D&#8217;aquesta manera es millora la postura corporal, augmenta la resist\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica i s&#8217;estilitza la figura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redueix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/strong> Qualsevol tipus d&#8217;exercici moderat allibera endorfines que redueixen l&#8217;ansietat i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i milloren l\u2019estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.
