Hi ha moltes creences falses, i estan molt esteses. Potser alguna d&#8217;aquestes est\u00e0 dificultant el teu r\u00e8gim d\u2019aprimament. Aqu\u00ed pots llegir alguns mites molt comuns.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Saltar-te_apats_sempre_ajuda\"><\/span>1. Saltar-te \u00e0pats sempre ajuda<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Fins i tot pots pensar que tens una for\u00e7a de voluntat excepcional si et saltes menjars o evites picar qualsevol cosa entre el dinar i el sopar. I no \u00e9s aix\u00ed. En realitat el que est\u00e0s aconseguint \u00e9s tenir m\u00e9s gana, i quan seguis a taula estar\u00e0s molt m\u00e9s neguit\u00f3s i famolenc.<\/p>\n<p>I no et servir\u00e0 d&#8217;ajuda. Primer, perqu\u00e8 amb tanta gana tot et semblar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim, tant per l\u2019aparen\u00e7a com pel gust. I en segon lloc, perqu\u00e8 necessitar\u00e0s menjar m\u00e9s per fer desapar\u00e8ixer aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de fam. Per tant, menjar\u00e0s m\u00e9s&#8230; i no sempre coses sanes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s millor fer un mos en quantitats moderades. Alguna cosa nutritiva, que mantingui estable el nivell de glucosa en sang i que enforteixi el teu metabolisme. Fins i tot pots portar-ho amb tu si preveus arribar tard a casa. Per exemple, una bosseta de nous pelades o d\u2019altra fruita seca (sense sal), unes 200 calories. Si ets a casa, una poma et donar\u00e0 sensaci\u00f3 de plenitud gaireb\u00e9 sense que t&#8217;aporti calories.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Hauriem_devitar_el_gluten\"><\/span>2. Per\u00f2 la causa no ser\u00e0 que s&#8217;ha evitat el gluten.<br \/>\nNo s&#8217;han de suprimir nutrients \u2212grups de nutrients, millor dit\u2212 de la dieta. Sovint, aix\u00f2 pot produir car\u00e8ncies vitam\u00edniques, o de minerals, o d&#8217;oligoelements. \u00c9s molt m\u00e9s raonable controlar-ne les quantitats que s&#8217;ingereixen.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_El_menjar_sa_no_engreixa\"><\/span>3. El menjar sa no engreixa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En aquest tema resulta freq\u00fcent barrejar conceptes. Que un aliment es consideri &#8220;sa&#8221;, &#8220;saludable&#8221; o &#8220;natural&#8221;, o com en vulguem dir, no significa que no engreixi. Tots els aliments engreixen, i n\u2019hi ha que, com les nous, l&#8217;alvocat, l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva o la xocolata (negra) s\u00f3n san\u00edssims, per\u00f2 si el que vols \u00e9s aprimar-te, haur\u00e0s de controlar la quantitat que en menges.<\/p>\n<p>Tornant a l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, \u00e9s saludable, per\u00f2 si te\u2019n poses massa al plat de pasta o a les torrades, a l&#8217;esmorzar, t\u2019engreixar\u00e0. I el mateix passa amb la resta d&#8217;aliments que esment\u00e0vem abans. La clau \u00e9s menjar-ne les quantitats raonables, que seran variables per a cada producte.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Els_hidrats_engreixen\"><\/span>4. Els hidrats engreixen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Parl\u00e0vem en el punt 2 del risc de suprimir grups de nutrients, i aix\u00f2 enlla\u00e7a amb el que hem dit abans. Suprimir dr\u00e0sticament els hidrats provocar\u00e0 que t\u2019aprimis, en un primer moment. Per\u00f2, no \u00e9s sa, insistim, i no \u00e9s f\u00e0cilment sostenible, perqu\u00e8 et sentir\u00e0s cansat abans, ap\u00e0tic i irritable.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, apareix l&#8217;efecte io-io: en el moment que tornis a menjar hidrats, recuperar\u00e0s el pes perdut. En lloc de suprimir-los, menja els hidrats adequats. Arr\u00f2s, pasta i pa integrals, llegums i patates. A m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n bones fonts de fibra (suprimir els hidrats provoca, generalment, restrenyiment) i hi aporten vitamines i minerals.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4497\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/pan-blanco.jpg\" alt=\"pan blanco\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Suprimir_els_greixos_aprima\"><\/span>5. Suprimir els greixos aprima<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El teu cos necessita greix. Els greixos s\u00f3n bones fonts d&#8217;energia, i el cos, a mesura que ho necessita, va cremant els greixos per produir-la. Les calories que cremis seran una petita part del total de calories ingerides. Repetim que fer exercici \u00e9s bo, sense cap mat\u00eds; per\u00f2 amb ell no n&#8217;hi haur\u00e0 prou perqu\u00e8 t\u2019aprimis. Una bona dieta que l&#8217;acompanyi \u00e9s ideal.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_La_bascula_es_qui_mana\"><\/span>7. Que no t&#8217;atrapi, perqu\u00e8 pot desanimar-te i impacientar-te a l\u2019hora de veure resultats pels teus sacrificis diaris amb el male\u00eft menjar. Pot acabar frustrant-te i, en realitat, hauries de fixar-te en altres coses, com aquests pantalons que abans no podies posar-te, i que ara s\u00ed pots pujar la cremallera. I en com et sents, l&#8217;energia de m\u00e9s que tens, i el teu bon humor.<\/p>\n<p>Aprimar-se \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s lent i es pot trigar a aconseguir-ho. Per fer-ho de la manera m\u00e9s sana possible caldr\u00e0 implantar canvis en la dieta i en l&#8217;estil de vida, i aix\u00f2 no sempre ser\u00e0 f\u00e0cil.
