Ungles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mossegar-se les ungles pot debilitar les dents m\u00e9s del que es creu. I aix\u00f2 comporta problemes, i encara m\u00e9s si l&#8217;h\u00e0bit es prolonga en el temps. A m\u00e9s, tampoc no \u00e9s bo per a les ungles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Llapis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mossegar el llapis \u00e9s el mateix cas que les ungles. Tabac (de mastegar)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Encara que a Espanya est\u00e0 pr\u00e0cticament oblidat mastegar tabac, i d&#8217;altres subst\u00e0ncies semblants, es continua fent a altres pa\u00efsos. El tabac \u2014cal repetir-ho\u2014 \u00e9s un cancerigen potent i incrementa significativament el risc de c\u00e0ncers de boca, de llengua, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Obrir ampolles amb les dents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi ha gent que ho fa, b\u00e9 per demostrar la seva for\u00e7a, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no tenen un obridor a m\u00e0. En el millor dels casos, es pot trencar alguna dent. I si les coses es torcen, pot provocar una lesi\u00f3 seriosa a la cara o al coll.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Xocolata congelada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 molt dur.
