Un grup de psic\u00f2legs anglesos van desenvolupar una aplicaci\u00f3 per ajudar a alg\u00fa amb ansietat. Tens 7 maneres de fer-ho al teu abast per ajudar-lo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Informat_a_fons\"><\/span>1. Informa&#8217;t a fons<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Assabenta&#8217;t a fons de qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;ansietat i de quina manera afecta el pacient, qu\u00e8 suposa per a ell. Comunica&#8217;t amb ell sense embuts, tan francament com puguis, per\u00f2 investiga pel teu costat. La idea \u00e9s que et xopis b\u00e9 dels sentiments d&#8217;una persona que pateix ansietat. Com m\u00e9s s\u00e0pigues, m\u00e9s podr\u00e0s ajudar-lo.<\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Escoltal\"><\/span>2. Fes aplec de paci\u00e8ncia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els pacients d&#8217;ansietat poden ser proclius a treure conclusions immediates i moltes vegades err\u00f2nies. A m\u00e9s, gaireb\u00e9 sempre s\u00f3n negatives pel que fa als que l&#8217;envolten. Poden f\u00e0cilment pensar que est\u00e0s descontent o enfadat amb ell. No has de mostrar irritat o frustrat per aix\u00f2; intenta parlar de la situaci\u00f3 amb calma i busca una soluci\u00f3 viable per al proper atac d&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Mostra-li_que_tho_prens_seriosament\"><\/span>4. Mostra-li que t&#8217;ho prens seriosament<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No has de dir-li coses com &#8220;no et preocupis&#8221; o &#8220;supera-ho&#8221;. Quan ens sentim tristos no ens fa cap gr\u00e0cia que alg\u00fa trivialitzi els nostres sentiments i el que esperem \u00e9s una cosa d&#8217;empatia. B\u00e9, doncs \u00e9s el mateix. La majoria dels pacients amb ansietat saben que les seves pors i preocupacions s\u00f3n irracionals, encara que no per aix\u00f2 poden evitar-los. No necessiten a alg\u00fa al seu costat que ho digui &#8230; Escolta&#8217;l, i deixa que l&#8217;atac remeti per si sol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3972\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/parejamaduraplaya2.jpg\" alt=\"Pareja paseando\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Fes-li_companyia\"><\/span>5. Fes-li companyia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Prova a sortir amb amics, \u00e9s una manera de distreure&#8217;l de les seves preocupacions i sentiments negatius. Pregunta-li si li agradaria sortir a prendre una cervesa, o anar al cinema, nom\u00e9s amb tu o amb m\u00e9s amics, segons prefereixi ell. Per\u00f2 tingues en compte el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_No_li_pressions_molt\"><\/span>6. No li pressions molt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s esgotadora, pot deixar al pacient completament esgotat. Si alg\u00fa que coneixes t\u00e9 ansietat el m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que estigui en un estat de tensi\u00f3 emocional molt alt, el que acaba per deixar exhaust a l&#8217;altre temps m\u00e9s anim\u00f3s. Tingues en compte aix\u00f2 quan intentis ajudar-proposant el que d\u00e8iem abans, qualsevol activitat que pensis que pugui distreure&#8217;l. La seva eventual negativa pot no ser degut a que no li vingui de gust, sin\u00f3 al seu extremat cansament.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Cuidat_tu_tambe\"><\/span>7. Cuida&#8217;t tu tamb\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Passar molt de temps amb un pacient d&#8217;ansietat suposa un desgast seri\u00f3s, i pot acabar afectant la teva pr\u00f2pia salut mental. De manera que si veus que la situaci\u00f3 et comen\u00e7a a superar, pren-te un respir, i fes alguna cosa que t&#8217;agradi. Aquest estat teu moltes vegades pot resultar evident, ja que augmentar\u00e0 els teus nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s, el que el pacient ha de percebre, afectant-li a ell tamb\u00e9.
