Participes en alguna activitat solid\u00e0ria?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En la sociologia, <em>solidaritat<\/em> es refereix al sentiment i l&#8217;actitud d&#8217;unitat basat en metes o interessos comuns. Implica ajudar sense rebre res a canvi i oferir un suport incondicional a causes o interessos aliens, especialment en situacions compromeses o dif\u00edcils.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s d&#8217;ajudar els altres, ser solidari tamb\u00e9 ens fa sentir millor a nosaltres mateixos i implica beneficis importants per a la salut mental i el benestar emocional, ja que gran part de la nostra felicitat, com que som \u00e9ssers socials, dep\u00e8n d&#8217;estar amb els altres, de compartir:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Millora_lautoestima_i_fomenta_la_positivitat\"><\/span>Millora l&#8217;autoestima i fomenta la positivitat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ser solidari implica estar actiu i participar en positiu, cosa que beneficia la imatge que es t\u00e9 d&#8217;un mateix. Ajudem perqu\u00e8 sabem que la situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres pot millorar, i saber que aquesta opci\u00f3 dep\u00e8n de nosaltres ens fa sentir b\u00e9 i valorar-nos m\u00e9s com a persones. Estar ocupat en alguna cosa gratificant, com ara ajudar, reporta un sentiment de protecci\u00f3 i ens fa viure el present, de manera que s&#8217;allunyen les pr\u00f2pies pors i es van superant les inseguretats. D\u2019altra banda, participar en activitats noves pot ensenyar-nos altres habilitats, cosa que tamb\u00e9 ens far\u00e0 sentir millor.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_solidaritat_esta_en_mans_de_tots\"><\/span>La solidaritat est\u00e0 en mans de tots<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tot i que el temps i la falta de disponibilitat s\u00f3n les raons principals que al\u00b7leguem per no participar en causes solid\u00e0ries, la realitat \u00e9s que podem posar el nostre granet de sorra d&#8217;infinites formes: des de petits gestos com ara un somriure, un favor, cedir el seient, regalar la roba i els estris que no fem servir o convidar a dinar a alg\u00fa necessitat, fins a col\u00b7laboracions de forma altruista a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;Internet, col\u00b7laboracions puntuals en esdeveniments o en campanyes, compartir habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies, o fer un voluntariat.<\/p>\n<p>Poden ser accions puntuals, peri\u00f2diques o podem dedicar-hi part del nostre temps lliure o de vacances.
