L&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s una malaltia que pot amargar-te la vida i que requereix ajuda m\u00e8dica. A continuaci\u00f3 t&#8217;expliquem alguns aspectes que tots haur\u00edem de con\u00e8ixer sobre l&#8217;ansietat.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Es_mes_habitual_del_que_creus\"><\/span>1. \u00c9s m\u00e9s habitual del que creus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els metges \u2013els especialistes psiquiatres\u2013 confirmen que, al marge d&#8217;altres problemes que poden manifestar els seus pacients, l&#8217;ansietat apareix moltes vegades. Una de cada deu persones t\u00e9 problemes d&#8217;ansietat, i n&#8217;hi ha que tenen m\u00e9s tend\u00e8ncia a patir-la que d&#8217;altres, fet que fa pensar que pot tenir algun component gen\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Pot_manifestar-se_amb_simptomes_fisics\"><\/span>2. Pot manifestar-se amb s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 vol dir que pot somatitzar-se. S\u00f3n freq\u00fcents els pacients que arriben al psiquiatre despr\u00e9s de visitar altres especialistes \u2013cardi\u00f2legs, neur\u00f2legs, endocrin\u00f2legs\u2026 o qualsevol altre metge\u2013, buscant una explicaci\u00f3 als seus trastorns. Finalment, acaben sent diagnosticats de quadres d&#8217;ansietat. Els trastorns m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acceleraci\u00f3 del ritme card\u00edac (taquic\u00e0rdia)<\/li>\n<li>Dolor al coll<\/li>\n<li>Exc\u00e9s de suor<\/li>\n<li>Boca seca<\/li>\n<li>Marejos<\/li>\n<li>Problemes per engolir<\/li>\n<li>Urg\u00e8ncia per anar al bany en els moments de m\u00e9s ansietat<\/li>\n<li>Inestabilitat<\/li>\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3 estranya de &#8220;no ser-hi&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_I_tambe_pot_presentar_simptomes_de_confusio_mental\"><\/span>3. I tamb\u00e9 pot presentar s\u00edmptomes de confusi\u00f3 mental<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;ansietat, tendim a engrandir els problemes: veiem amenaces on realment no hi ha. El pacient s&#8217;obsessiona a pensar que tot est\u00e0 en ordre i per evitar aquell problema que ens fa por. En aquests casos, la ment s&#8217;embrolla i no s&#8217;\u00e9s capa\u00e7 de pensar adequadament, encara que sabem que aquests pensaments no tenen sentit; per\u00f2, aix\u00ed i tot, no som capa\u00e7os de pensar amb claredat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3565\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/ansiedad22.jpg\" alt=\"ansiedad\" width=\"800\" height=\"568\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Lansietat_es_pot_tractar\"><\/span>4. L&#8217;ansietat es pot tractar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tens cap s\u00edmptoma dels que hem citat pr\u00e8viament, seria convenient que consultessis el teu metge de fam\u00edlia, o un especialista cognitiu-conductual. El primer et pot prescriure alguna medicina, com ara un antidepressiu, tranquil\u00b7litzants per a moments especialment dif\u00edcils o un f\u00e0rmac betablocador que redueixi una taquic\u00e0rdia. Tots ells, sens dubte, et podran ajudar, per\u00f2 a llarg termini la millor soluci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 la psicoter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Les_dones_son_mes_propenses_a_patir_ansietat\"><\/span>5. Les dones s\u00f3n m\u00e9s propenses a patir ansietat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que ens diuen les estad\u00edstiques. La incid\u00e8ncia de trastorns d&#8217;ansietat en dones \u00e9s del 33%, en comparaci\u00f3 del 22% en homes. No est\u00e0 clar per qu\u00e8, per\u00f2 es creu que interv\u00e9 tant la qu\u00edmica cerebral com els temes hormonals. Sense oblidar que les dones podrien estar m\u00e9s pendents de l&#8217;estabilitat del seu entorn, del seu benestar, i aix\u00f2 podria ser tant per causes biol\u00f2giques com d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Frequentment_es_pitjor_pels_matins\"><\/span>6. Freq\u00fcentment, \u00e9s pitjor pels matins<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No \u00e9s estrany entre les persones ansioses despertar-se amb un sobresalt, com si haguessin rebut un corrent el\u00e8ctric. No se sap qu\u00e8 pot produir aquest ensurt. Es creu que pot ser a causa d&#8217;un augment matinal del nivell de l&#8217;hormona cortisol (responsable de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s) o en adonar-se que comen\u00e7a el dia i s\u2019hi han d\u2019enfrontar. El millor \u00e9s llevar-se immediatament i no romandre al llit donant-hi voltes. Sembla que la ment \u00e9s m\u00e9s propensa a pensar negativament quan estem ajaguts. Et donem tres bons consells per comen\u00e7ar el dia amb bon peu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sempre esmorza, i no abusis dels hidrats de carboni d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida, com ara la brioixeria, el pa blanc, les galetes i d&#8217;altres dol\u00e7os.<\/li>\n<li>Menja pl\u00e0tans. Hi ha persones que troben que s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils d&#8217;empassar, per\u00f2 s\u00f3n molt bons.<\/li>\n<li>Evita, o almenys limita, els estimulants com, per exemple, el caf\u00e8 o el tabac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Pero_amb_tot%E2%80%A6_lansietat_no_mata_ningu\"><\/span>7. Per\u00f2, amb tot&#8230; l&#8217;ansietat no mata ning\u00fa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El cos hum\u00e0 \u00e9s molt llest, i no fa res estrany al seu disseny. Nom\u00e9s respon, de vegades, de manera desproporcionada, com coment\u00e0vem al comen\u00e7ament.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3566\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/ansiedad32.jpg\" alt=\"ansiedad\" width=\"800\" height=\"696\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ansietat t\u00e9 l\u00edmits. Potser augmentar\u00e0 i far\u00e0 que et sentis molt malament, per\u00f2 tornar\u00e0 a baixar. No es pateix ansietat tota la vida.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_No_et_sentis_culpable_perque_estiguis_ansios\"><\/span>8. No et sentis culpable perqu\u00e8 estiguis ansi\u00f3s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s bastant habitual sentir dir als pacients que no entenen el perqu\u00e8 de la seva ansietat, que &#8220;no hi ha res que ho justifiqui&#8221;. Busquen raons que expliquin per qu\u00e8 es troben tan malament, i no trobar-ne fa que se sentin avergonyits. Habitualment ells mateixos qualifiquen l&#8217;ansietat com un problema de la vida moderna, de la civilitzaci\u00f3 occidental: \u201cper qu\u00e8 he de patir ansietat si tinc una llar, la meva fam\u00edlia i menjo calent cada dia?&#8221;<br \/>\nHaurien d&#8217;entendre que l&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s un trastorn psicol\u00f2gic del qual no es desprendran per molt que es repeteixin que no t\u00e9 sentit patir-lo. La millor manera de lliurar-se&#8217;n \u00e9s comprendre de qu\u00e8 es tracta, informar-se\u2019n adequadament i visitar el metge.
