Simplement adoptant certs h\u00e0bits saludables i integrant en la nostra rutina algunes mesures per tenir cura de la salut visual, podem prevenir problemes de visi\u00f3. Portis ulleres o no i tinguis l&#8217;edat que tinguis, segueix aquests consells per tenir cura dels teus ulls i de la vista.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Encara que en major o menor mesura i depenent de molts factors tots podem presentar en algun moment problemes visuals, la majoria de les persones experimenten m\u00e9s <strong>canvis en la visi\u00f3 entre els 40 i els 50 anys<\/strong>. Amb el pas del temps, els ulls canvien tant internament com externament i, aix\u00ed com succeeix amb totes les funcions org\u00e0niques, <strong>la vista tamb\u00e9 envelleix<\/strong>. El 75% de la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola presenta problemes de visi\u00f3 i un 45% s\u00f3n problemes de presb\u00edcia o vista cansada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com es pot mantenir en forma l&#8217;estat de la teva visi\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja <strong>des de la inf\u00e0ncia<\/strong> s&#8217;ha d&#8217;educar en la import\u00e0ncia de tenir cura dels ulls i de la visi\u00f3, i a qualsevol edat s&#8217;han de seguir aquests consells:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alimentacio_saludable\"><\/span>Alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental a l&#8217;hora de preservar la salut ocular. Aliments rics en <strong>vitamina A, C i E<\/strong>, minerals com ara el <strong>seleni i el zinc<\/strong>, <strong>antioxidants<\/strong> com ara els carotenoides lute\u00efna i zeaxantina, i els <strong>\u00e0cids grassos omega 3<\/strong>, tenen cura de la retina i retarden l&#8217;envelliment de les estructures oculars, cosa que prev\u00e9 malalties associades a l&#8217;edat. D&#8217;aquesta manera, fruita i verdura fresca, peix blau, marisc i fruits secs no poden faltar en la nostra dieta di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>En alguns casos, com ara en persones malaltes o d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada, <strong>es pot rec\u00f3rrer a <\/strong>l&#8217;\u00fas de <strong>vitamines i suplements minerals<\/strong> per complementar la dieta quan l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 no proporciona prou nutrients.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bona_hidratacio_dels_ulls_per_dins_i_per_fora\"><\/span>Bona hidrataci\u00f3 dels ulls, per dins i per fora<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Una part de l&#8217;ull \u00e9s aigua<\/strong>, com ara l&#8217;humor vitri i l&#8217;humor aqu\u00f3s, i si l&#8217;organisme no est\u00e0 ben hidratat, podem alterar el balan\u00e7 fisiol\u00f2gic del globus ocular. D&#8217;altra banda, la cara externa de l&#8217;ull s&#8217;hidrata de manera natural a trav\u00e9s del parpelleig, que recobreix la superf\u00edcie ocular amb la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula lacrimal i la mant\u00e9 transparent. Quan fixem la vista en llegir, mirar el m\u00f2bil, l&#8217;ordinador o en fer alguns treballs de precisi\u00f3, el parpelleig es redueix, de manera que <strong>l&#8217;ull es resseca<\/strong>. Situacions ambientals concretes, com ara la calefacci\u00f3, l&#8217;aire condicionat o el fum, tamb\u00e9 poden ocasionar aquesta sequedat.<\/p>\n<p>El problema m\u00e9s com\u00fa que pot derivar de la manca d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3 \u00e9s la <strong>irritaci\u00f3 ocular o l&#8217;ull sec<\/strong>, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 pot incidir en uns altres problemes relacionats, com ara el glaucoma i les cataractes. \u00c9s important <strong>beure la quantitat d&#8217;aigua di\u00e0ria recomanada<\/strong>, <strong>parpellejar sovint<\/strong> quan tenim la vista fixa en alguna tasca i rec\u00f3rrer a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de <strong>ll\u00e0grima artificial<\/strong> si els ulls es ressequen molt, sobretot amb l&#8217;\u00fas dels dispositius electr\u00f2nics.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Descansar_correctament\"><\/span>Descansar correctament<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Durant la nit es regeneren les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules epitelials que recobreixen la cara interna de l&#8217;ull, de manera que si no es dormen les hores necess\u00e0ries, l&#8217;ull no pot <strong>recuperar-se correctament de les agressions di\u00e0ries<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, quan dormim, els m\u00fasculs oculars es relaxen i com que tenim les parpelles tancades, l&#8217;ull s&#8217;hidrata i es neteja sol.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mantenir_una_bona_higiene_visual\"><\/span>Mantenir una bona higiene visual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gran part dels treballs actuals i de les activitats d&#8217;oci fan que passem moltes hores davant de les pantalles de dispositius digitals, la qual cosa ha augmentat considerablement els casos de fatiga visual. La llum emesa per aquestes pantalles pot ocasionar irritaci\u00f3, enrogiment, picors, llagrimeig, ull sec i fins i tot cefalees i, a mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini, alterar la nostra funci\u00f3 visual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/salud-visual-ordenador.jpg\" alt=\"hombre ordenador\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\"><\/p>\n<p>Per mantenir una bona higiene visual hem de tenir en compte alguns aspectes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tenir <strong>cura de la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3<\/strong> de l&#8217;entorn en desenvolupar tasques visuals. Hem de tenir prou il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 cap a l&#8217;objecte que estem mirant (dispositius, televisi\u00f3, llibres&#8230;) per\u00f2 sense que es produeixin reflexos i sense que la llum incideixi directament als ulls.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir una <strong>dist\u00e0ncia correcta<\/strong> de l&#8217;objecte que estem mirant. La televisi\u00f3 ha d&#8217;estar com a m\u00ednim a 2 metres, en llegir o escriure hem de separar-nos uns 35-40 cm i la pantalla de l&#8217;ordinador ha d&#8217;estar aproximadament a uns 50 cm i una mica per sota del nivell dels ulls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimitzar l&#8217;\u00fas de les pantalles<\/strong>. Reduir la brillantor al m\u00e0xim possible i evitar els reflexos, netejar la pols per augmentar la nitidesa i ajustar la mida de la lletra perqu\u00e8 es pugui llegir amb comoditat.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir una <strong>postura correcta<\/strong> en desenvolupar les tasques visuals. L&#8217;ordinador i el teclat han d&#8217;estar alineats davant nostre, hem de mantenir l&#8217;esquena recta i ben recolzada, el coll tamb\u00e9 recte, els peus a terra i els bra\u00e7os en angle de 90\u00ba.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s recomanable utilitzar <strong>ulleres amb tractament anti-reflectant<\/strong> per reduir l&#8217;enlluernament i augmentar la comoditat visual.<\/li>\n<li>Intentar fer <strong>pauses actives cada 15-20 minuts<\/strong>. Per relaxar les estructures oculars responsables de l&#8217;enfocament i reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s visual que causen les tasques mantingudes per molt de temps, hem d\u2019apartar la vista de l&#8217;objecte enfocat durant 10 o 15 segons. D&#8217;altra banda \u00e9s recomanable aixecar-se i estirar bra\u00e7os, cames i esquena.<\/li>\n<li>Procurar no llegir quan estem molt cansats ni acabats d&#8217;aixecar, per <strong>donar temps a l&#8217;ull perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;adapti<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Protegir_els_ulls_correctament\"><\/span>Protegir els ulls correctament<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La radiaci\u00f3 solar agredeix les estructures de l&#8217;ull, per la qual cosa \u00e9s convenient protegir-los sempre del sol amb <strong>ulleres homologades i amb protecci\u00f3 UV<\/strong> garantida. Tampoc no hem d&#8217;oblidar de protegir els ulls en els <strong>treballs d&#8217;alt risc<\/strong> ni a l&#8217;hora de fer <strong>cert tipus d&#8217;esports<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;evitar impactes i protegir de la radiaci\u00f3 solar, evitar\u00e0 danys produ\u00efts per la pols, la sorra o el vent.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mantenir_una_bona_higiene_ocular\"><\/span>Mantenir una bona higiene ocular<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Evitar en la mesura del possible <strong>tocar-se o fregar-se els ulls<\/strong> amb les mans, ja que podem exposar-los a infeccions.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>neteja dels ulls<\/strong> ha de ser una rutina di\u00e0ria. \u00c9s important netejar-los o desmaquillar-los cada mat\u00ed i cada nit per eliminar la brut\u00edcia, la pell morta i el greix sebaci. Per als ulls sensibles \u00e9s millor utilitzar un disc o cot\u00f3 per a cada ull, fer la neteja des de dins cap a fora i evitar compartir tovalloletes o mocadors. Tampoc no hem d&#8217;oblidar netejar b\u00e9 els pinzells de tant en tant amb aigua t\u00e8bia i sab\u00f3 neutre ni compartir-los.<\/li>\n<li>Utilitzar sempre <strong>productes espec\u00edfics<\/strong> testats sota control dermatol\u00f2gic i oftalmol\u00f2gic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5222\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/salud-visual-revision.jpg\" alt=\"optometrista\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\"><\/h1>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Es_fonamental_fer_visites_oftalmologiques\"><\/span>\u00c9s fonamental fer visites oftalmol\u00f2giques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Per detectar al m\u00e9s aviat possible qualsevol problema ocular o de visi\u00f3, \u00e9s convenient fer r<strong>evisions oftalmol\u00f2giques un cop l&#8217;any, sobretot a partir dels 40 anys<\/strong> i si hi ha antecedents de patologies relacionades amb els ulls. Els errors de refracci\u00f3 que no es corregeixen poden donar lloc a esfor\u00e7os innecessaris de l&#8217;ull i causar problemes per enfocar, fatiga visual i cefalees.
