Pots tenir problemes de salut<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Beure aigua no \u00e9s una garantia, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 comprovat que beure\u2019n m\u00e9s disminueix el risc de complicacions serioses, com ara pedres al rony\u00f3 (que produeixen el dolor\u00f3s c\u00f2lic nefr\u00edtic), c\u00e0ncers de rony\u00f3 i c\u00f2lon, o atacs card\u00edacs.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Disminueix_el_metabolisme\"><\/span>2. Disminueix el metabolisme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El doctor Howard Murad va publicar el 2010 el llibre The Water Secret (El secret de l\u2019aigua), basat en un estudi independent, en qu\u00e8 explica que el metabolisme basal en rep\u00f2s (les calories que es cremen en rep\u00f2s) s\u2019accelera quan el cos est\u00e0 m\u00e9s hidratat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Has_de_pensar_mes_per_fer_les_mateixes_coses\"><\/span>3. Has de pensar m\u00e9s per fer les mateixes coses<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una investigaci\u00f3 duta a terme el 2011 a l\u2019Institut de Pediatria del King\u2019s College, a Londres, va mostrar que el cervell es contreia al cap en el cas de joves deshidratats. Quan es va demanar a aquests voluntaris que resolguessin un problema, el van resoldre tan b\u00e9 com els joves hidratats, per\u00f2 van trigar m\u00e9s a fer-ho. (Beure aigua despr\u00e9s torna el cervell a la seva mida normal.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3752\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/chica-bebiendo-con-audifonos2.jpg\" alt=\"deporte y agua\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Menges_mes\"><\/span>4. Menges m\u00e9s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que va mostrar un estudi que l\u2019Institute for Public Health and Water Research (Institut de Salut P\u00fablica i Recerca sobre l\u2019Aigua) va fer el 2010 sobre 45 adults. Els individus que bevien dos gots d\u2019aigua (de 220 ml) abans de cada \u00e0pat menjaven entre 75 i 90 calories menys. I al cap de tres mesos, els bevedors d\u2019aigua s\u2019havien aprimat 2,5 quilos m\u00e9s que els que no en bevien.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Se_tarruga_mes_la_pell\"><\/span>5. Se t\u2019arruga m\u00e9s la pell<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El mateix llibre esmentat en l\u2019apartat 2 explica que la investigaci\u00f3 va trobar que l\u2019aigua dona volum a la pell, omple les arrugues fines i dona m\u00e9s vida a una cara apagada.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Estas_en_pitjor_forma_fisica\"><\/span>6. Est\u00e0s en pitjor forma f\u00edsica<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els investigadors d\u2019un estudi dut a terme a la Tufts University el 2009 van demanar als voluntaris, d\u2019ambd\u00f3s sexes, que fessin entre 60 i 75 minuts d\u2019exercici intens. A la meitat dels voluntaris no se\u2019ls va donar de beure abans de fer-ho, mentre que a l\u2019altra meitat s\u00ed que se\u2019ls va permetre beure.
