Suposen una p\u00e8rdua significativa d&#8217;anys de vida i, a m\u00e9s, una gran limitaci\u00f3 en la qualitat de vida de les persones afectades.<\/p>\n<p>La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que reduir aquestes xifres dep\u00e8n de nosaltres: segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), <strong>les morts prematures per malaltia cardiovascular podrien reduir-se fins a un 80% amb h\u00e0bits de vida saludables i amb un control dels factors de risc<\/strong>, com ara l&#8217;obesitat, el sedentarisme, el colesterol, la diabetis, la hipertensi\u00f3 i el tabaquisme. Per aquest motiu i des de l&#8217;any 2005, cada <strong>14 de mar\u00e7 se celebra el Dia Europeu per a la Prevenci\u00f3 del Risc Cardiovascular<\/strong>, per conscienciar la poblaci\u00f3 de la import\u00e0ncia dels efectes de les malalties cardiovasculars i per remarcar la capacitat que tenim d&#8217;influir sobre els principals factors de risc a l&#8217;hora de prevenir-les.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_factors_de_risc_cardiovascular\"><\/span>Els factors de risc cardiovascular<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>El risc cardiovascular \u00e9s la probabilitat que tenim de desenvolupar una malaltia coron\u00e0ria associada a diversos factors o marcadors<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquests factors, alguns no es poden controlar i per tant no s\u00f3n modificables, com ara l&#8217;edat, el sexe i els antecedents gen\u00e8tics. No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha altres factors que s\u00ed que s\u00f3n totalment modificables i podem controlar, com ara el tabac i el sedentarisme, i alguns que podem controlar de forma parcial, prenent mesures per disminuir-ne la influ\u00e8ncia en la nostra salut, com ara el sobrep\u00e8s i l&#8217;obesitat, la diabetis mellitus, la hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, el colesterol elevat i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4525\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/habitos-saludables-familia2.jpg\" alt=\"H\u00e1bitos saludables\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que en general aquests factors per si sols no siguin els causants principals de la malaltia cardiovascular, hem de tenir en compte que la combinaci\u00f3 entre ells augmenta significativament el risc de desenvolupar-la.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_importancia_de_la_prevencio\"><\/span>La import\u00e0ncia de la prevenci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els coneixements actuals determinen que <strong>els nostres h\u00e0bits de vida influeixen de manera determinant en la nostra salut.<\/strong> A l&#8217;hora de prevenir i tractar les malalties cardiovasculars, la modificaci\u00f3 dels nostres h\u00e0bits \u00e9s essencial i \u00e9s important prendre consci\u00e8ncia del nostre paper i de la nostra responsabilitat a l&#8217;hora de minimitzar els riscos.
