Tenim m\u00e9s bacteris que c\u00e8l\u00b7lules<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A l&#8217;intest\u00ed viuen m\u00e9s o menys 100.000.000.000.000 (cent bilions) de bacteris. \u00c9s com dir 10 vegades m\u00e9s que el total de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cos hum\u00e0. Si es pesessin els bacteris intestinals, la b\u00e0scula pujaria <strong>fins a un quilo i mig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Lintesti_fa_moltes_funcions\"><\/span>2. L\u2019intest\u00ed fa moltes funcions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Entre els bacteris de l&#8217;intest\u00ed n&#8217;hi ha uns m\u00e9s bons que d\u2019altres. La clau per tenir una salut \u00f2ptima \u00e9s mantenir l&#8217;equilibri amb una alta diversitat de \u201cbacteris bons\u201d. Un microbioma equilibrat juga un paper molt important no solament en la <strong>digesti\u00f3<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 en la regulaci\u00f3 de la <strong>gana<\/strong>, el <strong>metabolisme<\/strong>, el <strong>sistema autoimmune<\/strong>, el <strong>comportament<\/strong> i la <strong>salut mental<\/strong>, el <strong>desenvolupament dels ossos<\/strong> i la <strong>salut card\u00edaca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_La_salut_de_lintesti_es_fonamental\"><\/span>3. La salut de l\u2019intest\u00ed \u00e9s fonamental<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La diversitat del microbioma es veu influ\u00efda per diversos factors: el part (si va ser natural o ces\u00e0ria), l&#8217;entorn, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, la dieta i la medicaci\u00f3. S&#8217;accepta comunament que cada \u00e9sser hum\u00e0 t\u00e9 un microbioma \u00fanic pel que fa a diversitat. Cada vegada que mengem alguna cosa, que sortim de casa, que ens fem un pet\u00f3 o seguim un tractament farmacol\u00f2gic (fonamentalment d&#8217;antibi\u00f2tics), <strong>afectem la composici\u00f3 del microbioma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Quan_naixem_comenca_tot\"><\/span>4. Els nens que neixen per ces\u00e0ria, en canvi, prenen els bacteris de les mans dels metges, infermeres i del seu entorn immediat. L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia diu que aquests nens tenen m\u00e9s <strong>asma<\/strong>, m\u00e9s <strong>al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong> i m\u00e9s <strong>problemes de pell<\/strong>. Cada vegada es relaciona m\u00e9s la ces\u00e0ria amb les difer\u00e8ncies de microbiomes que hi ha amb els nascuts per part vaginal, que tenen un microbioma m\u00e9s divers.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_No_hem_dobsessionar-nos_amb_la_higiene\"><\/span>5. No hem d\u2019obsessionar-nos amb la higiene<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La paraula microbis sempre ha volgut definir una cosa dolenta. <strong>No n\u2019hi havia, de &#8220;microbis bons&#8221;<\/strong> i, per descomptat, els bacteris eren perjudicials, causants de malalties. I sempre els hem combatut amb exc\u00e9s de neteja i desinfectants, per no parlar de l&#8217;ab\u00fas dels antibi\u00f2tics. La &#8220;hip\u00f2tesi de la higiene&#8221;, all\u00f2 de \u201ccom m\u00e9s g\u00e8rmens eliminem, millor&#8221;, ha provocat que haguem eliminat tamb\u00e9 molts tipus de bacteris necessaris per a l&#8217;equilibri del microbioma. Aix\u00f2 podria tenir una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia negativa sobre la salut, sobretot sobre el sistema autoimmune.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Cal_tenir_cura_dels_%E2%80%9Cbacteris_bons%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>6. Cal tenir cura dels \u201cbacteris bons\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha m\u00e9s factors que influeixen en el desequilibri del microbioma. Per exemple, l&#8217;<strong>estr\u00e8s<\/strong>, les <strong>infeccions<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>alcohol<\/strong> i les dietes riques en <strong>hidrats<\/strong> molt refinats, el <strong>sucre<\/strong>, el <strong>menjar escombraria<\/strong> i els nutrients amb <strong>poca fibra<\/strong>. N&#8217;hi ha en c\u00e0psules o en determinats aliments fermentats, com el <strong>iogurt<\/strong>, el <strong>xucrut<\/strong>, el <strong>kimchi<\/strong>, el <strong>miso<\/strong> i el <strong>quefir<\/strong>. Sembla que \u00e9s especialment important reposar aquests bacteris <strong>despr\u00e9s de tractaments amb antibi\u00f2tics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>prebi\u00f2tics<\/strong> (un tipus de fibra aliment\u00e0ria) tenen cura dels bacteris bons de l&#8217;intest\u00ed, alimentant-los, i s\u00f3n presents en aliments com la <strong>ceba<\/strong> o l\u2019<strong>all<\/strong>, certes verdures (<strong>br\u00f2quil, col, coliflor<\/strong>), <strong>llenties<\/strong> i <strong>mongetes verdes<\/strong>. Una dieta a base de fruita i verdures \u00e9s molt beneficiosa per alimentar un microbioma sa.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Els_nutrients_es_descomponen_i_sabsorbeixen_a_lintesti\"><\/span>8.
