La Dra. Juliana Mart\u00ednez, especialista en medicina general del Centre M\u00e8dic MGC, ens explica tot el que hem de saber sobre el virus i quines persones han de prevenir especialment el contagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_grip\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la grip?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La grip \u00e9s una infecci\u00f3 v\u00edrica del sistema respiratori provocada pel virus de la influen\u00e7a que afecta milers de persones cada any. El que caracteritza aquest virus \u00e9s que t\u00e9 amb una capacitat de mutaci\u00f3 important que en dificulta el reconeixement per part del sistema immunol\u00f2gic, cosa que obliga a produir noves vacunes estacionals cada temporada. La grip pot afectar de forma lleu o, en determinats casos, produir complicacions i derivar en una malaltia greu. Per aquest motiu la forma m\u00e9s efectiva de prevenci\u00f3 \u00e9s anar fent les vacunacions peri\u00f2diques anuals com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_quines_epoques_sol_apareixer\"><\/span><strong>En quines \u00e8poques sol apar\u00e8ixer?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El virus apareix a l&#8217;hivern. El per\u00edode d&#8217;infecci\u00f3 sol comen\u00e7ar al novembre i desembre i, en alguns casos, pot allargar-se fins al mes de maig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_simptomes_te_i_com_es_realitza_el_contagi\"><\/span><strong>Quins s\u00edmptomes t\u00e9 i com es realitza el contagi?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes principals de la grip solen apar\u00e8ixer de forma brusca: febre en pics molt alts (temperatura superior a 38\u00ba) amb sensaci\u00f3 de dolor muscular, cefalees, tos i mucositat. La febre i la sensaci\u00f3 de dolor muscular poden durar tres o quatre dies, que \u00e9s el per\u00edode de m\u00e0xim contagi, i despr\u00e9s van desapareixent els s\u00edmptomes, per\u00f2 la tos es mant\u00e9 molt m\u00e9s temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s precisament la simptomatologia el que va donar el nom a aquesta malaltia: la paraula <em>grip<\/em> (tamb\u00e9 anomenada <em>influen\u00e7a<\/em>), t\u00e9 l\u2019origen en l&#8217;alemany, que significa &#8220;arraulir&#8221;. \u00c9s una forma molt gr\u00e0fica de representar els s\u00edmptomes que apareixen a la grip, que ens porten a arraulir-nos a causa de la febre i el dolor muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/contagio2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4064\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El contagi de la grip es produeix a trav\u00e9s de les petites gotetes de saliva que es produeixen en parlar o en tossir. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important, quan comen\u00e7a la campanya de vacunaci\u00f3 de la grip i sabem que el virus avan\u00e7a, comen\u00e7ar les mesures de contenci\u00f3: sobretot, quan tossim tapar-nos la boca amb l&#8217;avantbra\u00e7, no amb les mans perqu\u00e8 la possibilitat de contagi \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s alta, rentar-nos molt sovint les mans i utilitzar mocadors d&#8217;un sol \u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quines_complicacions_pot_tenir\"><\/span><strong>Quines complicacions pot tenir?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les complicacions principals de la grip s\u00f3n la pneum\u00f2nia, la bronquitis i totes les descompensacions que es produeixen en pacients que tenen de base una malaltia cr\u00f2nica bronquial, com pot ser una MPOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I encara que habitualment es pot pensar que als fumadors els afecta m\u00e9s el virus, en realitat no s&#8217;ha vist una difer\u00e8ncia important pel que fa a l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de la grip en comparaci\u00f3 amb els no fumadors. El que s\u00ed s&#8217;aprecia \u00e9s que els pacients fumadors allarguen molt m\u00e9s el per\u00edode de tos i expectoraci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 tant un fumador com un no fumador tenen les mateixes possibilitats de contagiar-se de la grip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_factors_de_risc_hi_ha_a_lhora_de_contraure_la_grip_i_com_es_pot_prevenir\"><\/span><strong>Quins factors de risc hi ha a l&#8217;hora de contraure la grip i com es pot prevenir?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones que entren dins el grup de risc a l&#8217;hora de contraure la grip serien: personal sanitari o qualsevol persona que estigui en contacte amb el p\u00fablic, (perqu\u00e8 la possibilitat de contagi \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s alta), tots els malalts cardiovasculars pulmonars, les persones de m\u00e9s de 65 anys i els malalts cr\u00f2nics, ja siguin renals, digestius&#8230; El m\u00e8tode m\u00e9s efectiu per prevenir el contagi \u00e9s la vacunaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 a continuaci\u00f3 et deixem alguns consells per evitar-la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Renta&#8217;t molt les mans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a m\u00ednim, cada vegada que arribis a casa i, per descomptat, abans de cada \u00e0pat. Renta&#8217;t a fons, amb abundant aigua i sab\u00f3 o, encara millor, utilitza un gel desinfectant. El virus es propaga de persona a persona per qualsevol tipus de contacte. N&#8217;hi ha prou per contraure-la amb tocar-te el nas, la boca o els ulls despr\u00e9s del contacte amb alg\u00fa amb grip. El rentat cur\u00f3s de les mans \u00e9s una precauci\u00f3 elemental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/lavar-manos2.jpg\" alt=\"Lavarse las manos\" class=\"wp-image-4066\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s convenient desinfectar els objectes que m\u00e9s es toquen, com les manetes de les portes, les aixetes, els tel\u00e8fons, els teclats (si compartim ordinador) i un llarg etc\u00e8tera. \u00c9s interessant dur a sobre tovalloletes desinfectants per fer-ho amb seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Procura no apropar-te als malalts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s evident, encara que no sempre ser\u00e0 f\u00e0cil de fer si la persona engripada la tens a casa. Per\u00f2, de fet, el contacte amb els malalts, el sol fet de respirar el mateix aire, pot comportar el contagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No facis petons, ni donis la m\u00e0, si ho pots evitar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El que tots fem \u00e9s saludar-nos donant-nos la m\u00e0 o fent-nos un pet\u00f3. Per\u00f2 si pots evitar-ho, millor: el contacte amb alg\u00fa que pugui estar infectat suposar\u00e0 contreure el virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. No comparteixis res que et fiquis a la boca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gots, copes, plats, coberts&#8230;, tot aix\u00f2 ho has d&#8217;utilitzar tu exclusivament, llevat que els rentis molt b\u00e9, \u00e9s clar. La saliva \u00e9s una bona portadora del virus, i si beus del mateix got que un malalt (o si menges amb la seva forquilla), les probabilitats que et contagi\u00efs s\u00f3n altes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Renta b\u00e9 els aliments frescos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal rentar b\u00e9 les verdures, fruites i, en general, qualsevol aliment que et mengis cru. No podem assegurar que qui te&#8217;ls ha venut no est\u00e0 infectat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Evita els canvis de temperatura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Abriga&#8217;t b\u00e9 quan surtis al carrer, protegint-te el nas i la boca amb una bufanda (que nom\u00e9s facis servir tu!). Recorda que, a l&#8217;aire lliure, \u00e9s preferible respirar pel nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/vacunandose2.jpg\" alt=\"Vacuna gripe\" class=\"wp-image-4067\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Aireja b\u00e9 la teva llar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fes-ho a casa teva, a l&#8217;oficina i, en general, a qualsevol espai tancat. \u00c9s m\u00e9s que probable que l&#8217;aire d&#8217;una habitaci\u00f3 on hagi estat alg\u00fa infectat tingui el virus en suspensi\u00f3 en el vapor d&#8217;aigua de l&#8217;ambient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Utilitza mocadors de paper per tapar-te el nas i la boca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapa&#8217;t amb un mocador de paper el nas i la boca en tossir i esternudar, i immediatament llen\u00e7a&#8217;l a les escombraries. Quan tossim o esternudem, expel\u00b7lim gotetes microsc\u00f2piques de saliva o de secrecions nasals. Aquestes n\u00favols acaben per dipositar-se a les mans o a altres superf\u00edcies, i afavoreixen el contagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. No et toquis els ulls, ni el nas, ni la boca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e0 comprovat que el virus pot sobreviure en certes superf\u00edcies des d&#8217;unes hores fins a diversos dies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Evita tant com sigui possible els transports i llocs p\u00fablics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s clar que aix\u00f2 no sempre ser\u00e0 f\u00e0cil. Per\u00f2 el transport p\u00fablic, els restaurants, els cinemes i qualsevol altre lloc on hi hagi molta gent possiblement tinguin el virus en l&#8217;ambient. Si no ho pots evitar, procura extremar les mesures d&#8217;higiene que ja t&#8217;hem esmentat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Menja b\u00e9, sa i equilibrat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I pren molta fruita, que \u00e9s bon\u00edssima per a la salut. La de la temporada est\u00e0 ben carregada de vitamina C, que far\u00e0 que el teu sistema immune s&#8217;enforteixi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. No fumis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/fumadora2.jpg\" alt=\"fumadora\" class=\"wp-image-4065\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No cal que t&#8217;expliquem aqu\u00ed com \u00e9s de dolent fumar, perqu\u00e8 ja ho saps. Per\u00f2 cal recordar-te que en cas d&#8217;infecci\u00f3 gripal, ser fumador pot agreujar qualsevol complicaci\u00f3 que sorgeixi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Dorm b\u00e9 i les hores suficients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s possible dir-te quant de temps cal dormir, perqu\u00e8 cada persona necessita unes determinades hores de son. Diguem que has de dormir el que sigui adequat per a tu. El teu cos necessita descans per recuperar-se del dia anterior i per mantenir les seves funcions b\u00e0siques. Dormir com cal refor\u00e7a les defenses naturals \u2013el sistema immune, una vegada m\u00e9s\u2013 a mantenir-se en bona forma. La manca de descans o el cansament juguen en contra teu precisament per aix\u00f2: perqu\u00e8 fa minvar les defenses naturals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Si pots evitar els hospitals, fes-ho<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja t&#8217;imagines per qu\u00e8: s\u00f3n plens de malalts i \u00e9s inevitable que l&#8217;aire contingui g\u00e8rmens, sobretot, durant les epid\u00e8mies. Si no pots evitar anar-hi, utilitza una m\u00e0scara mentre hi siguis.
