Els canvis d&#8217;h\u00e0bits d&#8217;aquests dies poden fer que descuidem una mica la salut i que cometem alguns excessos, aix\u00ed que us donem algunes recomanacions per gaudir d&#8217;unes vacances saludables.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00faltim mes de l&#8217;any porta per fi els dies freds, l&#8217;esperada pluja i la neu. Per\u00f2 en aquest mes en qu\u00e8 comen\u00e7a l&#8217;hivern tamb\u00e9 arriben molts dies festius per gaudir en fam\u00edlia o acompanyats dels amics. Ja sigui el pont o per Nadal, durant les vacances es tendeix a modificar els h\u00e0bits i a cometre excessos, sobretot en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, que ens poden fer descuidar la salut. Per gaudir plenament d&#8217;uns dies de vacances saludables i evitar en la mesura possible que al gener haguem de fer una cura de salut, \u00e9s convenient seguir algunes recomanacions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Reforcar_els_habits_dhigiene\"><\/span>1. Refor\u00e7ar els h\u00e0bits d&#8217;higiene<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;hivern \u00e9s una \u00e8poca de virus i refredats i per evitar el contagi i la propagaci\u00f3 de g\u00e8rmens hem d&#8217;extremar alguns h\u00e0bits en la nostra higiene personal: rentar-nos les mans de forma freq\u00fcent, tapar-nos la boca amb l&#8217;avantbra\u00e7 en esternudar i tossir, utilitzar mocadors d&#8217;un sol \u00fas, evitar tocar-nos els ulls, el nas i la boca amb les mans (\u00e9s la forma m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent de propagaci\u00f3 dels g\u00e8rmens) i ventilar la casa una estona cada dia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4097\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/vacaciones-saludables2.jpg\" alt=\"vacaciones saludables\" width=\"860\" height=\"570\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Compte_amb_els_canvis_bruscos_de_temperatura\"><\/span>2. Compte amb els canvis bruscos de temperatura<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La difer\u00e8ncia t\u00e8rmica a la qual ens exposem quan passem de zones interiors a exteriors (habitatges,&#8217;oficines o transport p\u00fablic) pot ser important i sol ser la causa de molts de refredats. Per tal d\u2019evitar el canvi brusc en la mesura del possible, s&#8217;hauria de mantenir una temperatura interior d&#8217;aproximadament 22\u00ba i, en sortir a l&#8217;exterior, portar roba adequada segons la temperatura. I encara que no sigui el m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode, si cal ens hem de treure i posar l&#8217;abric en els recorreguts en transport p\u00fablic o privat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Tenir_cura_de_la_nostra_pell\"><\/span>3. Tenir cura de la nostra pell<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La pell pateix amb el fred i amb els canvis de temperatura i tendeix a ressecar-se, esquerdar-se i descamar-se. \u00c9s important mantenir-la hidratada, nodrida i protegida durant aquesta \u00e8poca, sense oblidar els llavis i el nas. Si durant els dies de vacances es va a esquiar o simplement a gaudir de la natura, no s&#8217;ha d&#8217;oblidar aplicar protecci\u00f3 solar per fer front als danys de la radiaci\u00f3 UV.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Cuidar_lalimentacio_i_controlar_els_excessos\"><\/span>4. Cuidar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i controlar els excessos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Encara que a l&#8217;hivern l&#8217;organisme necessita m\u00e9s calories per mantenir la temperatura corporal, els \u00e0pats t\u00edpics de les festes conviden sense remei a cometre excessos. No es tracta d&#8217;evitar menjar dol\u00e7os o de no fer menjars abundants, sin\u00f3 d\u2019intentar mantenir un equilibri. El que s&#8217;aconsella \u00e9s que els \u00e0pats i el consum d\u2019alcohol siguin tan moderats com sugui possible i que es compensin els grans tiberis amb altres \u00e0pats m\u00e9s lleugers. Per evitar la temptaci\u00f3 del pica-pica s&#8217;han de mantenir els horaris i els menjars principals. I en aquests mesos, per augmentar les defenses i cuidar la pell, \u00e9s convenient refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de vitamines, sobretot A, C i E (presents, per exemple, en c\u00edtrics verdures de fulla verda i l\u00e0ctics) i beure molta aigua, que hidrata i ajuda a eliminar les toxines despr\u00e9s dels possibles excessos.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Mantenir-se_actius\"><\/span>5. Mantenir-se actius<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4098\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/vacaciones-saludables3.jpg\" alt=\"vacaciones saludables\" width=\"860\" height=\"573\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que el fred convida a quedar-se a casa calentet, si habitualment es realitza una rutina d&#8217;exercici s&#8217;hauria d&#8217;intentar mantenir. Els dies de vacances s\u00f3n una bona oportunitat per activar-se i per compensar els excessos, perqu\u00e8 es disposa de m\u00e9s temps i es poden aprofitar multitud d&#8217;oportunitats per fer plans en fam\u00edlia o amb els amics: passejar, esquiar, jugar a l&#8217;aire lliure o anar en bicicleta . \u00c9s divertit i millora la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica i l&#8217;\u00e0nim. No hem d&#8217;oblidar portar la roba adequada per fer exercici a l&#8217;exterior: transpirable, impermeable, tallavents i en capes per anar adaptant la nostra temperatura corporal.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Cuida_el_teu_estat_danim_estigues_positiu_i_desconnecta\"><\/span>6. Cuida el teu estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim: estigues positiu i desconnecta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s quotidi\u00e0, les baixes temperatures i la falta de llum de l&#8217;hivern poden afectar l&#8217;\u00e0nim. Els dies de vacances s\u00f3n el moment perfecte per relaxar-se i desconnectar, per passar temps amb els \u00e9ssers estimats i realitzar activitats que ens motivin i ens ajudin a mantenir-nos positius.<\/p>\n<p>En general es tracta de gaudir al m\u00e0xim, per\u00f2 sense descuidar la salut.
