El 1992 tamb\u00e9 es va afegir a aquesta descripci\u00f3 &#8220;i en harmonia amb el medi ambient&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada persona \u00e9s diferent i en funci\u00f3 de les seves circumst\u00e0ncies personals, com l&#8217;edat o l&#8217;estil de vida, tenir bona salut pot implicar uns aspectes o altres. Per exemple, una persona sana de la tercera edat no comparteix les mateixes condicions que un esportista d&#8217;elit sa. Tot i que els aven\u00e7os en la investigaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica han perm\u00e8s que avui dia tinguem disponible una multitud de tractaments de tot tipus per evitar, controlar i prevenir malalties, el nostre paper a l&#8217;hora de cuidar la nostra pr\u00f2pia salut \u00e9s molt important: tots els professionals m\u00e8dics coincideixen que <strong>per tenir una bona salut cal partir d&#8217;uns bons h\u00e0bits nutricionals i per a aix\u00f2 la prevenci\u00f3 i l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n pilars fonamentals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_tenir_un_bon_estat_de_salut\"><\/span>Com podem tenir un bon estat de salut?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada ja sabem exactament qu\u00e8 \u00e9s exactament tenir una bona salut, parlarem sobre com podem fer per a portar una vida m\u00e9s saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amb una dieta equilibrada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable \u00e9s aquella que aporta a l&#8217;organisme els nutrients essencials i l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per mantenir el benestar f\u00edsic i prevenir les malalties. \u00c9s rica en fruites, verdures, hortalisses, cereals, llegums i baixa en greixos. Per garantir una bona salut es recomana menjar com a m\u00ednim 5 porcions diferents de fruites i verdures al dia, productes frescos i de temporada i reduir en la mesura possible el consum de sucres i sal. Perqu\u00e8 la dieta sana no es faci avorrida, hi ha moltes possibilitats d&#8217;escollir aliments i formes de cuinar que ens garanteixen que la nostra alimentaci\u00f3, a m\u00e9s de sana, pot ser agradable. I com que es tracta de gaudir, podem donar-nos un caprici de tant en tant sense remordiments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/buena-salud-ejercicio.jpg\" alt=\"subir escaleras\" class=\"wp-image-4554\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evitar el sedentarisme i realitzar exercici de forma regular, adaptat a les condicions de cada persona<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;esport es una de les formes de garantir una bona salut. L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica ens ajuda a cremar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de calories ingerides i a tonificar els m\u00fasculs i els ossos de cara a la vellesa. Pr\u00e0ctica-ne redueix el risc de patir les malalties de cor i les relacionades amb la pressi\u00f3 arterial i el colesterol, ens mant\u00e9 en forma i allunya l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Fer exercici no vol dir picar al gimn\u00e0s o deixar-se l&#8217;al\u00e8 corrent. Hi ha moltes activitats, com ara caminar a l&#8217;aire lliure, ballar, esports de tota mena, en equip, etc., que a m\u00e9s de cuidar la nostra salut fomenten les relacions socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evitar els t\u00f2xics al nostre organisme, com ara l&#8217;alcohol, el tabac i les drogues.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El consum de subst\u00e0ncies nocives, com poden ser l&#8217;alcohol, el tabac o les drogues, tant si es tracta d&#8217;un \u00fas habitual com a espor\u00e0dic, pot posar en comprom\u00eds la salut d&#8217;una persona. At\u00e8s que aquestes ofereixen una compensaci\u00f3 temporal a l&#8217;usuari, com la desinhibici\u00f3, la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar, l&#8217;euf\u00f2ria, el riure o qualsevol altre que pugui ser l&#8217;efecte en funci\u00f3 de la subst\u00e0ncia triada, les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies nefastes continuen sent presents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els danys a \u00f2rgans vitals com el fetge, el rony\u00f3, els pulmons i fins i tot el cervell es produeixen sempre que s&#8217;introdueixen en l&#8217;organisme. I a difer\u00e8ncia del que es cre\u00ef, les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives no sols apareixen en el llarg termini, sin\u00f3 que poden comen\u00e7ar a ser patents des de molt abans. Per a gaudir d&#8217;una bona salut, tots aquests t\u00f2xics han de desapar\u00e8ixer de la nostra vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Descansar de forma adequada.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenir una bona higiene del son \u00e9s fonamental per recarregar l&#8217;energia f\u00edsica i mental que gastem durant el dia. Cal gaudir d&#8217;un bon descans i, encara que les hores de son necess\u00e0ries poden dependre de cada persona, s&#8217;ha de procurar que sigui un son reparador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Realitzar les revisions m\u00e8diques pertinents segons l&#8217;edat i la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Detectar algun tipus de problema de salut de forma prematura pot ajudar-nos a minimitzar els riscos i a tractar la patologia d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important realitzar revisions m\u00e8diques i revisions integrals cada cert temps per a valorar l&#8217;estat de salut f\u00edsica, ps\u00edquica i social. Quan vivim sotmesos a una pressi\u00f3 molt alta, no sols el nostre car\u00e0cter es veu afectat, en tornar-nos m\u00e9s irritables i nerviosos. Tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;organisme s&#8217;emporta part del mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan l&#8217;estr\u00e8s es mant\u00e9 durant un per\u00edode llarg de temps es torna cr\u00f2nic. La cont\u00ednua desc\u00e0rrega d&#8217;adrenalina i de cortisol augmenta la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, dilata les pupil\u00b7les i els bronquis, augmenta els nivells de sucre en la sang i redueix l&#8217;activitat del sistema immunol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies s\u00f3n un cansament excessiu, problemes digestius, insomni, mal de cap i tensi\u00f3 muscular. En el llarg termini, pressi\u00f3 arterial elevada, diabetis, insufici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, baixada de defenses, \u00e8czema, depressi\u00f3, ansietat i un llarg etc\u00e8tera de patologies que van en detriment de la bona salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenir cura de la teva salut mental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s molt important cuidar tamb\u00e9 la salut emocional, per la qual cosa s&#8217;han de fomentar les relacions socials: compartir experi\u00e8ncies, exterioritzar sentiments, acceptar-se a un mateix, gaudir dels amics i la fam\u00edlia, somriure i riure sovint. No significa que sigui necessari tenir una vida social hiperactiva ni ser els reis de la festa, per\u00f2 la nostra vida social ha de ser suficient per a estar a gust amb el nostre entorn, encara que tamb\u00e9 hem d&#8217;estar oberts a con\u00e8ixer noves persones que ens aportin experi\u00e8ncies i coneixements diferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la vida social, per a mantenir una bona salut mental \u00e9s fonamental aprendre a gestionar les emocions i no deixar que aquestes s&#8217;apoderin de nosaltres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 no significa rebutjar o reprimir el que se sent, sin\u00f3 deixar que flueixin al mateix temps que prenem dist\u00e0ncia d&#8217;ella. Habilitats com la resili\u00e8ncia o l&#8217;assertivitat s\u00f3n fonamentals en el dia a dia. La primera permet afrontar les situacions adverses a les quals ens enfrontem, mentre que la segona ens ajuda a establir l\u00edmits amb el nostre entorn per a protegir-nos, per\u00f2 sempre mantenint una comunicaci\u00f3 ferma, clara i calmada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, del perfeccionisme i de l&#8217;autoexig\u00e8ncia \u00e9s clau per a no perdre de vista qui som ni quines s\u00f3n les nostres prioritats.
