cmenjar escombraria\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;alcohol provoca, entre altres problemes, el desequilibri de la flora intestinal (recorda el que t\u2019explic\u00e0vem fa un parell de setmanes sobre el microbioma). I, a m\u00e9s, causa deshidrataci\u00f3, el que provoca restrenyiment. Si ets bevedor, beure menys t\u2019ajudar\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, el &#8220;menjar porqueria&#8221; \u2212que en general cont\u00e9 greixos poc recomanables i pocs nutrients, a m\u00e9s de poca fibra\u2212 \u00e9s un factor negatiu m\u00e9s per a les persones amb tend\u00e8ncia a patir hemorroides. Si forma part de la teva dieta habitual, planteja&#8217;t eliminar o, almenys, limitar for\u00e7a aquests menjars.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5393\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/hemorroides2.jpg\" alt=\"Sentada en el ba\u00f1o\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_En_principi_deixa-les_estar\"><\/span>6. En principi, deixa-les estar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>T&#8217;ho d\u00e8iem al comen\u00e7ament: hi ha persones que tenen hemorroides i ni tan sols ho saben, perqu\u00e8 poden no provocar cap s\u00edmptoma; per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 poden resultar extremadament molestes i doloroses. En molts casos, els s\u00edmptomes poden desapar\u00e8ixer al cap de pocs dies si segueixes algunes recomanacions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Espera que la necessitat de defecar sigui real per fer-ho (perqu\u00e8 far\u00e0s menys esfor\u00e7).<\/li>\n<li>No facis servir paper higi\u00e8nic, sin\u00f3 tovalloletes humides d&#8217;un sol \u00fas o, millor encara, renta&#8217;t amb aigua i sab\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si amb aquests senzills consells (a m\u00e9s dels que et don\u00e0vem abans), no milloren, parla amb el teu farmac\u00e8utic, que et podr\u00e0 recomanar algun producte sense recepta que t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0. N\u2019hi ha molts de disponibles, en forma de pomades, gels o cremes.<\/p>\n<p>I si malgrat tot et continuen molestant, potser \u00e9s el moment que visitis el teu metge de fam\u00edlia, que recomanar\u00e0 el tractament m\u00e9s adequat en el teu cas.
