No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot manifestar-se de moltes formes rares i, per descomptat, un estr\u00e8s continuat en el temps t\u00e9 un impacte real, a la llarga, en el teu cos. Aix\u00ed, moltes persones estressades dormen malament, tendeixen a engreixar, a tenir problemes d&#8217;est\u00f3mac, amb males digestions. Tamb\u00e9 solen presentar m\u00e9s infeccions que els no estressats. Per agreujar el quadre, sembla que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s proclius a patir problemes de cor i fins i tot c\u00e0ncer. I a m\u00e9s, en el pla psicol\u00f2gic, pot provocar depressi\u00f3, o ansietat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_que_passa_quan_estas_estressat\"><\/span>El que passa quan est\u00e0s estressat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En el cos hi ha dues gl\u00e0ndules, a sobre dels ronyons, que es diuen gl\u00e0ndules adrenals i s\u00f3n les que segreguen, entre altres, el cortisol, que \u00e9s la principal hormona de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Les funcions del cortisol s\u00f3n diverses, per\u00f2, globalment, els seus efectes s\u00f3n els que ens mant\u00e9 en marxa, des que ens despertem fins al vespre -i ens permet suportar les tensions de la nostra vida di\u00e0ria. Per\u00f2 en el cas d&#8217;estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic, aquest que algunes persones tenen di\u00e0riament, del mat\u00ed a la nit, les gl\u00e0ndules adrenals no poden secretar tot el cortisol que el cos necessitaria per acabar amb l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. I aix\u00f2 acaba repercutint en el cos, minant la salut global.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Engreixa_lestres\"><\/span>Engreixa l&#8217;estr\u00e8s?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sembla que un nivell elevat de cortisol t\u00e9 efectes secundaris, segons un nou estudi. Un d&#8217;ells \u00e9s que engreixa, mitjan\u00e7ant dos mecanismes diferents.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_glucosa_es_dispara\"><\/span><strong>La glucosa es dispara<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El primer, eleva el nivell de la glucosa a la sang (la gluc\u00e8mia) perqu\u00e8 suprimeix en part l&#8217;acci\u00f3 d&#8217;una altra hormona, la insulina, que produeix el p\u00e0ncrees, i que \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 la glucosa entri en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Al seu torn, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, faltes del seu aliment, li demanen al cervell que emeti senyals d&#8217;ajuda, el que aquest fa, provocant la sensaci\u00f3 de gana. A m\u00e9s aquesta glucosa que no va poder penetrar en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules roman en la sang, i el cos acaba assimilant en forma de greix. Un estudi ha mostrat recentment aquest efecte.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_cos_acumula_mes_greix\"><\/span><strong>El cos acumula m\u00e9s greix<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En el cos hi ha un tipus de greix, els anomenats triglic\u00e8rids, que es troben normalment en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Quan est\u00e0s molt estressat, el cos allibera m\u00e9s cortisol (que ja hem vist que \u00e9s el mecanisme del cos per intentar evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s) i es produeix l&#8217;efecte segon el qual els triglic\u00e8rids &#8220;surten&#8221; de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i es recol\u00b7loquen a la cintura, en forma de greix. Diversos estudis mostren que aquest greix (que alguns anomenen greix &#8220;t\u00f2xica&#8221;) augmenta el risc de patir diabetis i problemes circulatoris seriosos, com la malaltia card\u00edaca o l&#8217;ictus.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tens_mes_gana_i_menges_amb_ansies\"><\/span><strong>Tens m\u00e9s gana i menges amb \u00e0nsies<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ja hem vist que l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de cortisol provoca que la glucosa no arribi a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i aquestes demanin al cervell que protesti, demanant aliment. Pot acabar generant \u00e0nsia pel menjar i aquest \u00e9s el perqu\u00e8 de que quan est\u00e0s molt estressat piques de tot, especialment aliments molt cal\u00f2rics, o comes sense la necess\u00e0ria i habitual mesura.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_pots_evitar_engreixar\"><\/span>Com pots evitar engreixar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s f\u00e0cil dir que evitarem l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, per\u00f2 quan s&#8217;est\u00e0 patint estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic aix\u00f2 \u00e9s rares vegades possible. Posar-te a dieta, o millor, seguint una dieta adequada pots regular els nivells de cortisol. La ideal per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s la dieta antiinflamat\u00f2ria, perqu\u00e8 sabem que l&#8217;estr\u00e8s produeix una inflamaci\u00f3 general en l&#8217;organisme, el que per la seva banda eleva la segregaci\u00f3 de cortisol. Quan el cos est\u00e0 sotm\u00e8s a estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic, la millor forma d&#8217;evitar engreixar \u00e9s regulant els nivells de cortisol a trav\u00e9s de la dieta i tractant d&#8217;evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Les caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquesta dieta, que et poden servir de guia s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menja moltes verdures, fruita, cereals (preferiblement integrals), fruita seca i llegums.<\/li>\n<li>Menja preferiblement peix blau, que est\u00e0 carregat d&#8217;omega-3: sardines, reu, truita, salm\u00f3, verat i altres.<\/li>\n<li>Evita completament els greixos trans.<\/li>\n<li>Pren poca sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Limita el consum de caf\u00e8. La cafe\u00efna estimula les gl\u00e0ndules adrenals i ja hem vist que aix\u00f2 incrementa el cortisol. Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s aconsellable deixar d&#8217;esmorzar.<\/li>\n<li>Beu poc alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Menja amb &#8216;mildfulness&#8217;, \u00e9s a dir amb consci\u00e8ncia que ho est\u00e0s fent: quan tinguis gana, menja.
