El que potser hem oblidat \u00e9s que no nom\u00e9s importa qu\u00e8 mengem, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 com ho fem, i que la manera de mastegar i el temps que es dedica a menjar impacten directament en la salut.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;intest\u00ed, mitjan\u00e7ant un equilibri correcte de la flora intestinal, \u00e9s la base fonamental del sistema immunol\u00f2gic i <strong>al menjar r\u00e0pid i gaireb\u00e9 sense mastegar sotmetem l&#8217;aparell digestiu a un sobreesfor\u00e7 que pot ser perjudicial<\/strong>. A l&#8217;empassar trossos m\u00e9s grans, els enzims digestius no poden realitzar correctament la seva funci\u00f3, cosa que afecta directament altres \u00f2rgans i impedeix la correcta absorci\u00f3 dels nutrients, que en no sintetitzar-se poden convertir-se en subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques.<\/p>\n<p>Trobar el temps adequat per menjar i mastegar b\u00e9 els aliments t\u00e9 m\u00e9s beneficis saludables dels que pensem.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Afavoreix_la_digestio\"><\/span>1. Afavoreix la digesti\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mastegar b\u00e9 els aliments \u00e9s la primera fase i una part essencial del proc\u00e9s digestiu, perqu\u00e8 avisa l&#8217;organisme que s\u2019ha de preparar per a la digesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La masticaci\u00f3 i la salivaci\u00f3 que es produeix en triturar b\u00e9 els aliments envien senyals al cervel<\/strong>l perqu\u00e8 activi els receptors del gust i comenci a segregar enzims digestius. Per altra banda, <strong>s&#8217;estimula l&#8217;activitat contr\u00e0ctil de l&#8217;intest\u00ed prim<\/strong>, que ajuda a barrejar el bol alimentari amb enzims digestius i la bilis, posa en contacte els nutrients digerits amb la mucosa intestinal perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;absorbeixin i envia el material rebutjat a l&#8217;intest\u00ed gros. Per tant, menjar de forma pausada i mastegar b\u00e9 afavoreix els processos i facilita la digesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Ens_fa_sentir_mes_saciats\"><\/span>2. Ens fa sentir m\u00e9s saciats<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat \u00e9s una resposta cerebral. Aproximadament <strong>20 minuts despr\u00e9s de comen\u00e7ar a menjar<\/strong>, el cervell segrega unes hormones que ens indiquen que ja estem tips. Prev\u00e9u l&#8217;obesitat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Algunes investigacions han revelat que <strong>les persones que ingereixen els aliments de forma lenta tenen un risc de ser obesos un 42% menor que els que mengen r\u00e0pid<\/strong>. I \u00e9s que, com ja hem explicat, en menjar m\u00e9s de pressa es triga m\u00e9s a sentir la sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat, per la qual cosa se sol menjar m\u00e9s del que cal. Menjar m\u00e9s lentament ens proporciona la sensaci\u00f3 correcta de sacietat, per la qual cosa tamb\u00e9 es tendeix a picar menys entre hores i aix\u00f2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/2013\/01\/masticar-bien-los-alimentos-favorece-en-las-dietas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">afavoreix les dietes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, mastegar b\u00e9 cada mos ens fa ingerir porcions m\u00e9s petites, cosa que es tradueix en <strong>menys calories<\/strong>. Cuida la salut bucodental<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La salivaci\u00f3 que es produeix al mastegar molt i triturar b\u00e9 els aliments evita que s&#8217;adhereixin a les dents, de manera que <strong>prev\u00e9 la formaci\u00f3 de placa bacteriana i de c\u00e0ries<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, en mastegar s&#8217;exerciten les genives, cosa que ajuda a mantenir la mand\u00edbula i les dents forts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Relaxa_i_millora_lanim\"><\/span>5.
