En el Dia Mundial de l&#8217;Alzheimer, et convidem a con\u00e8ixer tots els beneficis d&#8217;exercitar el cervell.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<h2 class=\"form-control second-textarea\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_es_important_exercitar_la_ment\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important exercitar la ment?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>L&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida s&#8217;eleva de forma gradual i el sector de poblaci\u00f3 de la tercera edat augmenta. Tots volem viure molts anys, per\u00f2 amb la millor qualitat de vida possible. I aix\u00ed com exercitem el nostre cos per mantenir-lo en forma, cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s persones que es preocupen de <strong>mantenir l&#8217;activitat mental per prevenir el deteriorament cognitiu associat a l&#8217;envelliment<\/strong> i que \u00e9s responsable de malalties neurodegeneratives com la dem\u00e8ncia senil o l&#8217;Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A partir dels 25 anys aproximadament, comencem a perdre volum cerebral de forma natural, <\/strong><span style=\"color: initial;\">\u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s important exercitar la ment. L<\/span><span style=\"color: initial; font-size: revert;\">a mat\u00e8ria grisa es deteriora i es redueix, canvia la microestructura de les neurones i les connexions de l&#8217;escor\u00e7a cerebral.
