Per gaudir d&#8217;aquesta estaci\u00f3 amb bona salut i que el cos i l\u2019\u00e0nim no se\u2019n ressentin, hem d&#8217;estar preparats i tenir en compte alguns consells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La tardor \u00e9s una \u00e8poca de transici\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 experimentem molts de canvis, per la qual cosa \u00e9s freq\u00fcent que la nostra salut i el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim se\u2019n puguin veure afectats. Per comen\u00e7ar, la recent tornada a la rutina de la feina i dels estudis suposa un desgast f\u00edsic i mental m\u00e9s gran al qual encara ens estem acostumant. Seguim amb un temps imprevisible i amb temperatures molt variables: pot fer fresca i de cop i volta calor, de manera que arriben els refredats. Per si fos poc, tenim un nou canvi horari que tamb\u00e9 ens afecta l&#8217;organisme i els dies es van fent m\u00e9s curts, amb menys hores de llum, cosa que pot produir l&#8217;anomenada ast\u00e8nia de tardor, que afecta el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tardor \u00e9s una estaci\u00f3 imprevisible en qu\u00e8 el cos necessita m\u00e9s energia per reprendre les activitats i afrontar els canvis del temps, i la ment, activitats que reforcin l&#8217;\u00e0nim. Quines pautes hem de tenir en compte per gaudir de la tardor sense que la nostra salut se&#8217;n ressenti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Reforcar_les_defenses\"><\/span>1. Refor\u00e7ar les defenses<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/otono-salud4.jpg\" alt=\"salud en oto\u00f1o\" class=\"wp-image-3852\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Els canvis de temperatura i el descens de les hores de llum de la tardor poden afectar el nostre sistema immunol\u00f2gic. Necessitem refor\u00e7ar les nostres defenses per poder fer front a la demanda superior d&#8217;energia que el cos necessita en aquesta \u00e8poca de transici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 hem de cuidar especialment alguns aspectes, com <strong>l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>. La naturalesa \u00e9s s\u00e0via i posa a la nostra disposici\u00f3 els aliments de temporada que ens convenen a cada moment i als quals hem de rec\u00f3rrer: llegums, patates i bolets amb els quals comen\u00e7ar a fer guisats que ens aportin energia; fruits secs que ens aportin prote\u00efnes vegetals i minerals; o fruites amb les quals obtindrem les tan necess\u00e0ries vitamines, com ara la C, que prev\u00e9 els refredats: c\u00edtrics, figues, ra\u00efm, codony&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descansar b\u00e9<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fonamental per mantenir les defenses en forma. Dormir les hores necess\u00e0ries i mantenir les rutines de son ens ajudar\u00e0 a reparar el desgast f\u00edsic i mental del dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hem d&#8217;oblidar els <strong>banys de sol<\/strong>: els dies s&#8217;escurcen i estem menys exposats a la llum solar, la nostra principal font natural de vitamina D, molt necess\u00e0ria per a l&#8217;organisme. Podem aprofitar les hores de llum per passejar o per fer una mica d&#8217;exercici a l&#8217;aire lliure que, a m\u00e9s, millorar\u00e0 el nostre estat f\u00edsic i el nostre \u00e0nim. No oblidem la protecci\u00f3 solar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/otono-salud2.jpg\" alt=\"salud en oto\u00f1o\" class=\"wp-image-3849\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Realitzar_exercici_fisic\"><\/span>2. Realitzar exercici f\u00edsic<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenir-nos actius millora la nostra salut i el nostre \u00e0nim, i per tant la nostra qualitat de vida. Tot i que les temperatures siguin menys agradables i els dies m\u00e9s curts, no hem d&#8217;abandonar els nostres h\u00e0bits d&#8217;exercici. La tardor \u00e9s una estaci\u00f3 bonica, en la qual la caiguda de les fulles crea paisatges atractius que conviden a passejar. Aprofitem-ho! I quan les temperatures comencin a caure, podem optar per exercicis a l&#8217;interior, com ara al gimn\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00fanica cosa que hem de tenir en compte \u00e9s portar la roba adequada, que ens abrigui i sigui transpirable, i triar activitats adaptades a la nostra condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica, per a la qual cosa hem de consultar amb el nostre metge si patim alguna patologia espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Compte_amb_els_refredats\"><\/span>3. Compte amb els refredats<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com ja hem comentat, la inestabilitat de les temperatures i unes defenses m\u00e9s afeblides per una demanda m\u00e9s alta d&#8217;energia per part de l&#8217;organisme, fan m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 dels molestos refredats. Hem d&#8217;intentar prevenir-los prenent algunes mesures, com ara portar roba adequada als canvis t\u00e8rmics: abrigar-nos, utilitzar capes de roba que ens puguem posar i treure segons vari\u00efn les temperatures o protegir la gola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important rentar-nos les mans de manera m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent o ventilar la casa cada dia (uns 10 minuts \u00e9s suficient) per evitar la propagaci\u00f3 i el contagi dels virus i bacteris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/otono-salud3.jpg\" alt=\"salud en oto\u00f1o\" class=\"wp-image-3850\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Vacunar-se_contra_la_grip\"><\/span>4. Vacunar-se contra la grip<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la tardor tamb\u00e9 arriba la temporada de grip. Per a les poblacions de m\u00e9s risc, com la gent gran, \u00e9s important vacunar-se per evitar complicacions respirat\u00f2ries que agreugin les ja existents. \u00c9s recomanable informar-se en el nostre centre de salut sobre les campanyes de vacunaci\u00f3 i les mesures de prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Fer_activitats_que_ens_facin_sentir_be\"><\/span>5. Fer activitats que ens facin sentir b\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No tota la salut \u00e9s del cos i per aconseguir una bona qualitat de vida hem de prestar atenci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a la nostra salut emocional. Els canvis de la tardor poden provocar en moltes persones l&#8217;anomenada ast\u00e8nia de tardor: l&#8217;organisme no reacciona b\u00e9 als canvis de llum i hi ha una tend\u00e8ncia a sentir-nos m\u00e9s cansats, ap\u00e0tics i amb menys for\u00e7a d&#8217;\u00e0nim. Per sentir-nos millor \u00e9s important realitzar activitats d&#8217;oci que ens agradin i que ens desconnectin de la rutina laboral.
