Cal practicar i perseverar per veure\u2019n els resultats.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Et plantegem algunes estrat\u00e8gies per millorar la imatge distorsionada que tens de tu mateix i perqu\u00e8 et sentis molt m\u00e9s segur a la teva pr\u00f2pia pell: per millorar l\u2019autoestima.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Apunta_tres_aspectes_que_tagradin_de_tu\"><\/span>1. Apunta tres aspectes que t&#8217;agradin de tu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tant se val sobre qu\u00e8 siguin: poden versar sobre el teu f\u00edsic o sobre la teva personalitat. Pensa en aquests aspectes positius diverses vegades durant el dia, i quan ho hagis fet, apunta tres coses noves. Quan fas una cosa que saps que \u00e9s bona per a la teva salut, li est\u00e0s dient al teu cervell que t\u2019importes, que et cuides: \u201cem preocupo per la meva salut perqu\u00e8 la meva salut val la pena\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Doncs aix\u00f2: menja cinc peces de fruita al dia, o el seu equivalent en verdura. Millor encara: en comptes de cinc, intenta menjar-ne fins a deu peces di\u00e0ries. Et sentir\u00e0s molt millor i pensar\u00e0s de manera m\u00e9s positiva en tu mateix.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Fes_mitja_hora_dexercici_al_dia\"><\/span>3. Fes mitja hora d&#8217;exercici al dia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Camina, practica algun esport o ves a classes de ball. L&#8217;exercici ens fa sentir millor, perqu\u00e8 ens fa augmentar els nivells d&#8217;endorfines, que s\u00f3n unes subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques que produeixen sensaci\u00f3 de benestar i que se secreten i van a la sang quan fem exercici. L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica augmenta la felicitat i ens fa sentir que ens prenem seriosament el nostre benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Recorda aquell vell adagi llat\u00ed: \u201cmens sana in corpore sano\u201d; \u00e9s a dir, mantenir el cos sa enforteix la ment.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Fes_una_bona_accio_per_algu%E2%80%A6\"><\/span>4. No, no \u00e9s contradictori amb el que hem dit abans, tots coneixem alg\u00fa que tendeix a abusar de la nostra bona fe i &#8220;es passa&#8221; demanant favors.<\/p>\n<p>Digues s\u00ed quan et sembli just i s&#8217;adeq\u00fci al teu temps i estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim. I no has de donar explicacions del perqu\u00e8 del teu &#8220;no&#8221;; pensaries que realment no tens una ra\u00f3 v\u00e0lida&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 s\u00f3n raons, i n\u2019hi ha prou amb dir &#8220;ho sento, ara no puc&#8221; i aqu\u00ed s\u2019ha de quedar tot. No t\u2019has de carregar de tasques per a altres persones, ja siguin amics, familiars o companys de feina.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Pren-te_mitja_hora_per_a_tu\"><\/span>6. Pren-te mitja hora per a tu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Llegeix una estona, fulleja unes revistes, pinta&#8217;t les ungles, truca per tel\u00e8fon, posa&#8217;t una mica de m\u00fasica. \u00c9s igual quina activitat facis, amb l&#8217;\u00fanica excepci\u00f3 que ha de fer-te sentir b\u00e9 i evadir-te una mica de la rutina.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Adrecat_a_tres_desconeguts\"><\/span>7. Adre\u00e7a\u2019t a tres desconeguts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On sigui i als que sigui. A l&#8217;autob\u00fas, a la cua del supermercat o a l&#8217;oficina. Pot ser suficient dir nom\u00e9s &#8220;hola&#8221; i somriure, o comentar el temps.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 pot ser bo, perqu\u00e8 les persones amb baixa autoestima generalment van mirant a terra i donen per fet que els altres s\u00f3n millors i que, per descomptat, estan m\u00e9s segurs d\u2019ells mateixos. Has d&#8217;acabar amb aquest pensament, i una de les maneres m\u00e9s segures de fer-ho \u00e9s mostrant-te obert, amb \u00e0nims i amist\u00f3s. Al principi et costar\u00e0, per\u00f2 veur\u00e0s com acabes sent una persona m\u00e9s sociable: agradar\u00e0s m\u00e9s a la gent i, per descomptat, t&#8217;agradar\u00e0s m\u00e9s a tu mateix.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Contacta_amb_un_amic_que_fa_temps_que_no_veus\"><\/span>8. Contacta amb un amic que fa temps que no veus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Per tel\u00e8fon, per correu electr\u00f2nic o convida\u2019l a un xat. \u00c9s habitual en les persones que no s&#8217;agraden pensar que seran pesades i que la trucada a deshora ser\u00e0 una nosa per a l&#8217;altre. Per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que de seguida et sorprendr\u00e0 veure com de ben rebut \u00e9s aquest contacte inesperat. Tendeixen a oblidar-se de les bones intencions pensant que mai ho aconseguiran.<\/p>\n<p>Fixa&#8217;t cinc objectius raonables i estableix uns terminis per complir-los.
