Aquest desajust metab\u00f2lic pot ser perjudicial per a la salut cardiovascular. Parlem sobre les seves causes i tractament amb la Dra. Juliana Mart\u00ednez Hern\u00e1ndez, especialista en medicina preventiva i medicina general del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/tengo-el-colesterol-alto\/\">Centre M\u00e8dic MGC.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_colesterol_alt\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el colesterol alt?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El colesterol alt o hipercolesterol\u00e8mia esdev\u00e9 quan tenim nivells de greix en sang superiors a la normalitat. No hi ha un terme just que defineixi el colesterol alt, sin\u00f3 que dep\u00e8n de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l&#8217;edat del pacient,<\/li><li>del sexe del pacient,<\/li><li>d&#8217;antecedents patol\u00f2gics i sobretot,<\/li><li>del risc cardiovascular que aquest pacient presenti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_valors_de_colesterol_son_considerats_alts\"><\/span>Quins valors de colesterol s\u00f3n considerats alts?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El colesterol alt es considera quan el valor total est\u00e0 per sobre de 200. Fent la diferenciaci\u00f3 del que coneixem com a colesterol bo (HDL) i colesterol dolent (LDL), el colesterol bo ha d&#8217;estar amb uns valors per sobre de 50 i el dolent per sota de 130. L&#8217;ajust d&#8217;aquests dos tipus de colesterol \u00e9s el que ens d\u00f3na el risc. Aquests valors canvien quan el pacient presenta un factor de risc cardiovascular, que en demanen llavors uns controls m\u00e9s estrictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3228\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/colesterol_redu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_efectes_pot_tenir_en_lorganisme\"><\/span>Quins efectes pot tenir en l&#8217;organisme?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;efecte b\u00e0sic del colesterol alt \u00e9s l&#8217;aterosclerosi, que \u00e9s quan el greix s&#8217;adhereix a les parets de les art\u00e8ries i aquestes s&#8217;obstrueixen lleugerament. Aquesta obstrucci\u00f3 arterial, dep\u00e8n de en quin nivell la trobem, ens pot donar una patologia o una altra, a nivell cerebral o a nivell card\u00edac. Un altre factor que influeix en el colesterol \u00e9s l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;esteatosi hep\u00e0tica, que \u00e9s quan el fetge es comen\u00e7a a carregar de greix pel filtrat continu que est\u00e0 fent del colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_prevenir_el_colesterol_alt\"><\/span>Com podem prevenir el colesterol alt?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha dos tipus de colesterol alt: El colesterol alt perqu\u00e8 es t\u00e9 una patologia de base, per exemple: problemes de tiroides, problemes endocrins, que s&#8217;estigui en tractament amb esteroides, o que s\u2019estigui en tractament per un altre tipus de patologia metab\u00f2lica. El tractament en aquests casos seria el de la patologia de base. I l&#8217;altre tipus \u00e9s el colesterol primari, que est\u00e0 provocat per l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest cas les recomanacions serien diet\u00e8tiques i adoptar h\u00e0bits de vida saludable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baixar el consum de greixos saturats i el consum d&#8217;embotits, moderar l&#8217;alcohol, eliminar el tabac i tenir un ritme de vida natural: fer exercici de forma regular. I, sobretot, tenir en compte que, a partir dels 50 anys, el metabolisme baixa, de manera que l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de colesterol comen\u00e7a a ser molt m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3234\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/dieta-saludable_redu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"447\"><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_aliments_baixen_el_colesterol\"><\/span>Quins aliments baixen el colesterol?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aliments que poden baixar el colesterol s\u00f3n sobretot els que tenen Omega 3 en la seva composici\u00f3: oli de peix, peix blau, oli d&#8217;oliva. Tamb\u00e9 tenen una bona recomanaci\u00f3 per anivellar el colesterol bo i el colesterol dolent, les nous. \u00c9s un bon producte per\u00f2 no hem d&#8217;abusar del seu consum perqu\u00e8 si no, es pot produir un efecte advers, acumulant colesterol dolent (LDL).
