I el fitnes no \u00e9s ali\u00e8 a la moda, com gaireb\u00e9 tot. I diem gaireb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 l\u2019exercici de caminar sempre ha estat ben considerat. \u00c9s apte per a tothom, des dels qui estan m\u00e9s en forma fins als m\u00e9s sedentaris. Per\u00f2, una vegada m\u00e9s, aquestes xifres semblen anar a la baixa, i en s\u00f3n culpables, entre altres factors, les pantalles: els ordinadors, les tauletes, els m\u00f2bils i la televisi\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 ens diu l&#8217;Enquesta Nacional de Salut de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Recorrem un cop m\u00e9s a l&#8217;estad\u00edstica: caminar a pas r\u00e0pid dues hores i quart a la setmana (tampoc no \u00e9s gaire) suposa afegir dos anys a l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quantes_calories_consumeixo\"><\/span>Quantes calories consumeixo?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A tots ens agradaria quantificar el benefici d&#8217;un passeig. Per\u00f2 saber quantes calories cremes en una caminada \u00e9s molt variable, i dep\u00e8n de la velocitat a qu\u00e8 caminis, del teu pes i del temps que hi dediquis. Com a exemple, una persona de 70 kg que camini a 5 quil\u00f2metres per hora durant 60 minuts estar\u00e0 cremant 230 calories.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3981\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/paseo-mujer-parque2.jpg\" alt=\"Mujer caminando\" width=\"800\" height=\"493\"><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_teva_edat_importa\"><\/span>La teva edat importa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tens 25 anys i camines 4,5 o 5 quil\u00f2metres a l\u2019hora usar\u00e0s entorn del 30% del teu consum m\u00e0xim d\u2019energia, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 decau un 10% per cada d\u00e8cada d\u2019edat. \u00c9s a dir: si en comptes de 25 anys ens tens 75,&nbsp;usar\u00e0s el 60% de la teva energia m\u00e0xima.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_caminar_es_el_millor\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 caminar \u00e9s el millor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Malaltia d\u2019Alzheimer:<\/strong> Caminar redueix a la meitat el risc de desenvolupar aquesta dem\u00e8ncia durant cinc anys.
