Beu molta aigua<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;alcohol es processa al fetge. I per assimilar-lo, aquest \u00f2rgan necessita aigua i, si no beus, la prendr\u00e0 d&#8217;on pugui: del cervell. I ja tenim aqu\u00ed la ressaca.<\/p>\n<p>Si, a m\u00e9s, beus aigua alternant-la amb l&#8217;alcohol, controlar\u00e0s millor la dosi que prens. I \u00e9s que a mesura que es va bevent, es va produint la sensaci\u00f3 de deshidrataci\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir, set, la qual cosa provoca que es begui m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament que quan es va prendre la primera copa.<\/p>\n<p>I abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, beu un bon got d&#8217;aigua amb una mica (\u00e9s a dir, un pessic) de sal, i millor si \u00e9s sal marina. Reposar\u00e0s les sals minerals que l&#8217;alcohol ha anat consumint.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Menja_no_beguis_en_deju\"><\/span>2. Menja; no beguis en dej\u00fa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tots ho hem sentit alguna vegada: \u00e9s pitjor beure en dej\u00fa, i \u00e9s ben cert. I ens referim a dinar, \u00e9s a dir, a un \u00e0pat en tota regla, no d&#8217;unes poques olives, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed reduirem l&#8217;acetaldehid a l&#8217;organisme. \u00c9s en aquest compost que es converteix l&#8217;alcohol en el cos i \u00e9s m\u00e9s t\u00f2xic que l\u2019alcohol mateix: \u00e9s la principal causa de la ressaca.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Pren-te_una_pindola\"><\/span>3. Pren-te una p\u00edndola<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Per\u00f2 que no sigui una aspirina, perqu\u00e8 els f\u00e0rmacs implicarien for\u00e7ar encara m\u00e9s el fetge, que no para de treballar per processar l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha un remei natural, herbaci, que \u00e9s el card de llet, disponible en pastilles i en concentrats. Es creu que accelera la funci\u00f3 hep\u00e0tica, i els seus defensors afirmen que els seus efectes fan m\u00e9s suportable la ressaca. L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s prendre\u2019l abans de comen\u00e7ar a beure perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed far\u00e0 que el processament de l&#8217;alcohol sigui m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid. Amb tot, els seus efectes estan encara per demostrar.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Compte_amb_els_escumosos\"><\/span>4. Compte amb els escumosos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les begudes amb bombolles s\u00f3n m\u00e9s perilloses que d\u2019altres. La revista Forensic &amp; Legal Medicine ja va publicar el 2007 un estudi que comparava els efectes d&#8217;unes begudes i d&#8217;altres. Els voluntaris que van beure &#8220;amb bombolles&#8221; van veure com els seus nivells d&#8217;alcohol en sang augmentaven m\u00e9s de pressa que els que en van beure sense. La teoria dels autors \u00e9s que el di\u00f2xid de carboni (el gas que forma les bombolles) accelera l&#8217;assimilaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alcohol pel cos.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Son_millors_les_begudes_blanques_que_les_fosques\"><\/span>5. S\u00f3n millors les begudes blanques que les fosques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les begudes com el vi negre o el conyac contenen m\u00e9s cong\u00e8neres \u2013uns compostos t\u00f2xics que contribueixen a la ressaca\u2013 que la ginebra o el vodka. Aquests compostos s\u00f3n producte de la fermentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alcohol. La Royal Society of Chemistry, del Regne Unit, afirma que aquest tipus de destil\u00b7laci\u00f3 purifica m\u00e9s les begudes blanques. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 produeixen ressaca, \u00e9s clar. La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s la quantitat: beure una ampolla sencera de vi blanc no hi ha dubte que passar\u00e0 factura al dia seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_No_prenguis_cafe\"><\/span>6. No prenguis caf\u00e8<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Al contrari del que la gent pensa, no, no s\u2019ha de prendre caf\u00e8. El caf\u00e8 o el te no s\u00f3n recomanables per a la ressaca, ja que afecten el fetge, deshidratant-lo i irritant-lo. Podria provocar n\u00e0usees i marejos, cosa que agreuja els s\u00edmptomes de la ressaca. A m\u00e9s, el caf\u00e8, com l&#8217;alcohol, empitjora la qualitat del son (quan no ho impedeix), i aix\u00f2 seria contraproduent.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Aneu_amb_compte_amb_els_analgesics\"><\/span>7. Aneu amb compte amb els analg\u00e8sics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Has d&#8217;evitar l&#8217;aspirina i l\u2019ibuprof\u00e8, perqu\u00e8 empitjorarien la irritaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac produ\u00efda per l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analg\u00e8sic m\u00e9s convenient \u00e9s el paracetamol, i millor si te\u2019l prens en comprimits efervescents: l&#8217;efecte ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, sense comptar que l&#8217;aigua en qu\u00e8 es dissolen tindr\u00e0 un efecte benefici\u00f3s addicional. I, per descomptat, enlla\u00e7ant amb el punt 6, evita prendre-te\u2019l amb caf\u00e8 i te. La barreja d&#8217;alcohol, cafe\u00efna i analg\u00e8sic no \u00e9s precisament l&#8217;ideal per al fetge.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Mima_lestomac\"><\/span>8. Mima l&#8217;est\u00f3mac<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La irritaci\u00f3 que l&#8217;alcohol produeix en l&#8217;aparell digestiu pot incloure acidesa d&#8217;est\u00f3mac i acabar causant n\u00e0usees. Menja alguna cosa lleugera, com unes torrades, per\u00f2 no les prenguis amb llet, que cont\u00e9 cert nivell de greix que empitjora les coses.<\/p>\n<p>Si tens acidesa, parla amb el farmac\u00e8utic, que sabr\u00e0 suggerir-te algun medicament de venda sense recepta que pal\u00b7liar\u00e0 el trastorn.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Opta_pel_sucre_mes_adequat\"><\/span><strong>9. Opta pel sucre m\u00e9s adequat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No et deixis temptar per uns suculents ous amb pernil. D\u2019acord, un cop m\u00e9s, amb la Royal Society of Chemistry, el millor \u00e9s un esmorzar a base de torrades amb una mica de mel, que et proporcionaran sodi, potassi i fructosa, elements que has perdut durant els excessos de la nit anterior. Si, a m\u00e9s, hi inclous un pl\u00e0tan o una mica de llet de coco, augmentar\u00e0s els nivells de potassi i fructosa. No prenguis pastisseria industrial, perqu\u00e8 elevaran sobtadament la glucosa per, tot seguit, provocar una davallada d&#8217;energia.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 un suc de taronja (natural, \u00e9s clar), que et subministrar\u00e0 una bona dosi de vitamina C, que ajudar\u00e0 el fetge a processar l&#8217;alcohol.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_No_prenguis_fregits\"><\/span>10. No prenguis fregits<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El sucre a la sang (la glucosa en sang o gluc\u00e8mia) haur\u00e0 baixat amb el processament de l&#8217;alcohol, i tindr\u00e0s fam al dia seg\u00fcent. Ja hem comentat que \u00e9s millor que no prenguis aliments amb greixos, ja que for\u00e7aran l&#8217;aparell digestiu. Si tens una fam vora\u00e7, pren dos ous passats per aigua o fins i tot remenats (amb poca mantega o oli) sobre una torrada. Els ous tenen ciste\u00efna, un amino\u00e0cid que ajuda amb les toxines hep\u00e0tiques. El pa, per la seva banda, t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 amb els nivells de sucre.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"11_Reposa_les_sals_minerals_perdudes\"><\/span>11. Reposa les sals minerals perdudes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una possibilitat estupenda \u00e9s un sobre de rehidrataci\u00f3, dels que s&#8217;usen per reposar les sals despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una diarrea, per exemple. Contenen electr\u00f2lits, sals minerals que ajuden m\u00e9s que l&#8217;aigua sola a rehidratar r\u00e0pidament el cos, despr\u00e9s dels l\u00edquids perduts. L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s que en prenguis un, dissolt en aigua, i repeteixis l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 l&#8217;endem\u00e0.
