En qu\u00e8 consisteix?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El dejuni \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica que forma part de moltes tradicions culturals i religions arreu del m\u00f3n (Quaresma, Ramad\u00e0&#8230;). Fa alguns anys que es realitzen estudis cl\u00ednics sobre els beneficis que t\u00e9 el dejuni controlat, tant en la salut general com en el tractament d&#8217;algunes malalties. Els resultats s\u00f3n tan positius que en alguns pa\u00efsos, com Su\u00efssa, Fran\u00e7a i Alemanya, ja es comen\u00e7a a prescriure de forma m\u00e8dica. A Espanya, aquesta pr\u00e0ctica terap\u00e8utica encara no est\u00e0 gaire estesa.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_que_consisteix_el_dejuni\"><\/span>En qu\u00e8 consisteix el dejuni?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dejunar \u00e9s ingerir de forma temporal i volunt\u00e0ria un m\u00e0xim de 280-300 calories di\u00e0ries \u00fanicament a trav\u00e9s de l\u00edquids, com ara sucs, brous de verdures, infusions o aigua. En suprimir l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 s\u00f2lida i reduir dr\u00e0sticament la ingesta de calories, es provoca en l&#8217;organisme una s\u00e8rie de reaccions que l&#8217;obliguen a mobilitzar les seves pr\u00f2pies reserves d&#8217;energia i a viure d&#8217;elles. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s de reajustament i reactivaci\u00f3 que ens afecta de forma f\u00edsica i ps\u00edquica, i \u00e9s un acte natural, de manera que a m\u00e9s de suprimir l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 s\u00f2lida, s\u2019ha d&#8217;eliminar tot el superflu, com ara el caf\u00e8, el tabac o l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/ayuno-salud-zumo.jpg\" alt=\"ayuno y salud\" width=\"800\" height=\"544\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al principi pot ocasionar s\u00edmptomes molestos, com ara mal de cap, irritabilitat, cansament o n\u00e0usees, que solen desapar\u00e8ixer al cap de poc temps, igual que la sensaci\u00f3 de gana.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_ha_de_ser_controlat\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 ha de ser controlat?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dejunar s&#8217;ha de fer sempre de forma controlada, volunt\u00e0ria i sota supervisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica. Cada individu \u00e9s diferent i disposa d\u2019unes reserves determinades, de manera que el dejuni nom\u00e9s \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s mentre l&#8217;organisme segueix comptant amb energia per subsistir. Si es continua el dejuni un cop esgotada aquesta reserva cal\u00f2rica, es produeix un desajust en l&#8217;organisme que pot afectar el sistema immunol\u00f2gic i fer descendir les defenses, de manera que podem emmalaltir i trobar-nos que \u00f2rgans vitals com el fetge o el rony\u00f3 quedin afectats.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, \u00e9s important tenir molt controlats els per\u00edodes en qu\u00e8 es realitza el dejuni: poden ser d&#8217;un a tres dies o poden ser dejunis molt m\u00e9s llargs si es compta amb una reserva molt excessiva de calories (per exemple persones amb problemes seriosos d&#8217;obesitat). Durant aquest per\u00edode de reducci\u00f3 de la ingesta de calories, el cos pot descansar dels processos digestius, que requereixen aproximadament el 65% de l&#8217;energia corporal, i alliberar les toxines acumulades.<\/p>\n<p>Les investigacions realitzades a l&#8217;Institut del Cor del Centre M\u00e8dic Intermountain, a Utah, Estats Units, han revelat que el dejuni redueix el risc de desenvolupar malalties del cor i diabetis perqu\u00e8 provoca canvis positius importants en el nivell de colesterol: com a resposta al dejuni i a cert nivell d&#8217;estr\u00e8s que pot generar-se durant el proc\u00e9s, l&#8217;organisme acudeix a les reserves de colesterol per utilitzar-les com a font d&#8217;energia en lloc de la glucosa. A m\u00e9s de reduir els nivells de colesterol, \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s perqu\u00e8 com menys c\u00e8l\u00b7lules grasses tingui l&#8217;organisme, menys probabilitat hi ha d&#8217;experimentar resist\u00e8ncia a la insulina o diabetis.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4451 size-full\" style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/ayuno-salud-caldo.jpg\" alt=\"Ayuno y salud\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Altres estudis realitzats a la Universitat de Saragossa tamb\u00e9 han constatat &#8220;l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia del dejuni en el tractament de malalties reum\u00e0tiques, dolor cr\u00f2nic, hipertensi\u00f3, malalties inflamat\u00f2ries i degeneratives cr\u00f2niques, o fins i tot com a complement per pal\u00b7liar els efectes de la quimioter\u00e0pia en els processos contra el c\u00e0ncer&#8221;. I \u00e9s que el dejuni facilita la posada en marxa dels mecanismes naturals de curaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;organisme, sense la intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;agents externs. I com com que el cos sap com curar-se a si mateix de forma natural, la conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s que el dejuni ajuda a reequilibrar-lo en general.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que se segueixen realitzant estudis per constatar tots els beneficis del dejuni, ara mateix els resultats s\u00f3n prometedors.
