Toca tornar a la feina, als estudis i a les obligacions. La tornada a la quotidianitat no \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil, ja que el cos i la ment s\u2019han de tornar a acostumar als canvis i a la rutina di\u00e0ria. Per adaptar-nos de la millor manera possible, \u00e9s recomanable fer-ho de mica en mica. Com podem evitar que resulti tan dur?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La tornada de les vacances ens sol plantejar dos reptes: evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s emocional de la tornada a la rutina i recuperar els h\u00e0bits saludables despr\u00e9s dels excessos de les vacances.<\/p>\n<p>Per als qui tenen una feina estressant, o si les expectatives que es tenien posades a l&#8217;estiu no s&#8217;han complert del tot, la tornada de vacances pot causar estr\u00e8s emocional, angoixa o malenconia. \u00c9s el que anomenem &#8220;s\u00edndrome postvacacional&#8221;. Una setmana es considera el per\u00edode normal, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s convenient deixar-se uns quants dies a la tornada de vacances per anar tornant de mica en mica a les tasques, als horaris i als h\u00e0bits quotidians. Una bona idea podria ser adaptar pregessivament l&#8217;horari d&#8217;aixecar-nos, de manera que el nostre cos s&#8217;acostumi gradualment perqu\u00e8 quan ens soni el despertador el primer dia de feina o de tornada als estudis no ens caigui el m\u00f3n a sobre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5127\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/septiembre-estres-companeros.jpg\" alt=\"Compa\u00f1eros de trabajo\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ser_positius\"><\/span>Ser positius<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La tornada a la feina o als estudis tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 coses agradables, com ara tornar a retrobar-se amb els companys, compartir les nostres experi\u00e8ncies durant les vacances o comen\u00e7ar nous projectes. \u00c9s millor afrontar aquests dies amb una actitud positiva per adaptar-se a la tornada de manera relaxada, amb un tracte amable amb els companys que eviti els possibles conflictes.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cercar_activitats_doci\"><\/span>Cercar activitats d&#8217;oci<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Treballar no ho \u00e9s tot a la vida. Integrar activitats d&#8217;oci per desconnectar \u00e9s fonamental per evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s emocional. La tornada de vacances \u00e9s bona \u00e8poca per comen\u00e7ar nous projectes i activitats que ens vinguin de gust de fer fora de la feina, com ara cursos d&#8217;oci o algun esport, que \u00e9s un desestressant natural, ens millora l&#8217;humor i ens activa l&#8217;organisme. Si ja f\u00e8iem esport abans de les vacances, cal reprendre\u2019l de mica en mica. I si no, \u00e9s un bon moment per comen\u00e7ar algun que ens vingui de gust.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s aconsellable planificar algun cap de setmana fora de la ciutat i activitats amb amics i familiars. Ens donar\u00e0 el respir que tant necessitem i ens carregar\u00e0 d&#8217;energia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reservar-nos_moments_de_relaxament\"><\/span>Reservar-nos moments de relaxament<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cercar moments per relaxar-se a la vida di\u00e0ria \u00e9s fonamental per a la nostra salut mental, sobretot en els per\u00edodes d&#8217;estr\u00e8s emocional, com ara la tornada de les vacances. S\u00f3n molt aconsellables tant els exercicis per fer en moments cr\u00edtics d&#8217;estr\u00e8s i ansietat, com les activitats que ens ajuden en la vida di\u00e0ria: ioga, meditaci\u00f3, <em>mindfulness<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;una altra banda, el nostre cos tamb\u00e9 ha de tornar a adaptar-se a la rutina di\u00e0ria, per la qual cosa \u00e9s fonamental tornar als h\u00e0bits saludables:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/septiembre-estres-despertador.jpg\" alt=\"Despertador\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dormir_les_hores_necessaries\"><\/span>Dormir les hores necess\u00e0ries<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Durant les vacances els horaris de son solen variar bastant, de manera que un descans adequat \u00e9s molt important perqu\u00e8 el nostre organisme es recuperi f\u00edsicament i emocionalment.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;han de reprendre la rutina i els horaris de la son, ja que la falta de descans produeix irritabilitat, estr\u00e8s, cansament i falta de rendiment. Si no dormim prou estarem m\u00e9s cansats i de m\u00e9s mal humor, cosa que afectar\u00e0 la nostra feina i la nostra vida social, perqu\u00e8 en causar\u00e0 encara m\u00e9s esgotament i estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cuidar_lalimentacio\"><\/span>Cuidar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la base de la nostra salut. Despr\u00e9s dels excessos de l&#8217;estiu (menjar fora sovint, amb quantitats m\u00e9s abundants i amb m\u00e9s greixos, m\u00e9s alcohol&#8230;), a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un desajust en el nostre organisme, podem haver guanyat uns quants quilos. Una dieta saludable, baixa en greixos saturats i rica en fruita i verdura fresca, peix i fibra, far\u00e0 que ens asseiem molt b\u00e9 i recuperem el nostre pes.<\/p>\n<p>No hem d&#8217;oblidar de comen\u00e7ar el dia amb un bon esmorzar complet que ens aporti l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per afrontar la jornada. I fer els 5 \u00e0pats diaris recomanats per evitar la temptaci\u00f3 del pica-pica o els tiberis i ajudar aix\u00ed el bon funcionament de l&#8217;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Ara nom\u00e9s queda posar en pr\u00e0ctica aquests consells.
