El seu objectiu \u00e9s afegir valor nutricional a la dieta en moments puntuals o quan, per condicions espec\u00edfiques, aquests nutrients no s&#8217;estan consumint. \u00c9s important tenir clar que els suplements nutricionals mai han d&#8217;actuar com a substitutius de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es poden presentar en diversos formats: p\u00edndoles, comprimits, granulats, perles, sucs\u2026 i mai no hem de prendre&#8217;n sense consultar-ho amb un especialista de la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_tipus_de_suplements_nutricionals_existeixen_i_quins_beneficis_tenen_en_la_medicina_actual\"><\/span><strong>Quins tipus de suplements nutricionals existeixen i quins beneficis tenen en la medicina actual?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019hi ha diversos tipus: vitamines, minerals, \u00e0cids grassos, prote\u00efnes, plantes (el que anomenem fitonutrients), encims, extractes glandulars&#8230; Els beneficis dels suplements nutricionals a la medicina actual s\u00f3n m\u00faltiples i molt variats, des d\u2019aconseguir una alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s equilibrada i saludable fins a ajudar a prevenir malalties. Cada pacient, depenent de la seva edat, del seu estil de vida, del lloc on viu o de les seves necessitats vitals, pot necessitar una suplementaci\u00f3 diferent. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important practicar una medicina integrada i consultar-ho amb el metge o amb el nutricionista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/suplements-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4123\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan seria necessari rec\u00f3rrer a aquest tipus de suplements? Hi ha diversos casos molt clars, com ara el de les dones embarassades, que necessiten \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic abans i despr\u00e9s de la concepci\u00f3 per evitar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la incid\u00e8ncia de defectes del tub neural en el nad\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha demostrat que les vitamines i el zinc retarden la progressi\u00f3 d&#8217;una malaltia que es diu degeneraci\u00f3 macular associada a l&#8217;edat, una patologia de la retina. Encara que aquestes serien les indicacions cient\u00edficament m\u00e9s comprovades, tamb\u00e9 n\u2019hi ha d\u2019altres de molt importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una altra aplicaci\u00f3 molt clara \u00e9s la suplementaci\u00f3 amb \u00e0cids grassos omega 3 DHA que, tamb\u00e9 en les embarassades, millora el desenvolupament cerebral del nad\u00f3 i prev\u00e9 la depressi\u00f3 postpart. O a la menopausa, on per a la prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;osteoporosi cal prendre vitamina D. I un esportista necessita prendre antioxidants perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;esport \u00e9s una activitat que oxida molt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_hem_de_tenir_en_compte_a_lhora_de_prendre_suplements_nutricionals\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 hem de tenir en compte a l&#8217;hora de prendre suplements nutricionals?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s molt important, abans de prendre els suplements nutricionals, que consultem amb el nostre metge o amb el nostre nutricionista per tal de poder establir un tractament integral i hem de tenir clar que mai no hem de substituir la medicaci\u00f3 que prenem habitualment per suplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre aspecte a tenir en compte \u00e9s que, si estem fent un tractament de suplementaci\u00f3, en el cas que haguem de sotmetre&#8217;ns a una intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica hem de comentar-ho, ja que alguns suplements poden interferir amb l&#8217;anest\u00e8sia o tenen m\u00e9s risc d&#8217;hemorr\u00e0gia. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important no sobrepassar la dosi recomanada de suplement ni el temps recomanat.
