La respiraci\u00f3 profunda facilita l&#8217;entrada de l&#8217;oxigen als pulmons, i alhora la sortida del di\u00f2xid de carboni sortint, fet que contribueix a abaixar el ritme card\u00edac i la pressi\u00f3 arterial. Altres estudis afirmen que facilita el reg a les \u00e0rees cerebrals responsables de processar els est\u00edmuls sensorials.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s l&#8217;oposat a la respiraci\u00f3 superficial, no profunda, que gaireb\u00e9 no mou el diafragma i que causa que la part inferior dels pulmons no obtinguin tot l&#8217;aire que podrien. Acaba causant falta d&#8217;al\u00e8 i ansietat.<\/p>\n<h2>5 exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 que pots fer tots els dies, a casa<\/h2>\n<p>A casa, o a qualsevol altre lloc. No cal fer-los en un gimn\u00e0s, ni res de semblant. Es poden fer quan estem sotmesos a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, tan bon punt arribem a casa, abans d&#8217;anar a dormir o fins i tot a l&#8217;autob\u00fas. Aquestes t\u00e8cniques f\u00e0cils haurien de practicar-se di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Si necessites una mica d&#8217;energia extra<\/h3>\n<p>Seu en una posici\u00f3 lleugerament reclinada enrere. A continuaci\u00f3, obre la boca prou perqu\u00e8 et c\u00e0piga un dit entre les dents i tanca els ulls. Pensa ara que tens un globus a l&#8217;abdomen i aspira aire dues vegades, com si inflessis aquest globus, i expira l&#8217;aire suaument. Perqu\u00e8 te&#8217;n facis una idea, \u00e9s com si seguissis el ritme de la can\u00e7\u00f3 We will rock you, del grup Queen. Repeteix el proc\u00e9s durant cinc minuts i comprova que et sents revitalitzat.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quan est\u00e0s nervi\u00f3s i necessites calmar-te r\u00e0pidament<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s la manera m\u00e9s senzilla de recuperar la calma: intenta &#8220;dirigir&#8221; l&#8217;aire cap a l&#8217;abdomen, inspirant lentament i amb llargues inspiracions, per expulsar l&#8217;aire m\u00e9s lentament. Es pot fer tant per la boca com pel nas. Has d&#8217;imaginar que l&#8217;abdomen \u00e9s aquest globus, que infles i desinfles alternativament. Segueix el ritme amb el que et sentis m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode, per\u00f2 concentrant-te en com l&#8217;abdomen creix i disminueix de mida. Fes-ho diversos minuts i comprova com et sents. Aix\u00f2 et distraur\u00e0, i evitar\u00e0s continuar pensant en all\u00f2 que et generava intranquil\u00b7litat.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Quan hagis de centrar-te en alguna cosa concreta<\/h3>\n<p>Fes pauses eventuals en els moments que requereixin m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 i necessitis centrar-te en alguna cosa concreta. Posa&#8217;t la m\u00e0 a l&#8217;abdomen i inspira una vegada, molt lentament i en profunditat, i despr\u00e9s deixa anar lentament l&#8217;aire.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta pausa respirat\u00f2ria et proporcionar\u00e0 una certa calma, i et concentrar\u00e0s millor.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Si no pots dormir<\/h3>\n<p>Si abans de dormir fas els exercicis descrits, probablement t&#8217;adormir\u00e0s abans, i t&#8217;ajudaran a alleujar els problemes de son. Ho has de fer al llit, amb dos coixins posats de forma adequada. En aquest cas ser\u00e0 millor respirar per la boca i no pel nas, fet que causar\u00e0 que l&#8217;aire arribi m\u00e9s avall als pulmons. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 ha de relaxar-te i et distraur\u00e0 d&#8217;aquest munt de pensaments del dia que et tenen preocupat.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Ensenya els teus fills com respirar conscientment<\/h3>\n<p>Els ajudar\u00e0 (i, de passada, millorar\u00e0s el vincle amb els teus fills). L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s aconseguir que els nens pensin que \u00e9s un joc i l&#8217;associ\u00efn amb divertir-se. En lloc de la m\u00e0, posa&#8217;ls a l&#8217;abdomen una joguina i que respirin profundament, jugant a veure qui ret\u00e9 la joguina en la posici\u00f3 m\u00e9s alta. Tamb\u00e9 pots posar-te el nen a sobre (si encara \u00e9s petit), de manera que quan respiris el nen senti com el teu abdomen puja i baixa.
