La realitat \u00e9s que tots necessitem calci di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quant_calci_necessitem_al_dia\"><\/span>Quant calci necessitem al dia?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les quantitats o dosis di\u00e0ries recomanades, per grups d\u2019edat, s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults: 800 mg<\/li>\n<li>Adolescents: 1.000 mg<\/li>\n<li>Nens: 600-900 mg<\/li>\n<li>Dones embarassades o lactants: 1.200 mg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quin_es_el_teu_cas\"><\/span>Quin \u00e9s el teu cas?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9s de la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola no pren prou calci, segons informa correofarmaceutico.com. Els adults no ho estaven tant.<\/p>\n<p>Si tens algun dels s\u00edmptomes que enumerem a continuaci\u00f3, val la pena que el metge de fam\u00edlia avalu\u00ef la teva ingesta di\u00e0ria de calci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Sempre est\u00e0s cansat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El calci ajuda que els aliments alliberin l&#8217;energia que contenen, aix\u00ed que si no est\u00e0s ingerint-ne prou, pot ser la causa del teu cansament anormal.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest cas \u00e9s relativament habitual en les dones embarassades, que amb certa freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia estan molt cansades.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 dels ossos \u2013la seva calcificaci\u00f3\u2013 comen\u00e7a a l&#8217;\u00fater matern, aix\u00ed que si el fetus no t\u00e9 prou calci, l\u2019agafar\u00e0 de la mare, que, arran d\u2019aix\u00f2, pot tenir mancances d\u2019aquest mineral. Les dones embarassades o lactants necessiten encara m\u00e9s calci, 1.200 mg, gaireb\u00e9 el doble que la resta dels adults.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. T\u2019est\u00e0s posant en forma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si et poses a fer r\u00e8gim \u2013perqu\u00e8 arriba l&#8217;estiu i, ja se sap, est\u00e0s d\u2019operaci\u00f3 biquini, o simplement perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;havies engreixat uns quilos\u2013 \u00e9s temptador suprimir els l\u00e0ctics, com la llet i el formatge, pensant que engreixen. Per\u00f2 s\u00f3n la font m\u00e9s habitual de calci en la nostra dieta, i el calci \u00e9s vital per a la funci\u00f3 muscular, incloent, \u00e9s clar, el cor.<\/p>\n<p>Com m\u00e9s m\u00fascul tinguis, m\u00e9s calories cremar\u00e0 el teu cos en rep\u00f2s, de manera que si no prens prou calci com per controlar les contraccions musculars, aprimar-te pot ser un problema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Les petites ferides triguen a tancar-se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sang t\u00e9 un component, les plaquetes, que tenen la funci\u00f3 d\u2019agrupar-se formant co\u00e0guls on es produeix una ferida per tapar-la i impedir la p\u00e8rdua de m\u00e9s sang. Tens els ossos fr\u00e0gils<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una part natural del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;envelliment \u00e9s la baixada de la densitat dels ossos, i es produeix perqu\u00e8 el cos tendeix a perdre calci amb m\u00e9s rapidesa de la que pot emmagatzemar-lo. El cas m\u00e9s patent \u00e9s el de les dones menop\u00e0usiques, especialment vulnerables perqu\u00e8 tenen menys estr\u00f2gens, una hormona que ajuda a conservar els ossos. \u00c9s relativament habitual que aquesta falta de calci produeixi, en dones grans, trencaments d&#8217;ossos a causa de caigudes simples.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_aliments_tenen_calci\"><\/span>Quins aliments tenen calci<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Els l\u00e0ctics: la llet i el formatge. El calci que aporten els l\u00e0ctics \u00e9s el que l&#8217;organisme absorbeix millor.<\/li>\n<li>Les sardines, els seitons, els xanguets i altres peixos l\u2019espina dels quals es menja habitualment.<\/li>\n<li>Les verdures de fulla verda, com el br\u00f2quil, la col verda i la col xinesa.<\/li>\n<li>La soja i els seus derivats, com el tofu, els brots o la beguda de soja.<\/li>\n<li>El pa i els cereals preparats amb farina fortificada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cal_prendre_suplements_de_calci\"><\/span>Cal prendre suplements de calci?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Molt probablement, no. Una dieta com la mediterr\u00e0nia, la m\u00e9s habitual al nostre pa\u00eds, aporta tot el calci que necessita un adult sa normal. A m\u00e9s, si prens llet, formatge, verdures de fulla verda i fruita seca tindr\u00e0s una dosi de vitamines i minerals estupenda.<\/p>\n<p>Si creus que pot ser que no estiguis prenent la quantitat m\u00ednima de calci o si tens problemes d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 del mineral, com els passa a les persones que pateixen la malaltia de Crohn, que dificulta l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 del calci, has de consultar-ho amb el teu metge de fam\u00edlia, perqu\u00e8 els suplements poden associar-se al dolor abdominal i a c\u00e0lculs (pedres) al rony\u00f3.
