En l&#8217;\u00faltima d\u00e8cada s&#8217;ha experimentat una evoluci\u00f3 i un gir del poder de decisi\u00f3 cap als propis ciutadans en un context m\u00e9s participatiu i d&#8217;aprenentatge social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Al llarg de la sessi\u00f3 duta a terme a l&#8217;Escola de Negocis <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eserp.com\">ESERP <\/a>s&#8217;ha presentat el cas d&#8217;\u00e8xit de la M\u00fatua General de Catalunya, amb el seu programa Farmacardio, com a exemple del rumb que les empreses actuals estan prenent en la gesti\u00f3 empresarial, centrant-se en el poder econ\u00f2mic de les ciutats globals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, durant la sessi\u00f3 s&#8217;ha comptat amb les veus expertes de<strong> Javier Piedrahita<\/strong>, fundador i director de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketingdirecto.com\">MarketingDirecto.com<\/a>, Rams\u00e9s Gallego, professor de ESERP amb reconeixement de sufici\u00e8ncia investigadora en l&#8217;especialitat d&#8217;Economia Aplicada i <strong>Daniel<\/strong> <strong>Redondo<\/strong>, director general de M\u00fatua General de Catalunya. Posant de manifest diversos exemples que contribueixen a aquest creixement i aprenentatge, el llibre, que recull m\u00e9s de 50 exemples, destaca el cas de tres companyies espanyoles: Orange, Assegurances Santaluc\u00eda i M\u00fatua General de Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/presentacio-eserp-kotler18oct17.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3931\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;obra &#8220;Marqueting de Ciudades&#8221; ha estat el fil conductor de la jornada en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha debatut sobre les t\u00e0ctiques que poden utilitzar les empreses per accelerar l&#8217;escolta activa del ciutad\u00e0 i contribuir a un major creixement global i sostingut. En aquest sentit, es posa en relleu com les ciutats i les empreses s\u00f3n les que decideixen el desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic i social d&#8217;un pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;aqu\u00ed la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;establir una relaci\u00f3 entre empresa-ciutat-ciutad\u00e0, que ajudi a cadascuna de les parts a nodrir-se entre elles. Les ciutats faciliten infraestructures i serveis, mentre que les empreses aporten valor afegit i els ciutadans s\u00f3n el catalitzador d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 i talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/presentaciokotler5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3933\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La trobada ha servit com un intercanvi d&#8217;opinions sobre el m\u00e0rqueting d&#8217;actualitat i sobre la relaci\u00f3 entre els diferents actors. Daniel Redondo destaca que el m\u00e0rqueting, per definici\u00f3, ha d&#8217;observar el mercat i centrar-se en l&#8217;escolta activa de les persones, tal com van fer ells en el seu projecte Farmacardio. Considera que l&#8217;objectiu, en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la relaci\u00f3 ciutats-empreses, ha de consistir, en el cas de la M\u00fatua General de Catalunya, en l&#8217;oferta d&#8217;un servei per afavorir al prestigi de la ciutat en termes de salut, investigaci\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva banda Javier Piedrahita coincideix que les marques s&#8217;han d&#8217;orientar cap a les ciutats, cap a les persones amb l&#8217;objectiu de fidelitzar els consumidors, i Rams\u00e9s Gallego no dubta a destacar que la clau de l&#8217;\u00e8xit d&#8217;una empresa est\u00e0 en escoltar al consumidor, en rebre l&#8217;input d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria sobre aquest mateix i entendre-ho. Afirma que \u00e9s important recon\u00e8ixer qu\u00e8 el motiva, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que est\u00e0 demandant.
