I \u00e9s molt \u00fatil, perqu\u00e8 ajuda a controlar aquests moments en qu\u00e8 el que ens vindria de gust seria fer un cop sobre la taula o llan\u00e7ar-nos sobre el menjar per efecte de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Aquests nou consells milloraran la teva salut f\u00edsica i mental.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Lestres_es_menor_quan_ets_amable\"><\/span>1. L\u2019estr\u00e8s \u00e9s menor quan ets amable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dir-li a alg\u00fa que l\u2019estimes \u2014encara que ja li ho demostris d&#8217;altres maneres\u2014 protegeix el teu sistema nervi\u00f3s contra l&#8217;ansietat de la vida quotidiana. En un <a href=\"https:\/\/research.asu.edu\/stories\/read\/effects-affection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudi<\/a> fet el 2007, el Dr. Kory Floyd, de la Universitat Estatal d&#8217;Arizona, va mesurar el nivell de cortisol (l&#8217;hormona de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s) que presentaven 15 homes i 15 dones quan estaven estressats.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, es va demanar a alguns d&#8217;ells que escrivissin cartes a alguna persona que estimessin, explicant-li les raons de l&#8217;afecte que sentien per ella. El nivell de cortisol de qui va escriure les cartes era clarament menor que el de qui no ho va fer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La conclusi\u00f3 de Floyd va ser que l&#8217;acte senzill de dir a alg\u00fa que l\u2019estimes et fa m\u00e9s fort davant de mol\u00e8sties, frustracions i, fins i tot, de problemes f\u00edsics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-03-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Dorms_millor_si_ets_mes_amable\"><\/span>2. Emily Ansell, de la Universitat de Yale, va enviar q\u00fcestionaris diaris a un grup d&#8217;adults d&#8217;entre 18 i 44 anys d&#8217;edat. Durant dues setmanes, els participants relataven les situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s que havien patit, ja fos a l&#8217;oficina, per problemes familiars o personals, per problemes de salut, etc. Tamb\u00e9 se&#8217;ls preguntava quantes vegades s&#8217;havien mostrat amables, i si globalment estaven de bon o mal humor.<\/p>\n<p>Les respostes coincidien: com m\u00e9s ajudaven els altres al llarg del dia, <strong>en coses tan banals com subjectar la porta o cedir el pas, menor era el seu estr\u00e8s<\/strong> i, en general, se sentien m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os i contents.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/mujer-en-cama-preocupada2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/mujer-en-cama-preocupada2.jpg\" alt=\"preocupaci\u00f3n\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Si_ets_bona_gent_emmalaltiras_menys\"><\/span>3. Si ets bona gent, emmalaltir\u00e0s menys<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Diversos estudis mostren que els qui dediquen m\u00e9s temps a <strong>ajudar desinteressadament el pro\u00efsme, tenen menys \u00edndexs d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 en sang<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de ser m\u00e9s resistents a les infeccions.<\/p>\n<p>La inflamaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 associada a diverses malalties, incloses el c\u00e0ncer i la diabetis. Expressa totes les coses bones que tens a dins i redueix els riscos.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_I_tambe_et_baixara_el_colesterol\"><\/span>4. I la tensi\u00f3 arterial<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Oblida les ranc\u00fanies. La tensi\u00f3 (la pressi\u00f3 arterial) et baixar\u00e0 si t&#8217;oblides d&#8217;aquella bestiesa <strong>per la qual encara sents ressentiment<\/strong>. Cal proposar-s&#8217;ho, per descomptat, per\u00f2 \u00e9s molt gratificant. Aquest acte senzill s&#8217;ha relacionat amb una baixada de la tensi\u00f3. Tant si es tracta d&#8217;una petita picabaralla amb un amic com d\u2019una picabaralla familiar amb la teva cunyada o certes tensions a l&#8217;oficina&#8230; Deixa-ho c\u00f3rrer, pel b\u00e9 del teu cor.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Amb_tu_mateix_tambe_et_fara_menys_mal\"><\/span>6. Els qui demostraven una actitud m\u00e9s comprensiva amb ells mateixos, en comptes de culpar-se o enfadar-se perqu\u00e8 no es trobaven millor, estaven <strong>menys limitats per la seva pr\u00f2pia angoixa<\/strong> que els qui es rebel\u00b7laven constantment contra els seus propis mals.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Seras_mes_atractiu_si_ets_amable\"><\/span>7. Ser\u00e0s m\u00e9s atractiu si ets amable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una investigaci\u00f3 duta a terme a la Xina, a la Universitat de Ci\u00e8ncia i Tecnologia de <a href=\"http:\/\/english.hust.edu.cn\/research\/detail\/1540\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Huazhong<\/a>, i dirigida pel Dr. Yan Zhang, va consistir a demanar a un grup de persones d&#8217;ambd\u00f3s sexes que opinessin sobre l&#8217;atractiu de seixanta fotos inexpressives de dones, a les quals es van atribuir aleat\u00f2riament qualitats. Tots els participants van trobar <strong>molt m\u00e9s maques les dones que tenien suposadament bones qualitats<\/strong>, enfront de les que els investigadors havien catalogat com a hostils o desagradables.<\/p>\n<p>Sense que aix\u00f2 vulgui dir que cal que ens haguem de mossegar la llengua si no se&#8217;ns acut res agradable a dir, <strong>aquests estudis s\u00f3n una prova m\u00e9s del poder de l&#8217;amabilitat vers el pro\u00efsme en general<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Agradaras_mes_a_la_gent\"><\/span>8. Agradar\u00e0s m\u00e9s a la gent<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Caus millor a la gent quan ets amable; d&#8217;alguna manera t&#8217;incorpores una mica a la seva vida i reps de tornada els favors que has fet. Els qui tenen sensaci\u00f3 de pertinen\u00e7a a un grup viuen m\u00e9s plenament, pensen amb m\u00e9s claredat i tenen menys riscos de malalties cardiovasculars que els solitaris. I s\u00f3n m\u00e9s optimistes, menys depressius i no pateixen ansietat. L&#8217;amabilitat amb els altres has de considerar-la un gran pas que es reflectir\u00e0 en la teva propera revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica anual.<\/p>\n<p>Fes-ho encara que sigui per Facebook. Sempre ser\u00e0 millor en persona, per\u00f2 <strong>fins i tot les xarxes socials poden provocar aquest c\u00e0lid sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a<\/strong>.
