Si parlem sobre salut, cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s dades que evidencien que la felicitat i la salut estan vinculades en molts sentits. Per qu\u00e8 les persones felices solen tenir m\u00e9s bona salut?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que no hi ha una \u00fanica definici\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 \u00e9s ser feli\u00e7, podem dir que la felicitat \u00e9s un estat de benestar subjectiu en el qual predominen les emocions positives per damunt de les negatives. Aquest positivisme \u00e9s el que fa que les persones felices afrontin millor els problemes f\u00edsics i ps\u00edquics, cosa que repercuteix directament en la salut.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_millora_la_felicitat_la_nostra_salut\"><\/span>Com millora la felicitat la nostra salut?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Les emocions influeixen directament en el nostre organisme<\/strong>, tant de forma positiva com de forma negativa. En general, les persones que se senten felices tenen menys presents els problemes de salut. Per qu\u00e8? La causa de tot \u00e9s que el nostre cos genera &#8220;<strong>hormones de la felicitat<\/strong>&#8221; que fan que ens sentim b\u00e9 i ens aporten una sensaci\u00f3 de benestar: serotonina que estimula el bon estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim, dopamina que activa la sensaci\u00f3 de plaer i la motivaci\u00f3 i endorfines, que ens fan sentir feli\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest estat de benestar, al que anomenem felicitat, <strong>t\u00e9 efectes molt positius sobre l&#8217;organisme i actua directament sobre el sistema immunol\u00f2gic<\/strong>. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed que les persones que se senten positives poden arribar a viure de mitjana 7 anys m\u00e9s que les que se senten infelices.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4539\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/felicidad-salud-amigos.jpg\" alt=\"amigos\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sentir-se feli\u00e7:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redueix la probabilitat de refredar-se o contagiar-se de la grip.<\/li>\n<li>Hi ha menys propensi\u00f3 a patir mol\u00e8sties quotidianes i dolor, incl\u00f2s el cr\u00f2nic.<\/li>\n<li>Redueix la pressi\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, cosa que afavoreix la salut cardiovascular.<\/li>\n<li>Pot ajudar a reduir la probabilitat de desenvolupar algunes malalties, com ara el Parkinson.<\/li>\n<li>La felicitat aconsegueix que el proc\u00e9s de curaci\u00f3 de les malalties sigui m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/li>\n<li>Ajuda a contrarestar els nivells elevats d&#8217;adrenalina, associats a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat, i disminueix la probabilitat de patir depressi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_fomentar_les_emocions_positives_i_la_felicitat\"><\/span>Com podem fomentar les emocions positives i la felicitat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tot i que a cada persona, segons les seves circumst\u00e0ncies personals, el fan feli\u00e7 est\u00edmuls o situacions diferents, <strong>hi ha actituds i t\u00e8cniques que ens poden fer la vida m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil i agradable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4540\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/felicidad-salud-musica.jpg\" alt=\"escuchar m\u00fasica\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En general, hem d&#8217;intentar mostrar una actitud positiva davant la vida, creure en nosaltres mateixos i en les nostres capacitats, potenciar el positiu per damunt del negatiu i viure en el present tractant de no insistir en situacions o esdeveniments negatius.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, per estimular la producci\u00f3 de les hormones de la felicitat, tan beneficioses en tots els sentits, podem rec\u00f3rrer a <strong>activitats que ens agradin<\/strong> o ens vinguin de gust, com ara ballar, escoltar m\u00fasica, llegir, fer un bany relaxant, caminar per algun lloc tranquil, practicar algun esport, donar-nos un capritx culinari i, sobretot, <strong>fomentar les relacions i habilitats socials<\/strong>, imprescindibles per mantenir un \u00e0nim positiu i potenciar la sensaci\u00f3 de felicitat.
