Com tot te verd, t\u00e9 propietats antioxidants que aporten un gran nombre de beneficis per a la salut: refor\u00e7a el sistema immunol\u00f2gic, redueix els nivells de colesterol i sucre en la sang, afavoreix la digesti\u00f3, ajuda a controlar la pressi\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia i a prevenir algunes malalties cardiovasculars. En qu\u00e8 es diferencia del te verd tradicional?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Gaireb\u00e9 tots hem sentit a parlar \u00faltimament del te matcha i de les seves excel\u00b7lents propietats per a la salut. Per posar-nos en antecedents, aquesta varietat de te prov\u00e9 d&#8217;un proc\u00e9s exclusiu de cultiu de la <em>Camellia sinensis<\/em>, la planta de la qual tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;obt\u00e9 el te verd, el negre i el wulong. En japon\u00e8s, <em>matcha<\/em> vol dir &#8216;te en pols&#8217; i, a difer\u00e8ncia del te verd tradicional, en el qual s\u2019infusionen les fulles i es descarten abans de beure, el te matcha barreja en l&#8217;aigua tota la fulla convertida en pols, per la qual cosa <strong>es conserven tots els nutrients i antioxidants propis del te verd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Propietats_del_te_matcha\"><\/span>Propietats del te matcha<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les excel\u00b7lents propietats del te matcha provenen principalment de seu <strong>alt contingut en antioxidants<\/strong>, encara que tamb\u00e9 aporta altres beneficis saludables.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El te verd cont\u00e9 catequines, un grup d&#8217;antioxidants polifen\u00f2lics. De totes elles, el <em>gal\u00b7lat d&#8217;epicatequina<\/em> \u00e9s la que posseeix el poder antioxidant m\u00e9s alt i el matcha en cont\u00e9 137 vegades m\u00e9s que el te verd tradicional. Alguns estudis han associat aquest polifenol concret a un efecte en el metabolisme que alenteix el creixement de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/te-matcha-latte.jpg\" alt=\"matcha latte\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El seu <strong>gran poder antioxidant<\/strong>, 20 vegades superior al dels fruits vermells, prev\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;envelliment cel\u00b7lular, alleuja processos inflamatoris com ara l&#8217;artritis, enforteix el sistema immunol\u00f2gic i prev\u00e9 algunes malalties cr\u00f2niques.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El te matcha pot ajudar a <strong>augmentar l&#8217;energia<\/strong> i \u00e9s una bona alternativa al caf\u00e8 perqu\u00e8 cont\u00e9 aproximadament la meitat de cafe\u00efna. A trav\u00e9s de la L-teanina, un amino\u00e0cid que <strong>mant\u00e9 alerta per\u00f2 relaxa<\/strong>, contrasta de manera efectiva els efectes no desitjats de la cafe\u00efna i proporciona una sensaci\u00f3 de benestar. A m\u00e9s, la cafe\u00efna del matcha s&#8217;absorbeix lentament (6-8 hores) sense que es produeixi un augment del cortisol, com passa amb la cafe\u00efna del caf\u00e8 o la del te tradicional, sense augment de sucre en sang i sense augment de la insulina, la pressi\u00f3 arterial o la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca. Per aquest motiu est\u00e0 especialment indicat per a diab\u00e8tics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c9s una <strong>font de fibra<\/strong> f\u00e0cilment absorbible per l&#8217;organisme, de manera que millora la flora intestinal, el proc\u00e9s digestiu i prev\u00e9 el restrenyiment. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s ric en vitamina C i el seu alt contingut en seleni, crom, zinc i magnesi prev\u00e9 el deteriorament cognitiu, augmenta la concentraci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El te matcha \u00e9s <strong>baix en calories i t\u00e9 propietats termog\u00e8niques que acceleren el metabolisme<\/strong> i ajuden a cremar greixos, per la qual cosa se li atorguen propietats per aprimar. Aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 l\u2019hem de prendre amb precauci\u00f3, ja que els estudis relacionen aquesta p\u00e8rdua de pes a quantitats de te matcha enormement superiors a les que es consumeixen de forma habitual. A continuaci\u00f3 afegim aigua bullint (80\u00ba) fins a completar la tassa.
