El Dia Internacional Sense Dieta pret\u00e9n reivindicar l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 del cos real i alertar sobre el perill dels r\u00e8gims d&#8217;aprimament que prometen miracles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lobsessio_per_estar_prim_i_els_efectes_en_la_salut\"><\/span>L&#8217;obsessi\u00f3 per estar prim i els efectes en la salut<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El culte al cos s&#8217;ha practicat des de l&#8217;antiguitat, tot i que des de fa unes d\u00e8cades s&#8217;ha convertit en una obsessi\u00f3. La ind\u00fastria de la moda i de la bellesa s\u00f3n responsables en gran part de fomentar la primesa com a s\u00edmbol del cos perfecte i arriben fins i tot a falsejar imatges per adaptar-les a aquest c\u00e0non de bellesa. Com a resultat, milers de persones, en la seva gran majoria dones, han buscat ajustar el seu cos a aquests est\u00e0ndards a trav\u00e9s de les anomenades &#8220;dietes miracle&#8221;, a les quals recorren de forma peri\u00f2dica sense tenir en compte les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives que poden generar en l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p>A Espanya, a un 65% de la poblaci\u00f3 li agradaria aprimar-se i m\u00e9s del 45% ha realitzat dieta en algun moment de la vida. No obstant aix\u00f2, poc es t\u00e9 en compte que les dietes que ens prometen perdre pes en poc temps solen generar desequilibris en l&#8217;organisme que poden afectar la salut, ja que durant aquest per\u00edode no es consumeixen aliments variats que proporcionen els nutrients necessaris per viure d\u2019una forma saludable. \u00c9s possible que, si es compleix la dieta i no s&#8217;abandona (com sol oc\u00f3rrer en un gran percentatge dels casos perqu\u00e8 ens avorreix menjar sempre el mateix), aconseguim aprimar-nos. Per\u00f2 aquesta p\u00e8rdua de pes es fa a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e8rdua de l\u00edquids i massa muscular, no de greix, que \u00e9s el que realment interessa. I en la majoria dels casos se sol produir l&#8217;anomenat &#8220;efecte rebot&#8221;, amb el qual es recupera el pes, fins i tot m\u00e9s que abans de la dieta, en poc temps.<\/p>\n<p>Portada a l&#8217;extrem, l&#8217;obsessi\u00f3 per estar prim ha tingut conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies molt greus: transtorns alimentaris com ara l&#8217;anor\u00e8xia i la bul\u00edmia han augmentat de forma dr\u00e0stica en les dues \u00faltimes d\u00e8cades: les dades revelen que avui dia afecten ja una de cada quatre dones i la xifra augmenta tamb\u00e9, encara que lentament, en els homes joves.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_de_maig_Dia_Internacional_Sense_Dietes\"><\/span>6 de maig, Dia Internacional Sense Dietes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019any 1992, aquesta obsessi\u00f3 pel culte al cos i les seves conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies f\u00edsiques i emocionals van portar a la feminista Mary Evans Young a instaurar el 6 de maig com el Dia Internacional Sense Dietes, per lluitar contra les imposicions de la imatge que fomenta la societat i alertar sobre el perill de les &#8220;dietes miracle&#8221;. Amb la celebraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest dia es pret\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alertar dels desordres alimentaris i i evitar-los<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a acceptar-se tal com \u00e9s cadasc\u00fa<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar les obsessions amb certs estereotips del cos perfecte<\/li>\n<li>Lluitar contra la discriminaci\u00f3 que pateixen moltes persones pel seu pes corporal<\/li>\n<li>Mostrar els perills d&#8217;algunes dietes, com les anomenades \u201cdietes miracle\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per sort, la societat s&#8217;est\u00e0 adonant de les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives que est\u00e0 originant el model de primor que es ven com a c\u00e0non de bellesa actual i a poc a poc s&#8217;aixequen m\u00e9s veus per denunciar aquest fals estereotip. Cada dia augmenten les iniciatives que reivindiquen la &#8220;bellesa real&#8221;, fins i tot entre la mateixa ind\u00fastria de la bellesa i la moda, que opten cada vegada amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia per utilitzar la imatge de la dona real, sense retocs ni complexos, i aix\u00ed amplien aix\u00ed el model de bellesa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4688\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/dia-sin-dieta-nutricionista.jpg\" alt=\"nutricionista\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_importancia_de_lalimentacio_saludable\"><\/span>La import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Davant d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3, volem aprofitar la celebraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest dia per recordar la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;aportar a l&#8217;organisme els nutrients essencials i l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per mantenir el benestar f\u00edsic i prevenir les malalties. L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable ha de ser rica en fruites, verdures, hortalisses, cereals, llegums i baixa en greixos, i es recomana menjar com a m\u00ednim 5 porcions diferents de fruites i verdures al dia.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;hora de perdre pes tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important evitar el sedentarisme i realitzar exercici de forma regular, adaptat a les condicions de cada persona. L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica ens ajuda a cremar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de calories ingerides.<\/p>\n<p>I sobretot volem recordar que perqu\u00e8 una dieta sigui realment efica\u00e7 ha d&#8217;incloure tots els nutrients necessaris per a l&#8217;organisme.
