A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s apte per a persones de qualsevol edat i condici\u00f3. T&#8217;expliquem tots els beneficis per a la salut que pot aportar la pr\u00e0ctica del tai-tx\u00ed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El tai-tx\u00ed \u00e9s una disciplina mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria origin\u00e0ria de la Xina que combina les arts marcials i la meditaci\u00f3 i que est\u00e0 enfocada a millorar la salut a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;exercicis de respiraci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 i atenci\u00f3 mental. La seva pr\u00e0ctica consisteix en <strong>diferents rutines que es realitzen de forma suau i harm\u00f2nica, combinant en cada moviment l&#8217;equilibri i la respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Cada postura flueix cap a la seg\u00fcent, de manera que el cos est\u00e0 en moviment constant. \u00c9s un exercici de baix impacte en el qual preval la t\u00e8cnica sobre la for\u00e7a i, pels seus moviments suaus, est\u00e0 recomanada per a persones de qualsevol edat i condici\u00f3, especialment per a persones grans i persones que pateixen sobrep\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h2>Beneficis del tai-tx\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3 dels m\u00e9s de 100 moviments i les pautes de respiraci\u00f3 del tai-tx\u00ed fan d&#8217;aquesta disciplina, en el seus diferents estils, una activitat que promou la salut f\u00edsica i mental:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Millora la for\u00e7a i la resist\u00e8ncia muscular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els exercicis enforteixen les extremitats inferiors i les superiors, aix\u00ed com la musculatura baixa de l&#8217;esquena i la de l&#8217;abdomen. Milloren la for\u00e7a a la columna vertebral, la qual cosa proporciona una estructura m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida i una millora en la postura corporal. En repartir el pes del cos en tota la planta del peu, el tai-tx\u00ed exerceix un treball de prevenci\u00f3 i rehabilitaci\u00f3 muscular que evita sobrec\u00e0rregues i actua sobre el dolor d&#8217;esquena, el dolor coll, la lumb\u00e0lgia i les contractures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Millora la mobilitat, la flexibilitat, l&#8217;equilibri i la coordinaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els exercicis estiren els m\u00fasculs i els tendons, de manera que s&#8217;obtenen beneficis en les articulacions que milloren la mobilitat i la flexibilitat. La precisi\u00f3 i l&#8217;harmonia dels moviments ajuden a mantenir la coordinaci\u00f3 i la propiocepci\u00f3 (la consci\u00e8ncia de la pr\u00f2pia postura corporal respecte al que ens envolta i que va quedant afectada amb el pas dels anys). En els moviments del tai-tx\u00ed la transfer\u00e8ncia del pes \u00e9s fonamental, per la qual cosa es realitza un treball essencial per mantenir l&#8217;equilibri, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt benefici\u00f3s sobretot en els adults grans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Redueix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les rutines del tai-tx\u00ed requereixen un alt grau de concentraci\u00f3, que al costat dels exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 s\u00f3n un m\u00e8tode efectiu per connectar la ment i el cos, afavorir la relaxaci\u00f3 i reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Es pot dir que el tai-txi \u00e9s com meditaci\u00f3 en moviment.
