Passar massa temps davant la pantalla<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ens referim, \u00e9s clar, a l&#8217;ordinador, la tauleta, el m\u00f2bil, els e-readers o qualsevol altra. Cada vegada hi estem m\u00e9s temps al davant, ja sigui per respondre mails, per consultar Internet, per xatejar, per llegir o per motius de treball. I aix\u00f2 va en detriment de la vista; hi ha oftalm\u00f2legs que parlen ja d&#8217;una epid\u00e8mia de problemes oculars derivats directament de l&#8217;\u00fas excessiu que fem de l&#8217;ordinador i altres aparells.<\/p>\n<p>Si creus que \u00e9s el teu cas, el que hauries de fer \u00e9s revisar-te peri\u00f2dicament els ulls, sobretot si portes lents de contacte. L\u2019oculista, o l&#8217;optometrista, podran recomanar-te el m\u00e9s adequat. Pregunta-li sobre les lents de contacte que retarden la sequedat de l&#8217;ull que habitualment produeixen; aquestes lents de contacte les pots dur fins a 16 hores, ja que retenen la humitat de l&#8217;ull.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_No_fer_cas_dels_mals_de_cap\"><\/span>2. No fer cas dels mals de cap<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els mals de cap els pot provocar la vista, i si en tens amb alguna freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, podria ser la causa d\u2019algun problema. Per exemple, i aix\u00f2 enlla\u00e7a amb el punt anterior, podria tractar-se de la &#8220;S\u00edndrome Visual Inform\u00e0tica&#8221; (SVI). Si est\u00e0s moltes hores davant de l&#8217;ordinador, la s\u00edndrome es manifesta amb una s\u00e8rie de s\u00edmptomes molestos, d&#8217;\u00edndole muscular, que afecten fins a 9 de cada deu persones que treballen davant l&#8217;ordinador.<\/p>\n<p>Si tens mals de cap, val la pena que consultis un professional (un optometrista diplomat o un oftalm\u00f2leg) per comprovar si \u00e9s la vista qui els provoca.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Portar_lents_de_contacte_massa_temps\"><\/span>3. Portar lents de contacte massa temps<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No has de dur posades les lents de contacte m\u00e9s temps del recomanat. Aquesta especificaci\u00f3 pot semblar evident, per\u00f2 no tothom que porta lents de contacte la segueix. No t&#8217;has de tornar a posar les lents de contacte d&#8217;un sol \u00fas o, si s\u00f3n d&#8217;\u00fas mensual, no passar del mes. I per descomptat, no has de dormir amb elles, tret que siguin espec\u00edfiques per a aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_No_fer_cas_de_la_sequedat_de_lull\"><\/span>4. No fer cas de la sequedat de l&#8217;ull<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una de les principals causes de la SVI (S\u00edndrome Visual Inform\u00e0tica, explicada m\u00e9s amunt) \u00e9s la sequedat dels ulls. Sabies que parpellejar \u00e9s molt important per mantenir la hidrataci\u00f3 adequada? B\u00e9, doncs diversos estudis han posat de manifest que estar davant l&#8217;ordinador pot disminuir el nombre de parpelleigs fins a cinc vegades. Quan l&#8217;ull s&#8217;asseca, pot provocar incomoditat, enrogiment i fins i tot visi\u00f3 borrosa. Els ambients amb aire condicionat o calefacci\u00f3 per aire no fan altra cosa que agreujar el problema.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3? Unes gotes, que el mateix farmac\u00e8utic podr\u00e0 recomanar-te per mantenir els ulls hidratats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4376\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/lentillas2.jpg\" alt=\"lentillas\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Fer_servir_ulleres_daltres_persones_o_pitjor_encara_les_lents_de_contacte\"><\/span>5. Fer servir ulleres d\u2019altres persones (o, pitjor encara, les lents de contacte)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sentim sovint dir all\u00f2 de &#8220;deixa\u2019m unes ulleres&#8221; per llegir un text; qui ho fa, veur\u00e0 que veu millor amb elles i, si \u00e9s una cosa puntual, no passa res, per\u00f2 no has de fer servir ulleres que no siguin les adequades per als teus ulls. Es pot produir l&#8217;anomenat estr\u00e8s visual, que \u00e9s un conjunt de s\u00edmptomes com la vista cansada, visi\u00f3 borrosa, dificultat per centrar la vista en un punt donat, fatiga i, fins i tot, mal de cap.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment arriscat amb les lents de contacte, ja que a m\u00e9s del que ja hem comentat, poden generar infeccions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Les_ulleres_%E2%80%9Ctot_a_cent%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>6. Les ulleres &#8220;tot a cent&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No has d&#8217;utilitzar aquelles ulleres que es venen arreu. Com a primera mesura, tenen la mateixa graduaci\u00f3 per als dos ulls, cosa que no succeeix m\u00e9s que en casos estranys. A m\u00e9s, els vidres no s\u00f3n de bona qualitat i poden provocar tota aquesta s\u00e8rie de problemes que anem comentant, des de la S\u00edndrome Visual inform\u00e0tica fins a mals de cap.<\/p>\n<p>Si veus malament, acudeix a un oftalm\u00f2leg o a un establiment diplomat en \u00f2ptica perqu\u00e8 et gradu\u00efn la vista i et facin les ulleres adequades.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_No_renovar_les_ulleres_o_les_lents_de_contacte\"><\/span>7. No renovar les ulleres o les lents de contacte<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La vista, l&#8217;agudesa visual, canvia amb el temps. Les ulleres o lents de contacte que et servien fa dos o tres anys pot ser que ja no siguin les adequades a la teva visi\u00f3 actual, sobretot si passes molt de temps davant de l&#8217;ordinador.<\/p>\n<p>Una revisi\u00f3 en una \u00f2ptica professional t&#8217;indicar\u00e0 si has de renovar-les o no.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Fer_servir_lents_de_contacte_ratllades\"><\/span>8. Fer servir lents de contacte ratllades<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les lents de contacte han d&#8217;estar ben netes i sense ratlles. Aquestes interfereixen en la visi\u00f3 i causen enlluernaments i llums par\u00e0sites.
